This store used to have very helpful staff but for the past transactions I did here since May the service has been poor and somewhat rude. I can let it go once, but more than that I think you need to know your customer is not happy.

June 3rd 6:58pm! UPS needs to check out this facility as it is does not represent them well….. Very rude and unprofessional. I called earlier in the day and the phone was answered “hello”. I was not even sure that I had called the right place I asked if it was UPS and she said yes. I asked her what time they closed as I need to drop off a package and she told me 7 o’clock. I arrived at 6:58 and the doors were locked the girl was doing a happy dance and refused to answer the door the guy behind the gate was pointing to the fact that it closed earlier but I was assured that it closed at 7.

I use the Oregon City store frequently for amazon returns, everytime Im there everyone is super friendly and helpful. They hustle, even if the line is a little longer, it moves quickly.

Was returning the Amazon package.Had a return slip and code on my phone, since I dont have access to the printer, out of state. Had to print a label and was charged $1.50 for the piece of paper and ink.Wow, what a business model! It is 2021, not 1991!

They are very rude i tryed to print a return label something Ive never done and they were talking to me like i was stupid lol never again not helpful what so ever.

I love Oregon Citys UPS Store! Kathy, the owner and her staff are so friendly and helpful in all my printing needs. When my father-in-law passed away and I was creating his funeral program, all the ladies helped me so much. I needed it to be perfect and they met my needs at every tweak I requested. It was perfect! Whether I need something printed, shipped, faxed or photocopied they have come through for me. Plus love the York Peppermint Patties and Hi Chews!! I wont go anywhere else.

All the girls are just so NICE and they are always willing to help. I use them for my business and I feel that they are efficient, dependable and have very good prices, what else could you ask for? Did I mentioned their great customer service!When we had a little misunderstanding, their customer service was and continues to be outstanding. No one is perfect but taking care of the issues is what separates a good business from a GREAT business!This guys are GREAT!

Normally when I enter a UPS location everyones very friendly and very supportive of the customer always willing to help and assist with arranging to ship a package. At this location it is by far the worst customer service and facility that Ive ever used for a UPS store. After attempting multiple times I will no longer use or suggest this location.

Ive been in this location to drop off overnight shipped items, 3 times in the last 6 months.. Never a line and I am in and out within minutes! Awesome service..

The ladies that work here were unable to answer any of my questions and gave me the 1800 number. Guess that 20 minute drive and donning PPE was a complete waste of time. To the FedEx store!

Both arrogant and ignorant... The representative handled a delicate situation unprofessionally and repulsive. She lacked patience and understanding and built my disappointment to frustration. Clearly a lack of training and listening skills. During THIS Season no doubt! Thanks for nothing!

Great customer service today! I had a fingerprint appointment and I was serviced early. The girl who helped me was friendly and helpful and was easy to talk to during the process.

Rude staff

I have to say after a major hiccup w my delivery not due to this store I will be working with them again. Only because the manager there has been very helpful and understanding.

This store is the friendliest store out of all of the ones I have been to. I use their copy service quite often and they are very quick to get my job done and notify me.

I only dropped off a prepaid box, but they were nice. Asked for a small donation to their tape fund rather than forcing a purchase.

Ups puts USPS to shame. excellent service and deliveries are always on time.Usps is scared of the dog I dont have.

Very customer friendly in person. The UPS tracking number on my receipts was wrong, so I had to call them to find out where the package was, and get the correct #.The lady who answered the phone apologized, but I doubt anyone cared. It took me 20 minutes to track a package that should have taken only 2 minutes. Oh well.

Dropping packages off is usually a time consuming boring wait, but I am impressed with the fluidity and knowledge of the staff (Alaina) and the ease of getting a package sent. I have also utilized their printing capability when I needed a batch of Reunion flyers made for my familys upcoming even, I was impressed at the quality and price!

Always great service there and you get that personal touch. Jen is awesome

Everyone always nice here and i am a frequent customer. But you find out what kind of customer service you are dealing with when there is a problem. Today i had an issue and it was not handled well. It was handled so poorly that i will discontinue using this particular store.

The entrance to this store is awful. The door has to be pulled outward, so if you are carrying several boxes or a large one you have to put them down, open the door and block it with your body then pick up your packages to enter the store. There is no automatic handicapped opener, which would solve the problem.

Fast and easy. Nice staff.
