I personally wasnt upset but the day I was there was the first day of your system change-over, and some of the customers were very ticked off. The wait for some people for a lube, oil, and filter change was over 2 1/2 hours. I think mine might have been that long but, I watched the tv in the waiting area and played games on my phone, so it didnt seem that long. The cashier when I went to cash out was terribly upset by all the glitches in the new system, started crying and had to leave her work area. I felt bad for her. Some customers were _itching and complaining. It was not a good day for either workers or customers. But me personally I was ok, after all Gods timing is the only way things go. Who knows if I had gotten out of there sooner I might have been in an accident. So, all is fine!

Was very impressed with Tim Whitaker the service advisor. Went out of his way to insure that my vehicle would get to be serviced that morning. I would expect nothing less from the staff at Dunn. Also, I went into see my salesman Jim Vallequtte and he also went out of his way to insure my vehicle would be taken care of.
I had a terrible experience dealing with Dave White Chevrolet on Alexis & Monroe. I took my car to Dunn Chevrolet and they were very courteous and respectful. They did a great job repairing my car and I appreciated their professionalism. Stay away from Dave White. They are very rude to their customers and they didnt fix my car after keeping it for two weeks with no loaner.
Jim V is great!!! He is always friendly, honest and easy to work with. We have purchased 4 vehicles through him…would have been 5 but he was on vacation and wasn’t gonna be back for a bit. We tell everyone to go to Dunn and ask for Jim!
I called ahead to make an appointment for an oil change but even with an appointment it took two hours to be completed and back out the door. My truck sat out in the parking lot for almost an hour before they even started working on it. There has to be a better way.
I contacted Mr. Phil Roach about an issue I had almost a year ago from a previous repair. He got me right in and made sure the problem was corrected. He also has great communication. He is the reason I dont want to go to another dealership. I thank him for his time and commitment to his customers and his position.
We have been with Dunn, Chevy, Buick for 6-8 years. We have had two sales representativesin that time. Both representatives have been especially gracious. They have made sure we are getting the best information so we can make good decisions. Throughout the time, both sales representatives have kept in touch with us. Mr. Lawson has since left Dunn, Chevy. Buick. Mr. Velliquette took his place. Mr. Velliquette has been extremely helpful with the leasing of our present 2021 Equinox.
The service crew was friendly but the problem was not found while they had the vehicle and we were surprised to be charged $108 to have them drive it 13 miles to supposedly find nothing wrong. Took it home and the vehicle still has the issue though not as bad.
I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They not only did that but, they also washed my car and fixed the squeak on my brake pedal. Thank you to the mechanic.
Took over 6 hrs to get an oil change and a diagnostic check bc the service person marked me no appt even though I had booked one. When I called 3 hrs after drop off to check on the status, the service woman gave me so much attitude and told me that they had JUST taken it back to even start, and offered no apology or any other info. She was rude and made no attempt to help make it right. Thankfully the lady where you pay was nice and helpful and at least offered an apology. Will NOT be going back there...after using them for service for a few years. Really went downhill...
They were well aware of my schedule and time limitations, helping me to get in and out in a very timely manner. I wanted a new Buick because I just love them for there style, price and amenities. Ford almost reeled me in by a cheaper price but my empathetic dealer helped me to see that Ford had nothing special and it would be ‘cheaper’ if I would put a boatload of money down

My 2018 Colorado started to get the transmission flutter that the 8 speed transmissions get while we were on vacation. After research I found out that there was a TSB for the fix from GM. I was like great I have to take it to the dealer. No headache at all! Everyone from the guy at the service desk to the girl that set my appointment to the guys in the shop that worked on it. Great job! 18 years ago I probably wouldnt be writing a good feedback lol. If this is the new Dunns your doing it right. Thanks!

It would have been nice to be told that my car was completed. My back was to the service bay. My husband saw the car come in, but I waited another 10-15 minutes, but no one came to tell me it was ready.
Had discounts we were eligible for and they refused to honor them. I understand that vehicles are scarce right now but that is no excuse to not honor rebates especially when they are listed on the website. The salesman was warm and friendly and made it a pleasant experience overall just wish the dealership held up their end

The time I came in for an oil change. Before this most recent time. I had put a huge red tag on the rear view mirror that says do NOT wash. Because I have a ceramic coat on my vehicle. That costed me $1600. They still washed it. That was my only issue. But this most recent time I notified the gentleman and he wrote a note not to wash it. I also put the tag back on the mirror. Other than that I am happy with the service at this establishment. People are friendly and respectful. Look forward to coming back again.

Made appointment for oil, lube and tire rotation. I arrived about 1/2 hr. early for appointment and they checked me in and took the vehicle immediately. Vehicle was returned to me with service complete in about 45 mins. (and they even washed the exterior of the vehicle). Good customer service

I made an appointment for 8 AM on Thursday for a thermostat to be replaced, and was told that I should have my car back by early afternoon. By 2 PM I had not heard back so I called the service department only to be told they hadn’t even looked at my vehicle yet. I was told they would call me back by the end of the day to pick it up. At 5:00 PM I had not heard from them and called back only to be told that yet again they had not even started looking at my van let alone repairing it.The next day I waited until 9:30, a full hour and half after they opened, to call and see if they had begun to work on my van. The man on the phone was exceptionally rude and said that they were busy and hadn’t gotten a chance to look at it. At this point I pointed out that not only did I come in with the error code and issue already known, but they had had my van for 25.5 hours and hadn’t even read the code themselves yet, a process that takes less than 30 seconds. The man said he’d get to it asap and about 30 minutes later called to confirm that the issue was in fact EXACTLY what they were told it was when I dropped it off 26 hours prior. Again I was told they would take care of it immediately and I should have my van back in no time.... well by 2:30 PM I still hadn’t heard anything, but by this point I had looked up on YouTube the process to fix this myself only to find out the total repair time was less than 12 minutes! So when I called and was told “yeah I didn’t call you cuz I wasn’t done yet you need to wait” I was less than friendly in pointing out that it was a 12 minute repair that had now taken 30.5 hours and that I needed my car back immediately.Well amazingly less than 30 minutes later my car, which hadn’t been touched prior to me calling, was fixed and ready to go.... with a $299 bill.Having called around this is almost 3 times what every other repair place stated they would charge for the same exact repair!Do not use the guys they are a total rip off and a joke!

I would give you a 10 rating, but anytime I am in for service and you check or fill the tires you put in the wrong pressure. Volt tires are specified at 38 psi ... Dunn service always seems to fill them to 32 psi. Even if they were at the correct pressure it gets changed. Stop it, please fill the the specified tire pressure for my volt. Thank you.

Phil Roach did a excellent job explaining to me what my tire replacement options were and how I could go about applying for the GM mail-in rebate. Having a shuttle service available made it very convenient for me and the car was ready much sooner than I expected. Great job to the Dunn Team!
They found the problem but gave me no solution
They tried to tell me my two year old tiers that i purchaser from them were dry rotted and unsafe to rotate. I have since had my vehicle serviced elsewhere and they say Im good for 1 to 2 more years and no issues with rotating my tires. I dont suggest going to a place like this.
