Tried to go through him as his prices were very reasonable, and he was recommended to us. Set up an appointment and a time frame he would be out on a Tuesday. He never showed up. Called and texted to see if maybe I had misunderstood the date. Never heard back from him. We waited another week thinking maybe he’d show up the next Tuesday. Once again he didn’t show up. My husband had called him and texted him several times throughout the week and we never heard back from him. My husband finally got ahold of him, and he blamed us saying we must’ve had a bad address and he had sent the windshield back. That’s impossible as we had both tried to contact him several times. He rescheduled with my husband for the next day, and once again didn’t show up. We texted him one more time saying we’d love to give him the business because his prices were great, but never heard back. Not professional by any means.

I called and the voicemail said to text him. I was texting him back and forth to set up a time. He told me that he wasnt even in Orem and that his place was in Lehi. After confirming a day I told him I could do 1 of 2 times out out the 3 hour time frame he gave me and asked which worked best for him. Then he stopped replying to all of my texts. I dont reccomend this business.
