Always good. Thats what I like about Starbucks. Its consistent. Consistently good!! And, you dont have to order off of the menu. They will make whatever you want!

I love Starbucks coffee have for 20+ yrs. I feel that the people who work behind the counter are trying really hard to keep customers happy. There doing the best they can when they get busy. But Im not waiting in a line 15 people deep and 20 mins just to get a good cup of coffee. Ive gone to Kroger early in the morning just to be able to get a cup of coffee and go shopping, but most of the time I just see a long line. Which makes me feeling like I just should have stayed home made my own coffee and went shopping later. The customer service is awesome the corporate backing of having enough employees is the problem in my eyes

I love Starbucks coffee, but I had to rate this accordingly with the consistent terrible product they produce out of this store! I have ordered the same coffee drink every time I go and it is consistently never made correctly and is half full! At this point I can almost bet that it wont be full and doesnt taste right. So I have to open the cup to show the staff and clearly it is half full. They remake it and it comes out OK the second time. I can order from any other Starbucks and I have never had that problem, ever! Please train this staff better!

This location is always busy! I go about 1x per week, and the staff are friendly, and they know my order. Always great coffee!

I dont even want to do one star!!!So, Im not sure where to write this review but it really needs to be heard.Today, I went to Starbucks in Kroger on Navarre Ave in Toledo, Ohio. I ordered a cream frappe base with toffee nut and Carmel. The lady who was taking my order gave me a look like I was the most stupid human being. She cocked so much attitude. Another sweet girl just took her place. After she did, the original lady went to the side and was mocking me saying if you dont want coffee dont come to a coffee shop then just continued making fun of me and making snide remarks. This is very hard for me. I enjoy Starbucks. But, due to many health issues I cant handle strong coffee. So, I never order actual coffee. I tend to go to frappes. They half butt made my drink on top of ALL of this. I have just recently gotten into Starbucks after finding a drink from you guys that doesnt cause strong anxiety attacks due to how much the coffee hypes me up. This was my fourth visit to a star bucks, ever. I am very disappointed. I was very lucky to have nothing but positive experiences until today.

I guess me and my husband just dont understand the hype. The first time we ever had Starbucks was at this Kroger. And for the price you pay is just not worth it. We tried it again today and wont ever go back. Our drinks didnt taste very flavored and my daughters hot chocolate was lukewarm.

Same old, same old Starbucks

I have only gotten one type of hot beverage there and not too often because the prices and the aftertaste are a bit too much for me. They use too dark of a roast and that burns all of the caffeine out. I drink coffee to wake me up. I think if they used their Veranda roast in the huge hopper, people like me wouldnt ask for 2-3 extra shots in a vente. 🤔

Seating is awkward since its inside a Kroger. On par price wise with Biggby. Decent selection of coffee and small food selection.

Terrible. They are always too slow and fail to do their job....accurately make drinks in a time manner. They always find a way to mess up my drink, at one point I waited in line for 10 minutes for two people to make one drink. Ridiculous. I will no longer go here and I will tell others.

Whenever you go to eat at a place with the specific menu items such as coffee you expect people to know what coffee is and how coffee is made and you are not expected to teach the people how to do certain objectives for example Ive been drinking coffee over there for at least 10 times before i ended up getting charged extra as i ordered a creamer not a latte. I dont recommend going here as they dont know the definition of latte and creamer.

Compared to actual Starbucks owned stores, this one seems to do a better job of getting our drink order right. After reading these reviews, I’m sorry for the workers that have to put up with some of these upset people...if your drink isn’t right, say something! If you want a vanilla milkshake aka Vanilla Frappuccino minus espresso, save $3 and your griping and go to McDonald’s! Would like to see all starbucks promos available here and a 2nd espresso machine so they can offer the blonde roast!!
