I bought 4 New tires. I went in to Tireman Auto on Thursday and was scheduled to take my truck in on Saturday at 11am. According to one of the workers- its best to make an appointment-even though we take walk ins. So I make the appt, and go in Saturday, arriving 15 minutes earlier than my appointment time, and sure enough it took them 4.5 hours to Just to Put 4 New Tires on my Truck. Unbelievable!!! I didnt pick up my Truck until 3:00pm!!!!!!

Great Service! I had a rack and pinion replaced. I shopped around for estimates and Tireman had the better fair price. I made the appointment...it was done same day. I would definitely recommend!

My fiance bought these two brand new tires from Tireman in Perrysburg.They sold and put them on after giving me a list of front end problems that needed to be fixed but would not give me an alignment until I got the work done. I did have everything done that they said needed done. Upper and lower control arm, ball joints, wheel hubs and CV shaft ( I think thats what its called) but it was quite costly over $1000 in repairs. Took it back after a few weeks once everything was fixed on my end and my tires were ruined and they acknowledged that they were in poor shape but proceeded to let me pay for a wheel alignment. It ran horrible. My tires are still squeezing and if I go over a bump it will throw me almost off the road. So then I purchased some used tires. But in perfect shape and costly also after just buying two news ones from Tireman SMH. So Im still having wheel alignment issues I called Tireman made an appointment at the Oregon location for 11am today only to be told that they were fixing the alignment machine and Id have to wait 3 to 4 hours or come back again tomorrow. No calling me ahead to reschedule because if their mistake. The worker was rude and tried to make it like it was no big deal. Im done with Tireman. Anyone know who I can go to that will repair my wheel alignment. So frustrated 😫

I have been a Tireman customer (In Oregon on Navarre Street) for several years. As a woman not having alot of knowledge about cars, I need to have a trustworthy mechanic. The staff at this store has always given me top notch service regardless of how busy the store is, and accurate diagnosis on my vehicle. Even management there is friendly and makes sure the customers are satisfied. My truck is in good shape and I have no worries at all. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thanks Tireman!😊

The guys were VERY fast and explained everything in detail, and even gave me their suggestion against rotating my back, newer tires to the front bcause I have a 4 wheel truck and with the weather coming, I’m going to benefit the newer tread on the back as apposed to the older, less tread on the front, and I REALLY appreciated pointing that out, bcause I have so much going on that I hadn’t thought of that!!! Thank you, truly!!!!

My husband and I were first-time customers at Tireman. My car got in earlier than we expected it to and the price was very reasonable. Our salesman Josh was very personable and helpful. We plan on going back for future work

I may update this at some point.. but as of right now Its 2 stars at best. Was told an hour and a half for my tires. Dropped car off for 10am appointment. So decided to just stick around. Asked about my car after 2 hours. Was told it just needed to be put on the machine for alignment. Almost an hour and a half later I was shown my tire alignment (which they did not fix) and was told they can take care of that for another $75.. after already making me wait almost 3 1/2 hours. No thanks. First thing I did was take my car on the expressway to see if the tires were balanced properly. Got above 50mph and have a decent shake in my steering wheel. Dont think I will be going back. And definitely wont be recommending.

I made an online reservation for a location near my work. When I got there they did not have the tires at the website said they would but the service rep at the counter ordered the tires to be delivered to a store closer to my home. He was extremely helpful and friendly. That night I dropped my car off at the location near my house and was called the next morning to go over the concerns about my car and make sure they were going to do a thorough job. Everything was perfect. Customer service was excellent, good price, and a timely manner.

I’ve been taking my vehicles there for years and have always gotten the best service. Just took my van in yesterday and they quoted me a price for repair and then called me back to tell me that the work was done at lower price and even took my coupon. VERY SATISFIED!!!

Very rude and unprofessional. Was towed here on my honeymoon after car starter died. Two different sales associates belittled me, and argued that I had no clue whats wrong with my car even though I have prior knowledge of what the issue was. Wait time was extremely long and was put on hold on the phone for 20 minutes. I definitely was disappointed as my local tow truck driver recommended them. 0/10.

Just went for tires everything went good be side them turning off the automatic lights, messing with a few other things and Im 99% sure they left the van running the hour and half it was in the bay

On 7-14 21, I bought and had mounted 4 tires by the incompetents at the Oregon Tireman. I had requested to keep my old tires. After being there 3 hours, as I was leaving, I checked and no tires in the bed of my pickup. I went back inside and reminded them. They asked me to pull out back and they would put them in. They did this. I drove off and within 100 yds, I got a low tire indicator. Thinking it could be related to the mounting, I drove on home. The light stayed on. At home, I checked the pressures and one tire was approx 10# low. I called to express my displeasure, but said I would wait to see if the tire leaked or was not mounted properly. Later that day, I looked at the tires they put in the back. None were mine. I had 4 matched Cooper AT Discoverers with decent tread. I had replaced them because I prefer all season to all terrain. I had 2 Continental and 2 off-brand tires. Mother f*****g thieves. Never do business at Tireman Oregon.

This place is fast. Never gives me problems. Always goes when I need a car tune up.

Very high priced. I have had both of my vehicles fixed at tireman oregon. I have spent thousands of dollars and I just feel like they are way too high priced. For example they wanted to charge $2300 for my rear differential and back struts. We ended up going somewhere else and got the same exact work done for way way less. Rick is amazing but their prices are just too high.

The job i had them do went fine and but when i got my car back my heat cover was halfway off so i can only assume they were messing with other things along with switching a tire if i go through them again i will not leave it over night again who knows what they are doing when you arent there

Long story short.....freak accident with my tire and it went flat. They were very backed up and couldn’t get me in for a few days due to it being after a holiday. They told me that if I dropped the tire off they would do their best to fix it in the next 24hrs. They definitely delivered upon their promise. They even carried it out to my car. It means a lot that they cared about my safety and driving on my spare that they accommodated me into their busy schedule. 11/10 I would recommend them. My fiancé said he was so impressed he’s going to start going here.

Tireman was able to save me from canceling my vacation after another shop didnt keep their word to have my new tire in time. I called them on Wednesday afternoon and they got me in the following morning!

Tireman has always been very prompt, and honest. They do a fine job and the staff is very helpful and kind also. Ive had great experiences at the Oregon and Perrysburg locations. And I use them both on a regular basis as the only shop that works on my vehicle.

Received an oil change & tire rotation yesterday. When I got home noticed my front tires were low so checked air pressure and it was only 30psi, rear tires 36psi. Honda recommend psi is 32, front & rear. Thought Tireman checked tire pressure on oil changes and tire rotations. Makes me doubt tire rotation was performed

The service was fine and have no problem with any of the work .....my problem is the price I had brake work done on the rear of my truck my clailprer froze up so I needed new calipers and a rotor for one side it cost me 448 dollars thats ridiculous one caliper it. Was 179 dollars cmon one rotor it was 90 dollars thats outrageous wont have work done again ....prices are ridiculous

Air conditioning stopped working after my oil change. I will never go back or recommend tireman in Oregon, OH to anyone.

I have so many terrible experiences here. I needed my exhaust fixed three times in one week, just to have it fall off anyway. I needed a tire changed, was told the price of the tire and about the time it would be ready, only for them to decide on their own that they would use a compatible tire instead that would be cheaper and faster to put on, and then charged me the same price anyway. They used the tools in my car as well for some reason and then returned them to me in the lobby when I picked up my vehicle and had me carry them to my own car. On another occasion they didnt put the oil cap back on after an oil change, so oil shot out under the hood of my car and burned under the hood. I kept going back because I get a discount through my employer have had so many problems. The one thing I can say for them, is that every time something has gone wrong, they are very nice. They have owned up each time, admitted the issue was on them, and happily fixed the problem. Exceptional attitudes each time. Absolutely wonderful people, that truly do want to help but Ive just had too many issues to go back.

Our muffler was wagging back and forth. Called Tri County, talked to Chase, but he was overbooked. Told us to call Tireman and ask for his cousin, Rick. Rick put us in the book for the next morning,even though it was his day off. We were only there a little over an hour and the problem was fixed quite well. Guys were very helpful and courteous and did a great job. Wasnt expecting $97, but, hey, its only money and the job needed to be done. Muffler doesnt scrape on our hellacious driveway any more. Well for a busy location Tireman has impressed me. I was late for appointment and they didn’t even say a word about it. Wasn’t at Oregon location more then a couple of minutes and they had my truck in the bay. So we my wife snd I took off to go eat somewhere and realized we forgot my wallet. It was in truck they were working on. We returned to see our vehicle on the lift to high to open door. Mechanic offered to lower at first I said no but changed my mind cause he insisted he can lower quick if I needed wallet. He never complained and just lower it for me to grab it. Went to tireman to have a flat tire fixed. Staff were very nice. Gentleman who worked on my vehicle came to explain my opinions. Only complaints I have are that it took a long time. I was there 2 1/2 hours and they were very busy. Also I feel there were too many customers in a small waiting room.

Had problem w/tire not holding air & they got my car in before they closed & it was repaired before 10am the next day. Friendly & courteous to customers...if I need further car repairs will return to them for service!!

I had a whole list of things that needed to be completed and I was in and out in about 2 hours. (I had an appointment) I called around and they by far had the best rates (cheaper by $100 dollars easily) I would recommend and they have become my go to shop!

I got here at 10:30 am for tires and an oil change, and was told 2 to 2-1/2 hours. Ive sat here and watched at least a half-dozen cars pulled in that arrived hours after me, and my car is just now being pulled in at 2:30 pm. 4 hours. There were people here an hour after me who have been done and gone for over an hour. This will definitely be my last visit, the $40 Im saving over Belle Tire is in no way worth this. What a joke

The service was fast and they got me in the same day. I needed two new front tires and an alignment. That is all. I went on their web site and picked out tires because it is a drive to work and home car only. I didnt want cheap tires or expensive tires. My vehicle has already been to auto mechanic and nothing wrong with it. So here Im waiting for them to come out to tell me,because they got the lady across from me but she said just do front brakes the back ones are not making any noise yet. Smart woman.... so here I sit but wait .... Barbara we cant do your alignment because both front upper control arms need replaced at $430.00 + $89.99.. Are you kidding me. Put my tires on and I will take my vehicle. Why? Because nothing is wrong with my control arms. They are new about a year ago. So please just fix what people bring their vehicle in for and quit trying to get more out of hard working people ..... Thats why its hard to find honest mechanics.

The technician who wrapped up my sales when service was complete was polite and friendly. Offered extended warranty for my tire and greeted me as I walked in the door. He even offered small talk while he was completing my paperwork instead of allowing me to stand there in awkward silence. Two thumbs up. I believe his name was Josh.

I needed 4 new tires. They were helpful, affordable and efficient. I actually had to drop another vehicle off to have work done when I picked up my car with the new tires. They were very accommodating and are currently working on the other vehicle, making sure it is safe for my 16 year old to drive.

I was really happy with my service. I was able to make an appointment and they completed the services quickly. Very reasonable pricing too. I got my sway bar links replaced, a tire rotation, and a full oil change all for about 200 dollars which to me, isnt as bad as other places around town. The customer service was great, the employees were professional, quick and knowledgeable. I have gone to a few Tireman locations throughout Toledo over the past few years and Ive always been pleased with the service. Even amidst the pandemic, I was able to take care of my vehicle with help from Tireman and for that, Im extremely grateful!
