The iced latte with oatmilk is amazing! Service could improve, theyre not friendly 😔

At the time we arrived it was closed to walk-ins. However, the drive-in was open. I rate this a good thing for being COVID-19 aware. The donuts and coffee were very good, especially for it being in the early evening about 90 minutes before they close.

Pretty disappointed in the service lately. The workers are distracted and don’t listen to you properly and are talking to each other over the customer. Also I’ve had to go through twice a few times just to get my drink made correctly. I hope things turn around I wish the best for the company and the owners

I am a regular Dunkin’ customer and I went this afternoon to get my regular pumpkin frozen coffee and it was so gross and tasted like black mold or mildew. I’m so upset

Couldnt get a simple order correct! ordered a wrap received a croissant! my snackin bacon was cold and looked like it was what was left in the bottom of the container. ordered hash browns.. received 6 lol. for $33 worth of food, thats pathetic!

My Daughter has worked at this location 3 Weeks and hasnt received not even a Dime of pay and isnt and hasnt even been put in their system or put on the physical schedule at all, while I waste gas taking her there and back 3-5 days a week what a waste of a company doing people like this so Im Boycotting this Company!

My first experience is my last,their donuts might be good but their bagels are horrible. I ordered 2 bagels with sesame and cream cheese......they were hard! Could barely bite into them at all. The cream cheese was even nasty. The sausage,egg and cheese croissants were not that great either and the hashbrowns (6) were burnt also. The iced coffee is not that great either. I paid 26 something for this and it wasnt worth it AT ALL!!!

Hot chocolate is nasty.They charge extra for long johns.Two hot chocolates and a dozen donuts for $20.Never again.

Great doughnuts great coffee but get ready for some spam when you sign up with the app. Don’t give them your main email.
