Holy Moses!! Is this really an Auto Glass thing-a- ma- bob?! It is in an office space and pretty difficult to find. It has no tell-tale signs of automobile anything. I Went in the office and the gal said she would have so-and- so call me tomorrow. Of course he never did!! The only reason Im even giving it 3 stars is because I simply dont have the heart to give ANYPLACE ANY LESS!!(Clandestine crack lab notwithstanding)

The prices are great! They came right to my location when they said they would and had the new windshield changed quickly. The tech is knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. Would recommend Uniglass to anyone.

These guys were great! great price no hidden fees like the other two places I called. They also cleaned off my dashboard which sounds weird but I could never reach in the groove so it was a nice surprise.

Uniglass is absolutely wonderful. They worked with my insurance and I didnt have to pay a thing. Brenda organized everything with my insurance and Joe came and replaced my windshield. Honestly, they made it so easy and Joe came to my work to fix it. I would definitely recommend Uniglass and would use their services again.

I was impressed by the timeliness and efficiency of my windshield replacement. I just made a simple phone call and spoke with a representative to set it all up. I thought it was going to be a hassle going through my insurance but it was easier than I thought using Uniglass. I definitely recommend.

After having a poor experience with this company, I received a call from the manager expressing his concern for my experiences. I have been assured that everything would be taken care of and after this would say that I believe this is a company that does care about its customers. I realize after speaking with them that my issue is with a separate company they have contracted with to perform glass work.

The forgot to put my rear-view mirror back on, then showed up two hours beyond the 5 hour time frame established to come back and finish the job. It should not have been such a hassle, but they completely went against any promise of convenience. Not to mention they didnt leave me any instructions for how long to keep my windows down, etc. Would not recommend them.

The technician was nice and called ahead of time. He works quickly and maintains good quality. Theyve earned a customer for life.

Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional, and just plain disappointing. I got this recommendation from someone else to fix my windshield and I set up the appointment no problem, itd just take a week after ordering the glass and theyd take care of it. Well, my appointment rolls around and Im waiting for them when they call and say there was a problem with the windshield because it was scratched and theyd order a new one, but I would have to be rescheduled again and it would be another week because they couldnt fit me in. Fast forward to today when they again call only an hour before theyre supposed to arrive to say oops, their manager didnt even send in an order, so Id have to wait another week or whenever they manage to do their jobs.Its obvious these people cant even to provide good customer service so maybe it was a good thing they never tried to install my windshield. Safe to say, this is one recommendation Im throwing in the trash.

While at the Big O Tire Company, they offered to replace my windshield, very friendly cooperative representative of Uniglass, gave me a very reasonable quote called it in made the appointment, they (over the phone) confirmed the quoted price. After telling me theyd be ready for me within a five hour period, Uniglass shows up at my doorstep to replace my windshield (thought that was pretty neat) I asked to confirm what the price would be, he gets mad and calls up their office and flat out tells them that hes very frustrated. Their Office wouldnt give me the originally quoted price (a ten dollar difference) but after some persuasion I was able to get the quoted price. Throughout the whole window replacing process he threw his drill upon the hood a couple times and seemed to somewhat careless. By the time he had finished replacing the windshield, he had regained his composure and was friendly and gave me some tips on maintenance.I will be going through Diamond Glass next time, its a 50 dollar difference (cheaper) when booking an appointment online.

Have used this company multiple times from rock chips . to recently windshield replacement . Great experience everytime. Prices are good and best of all service was outstanding.

I have not had a worse experience with a business. Do yourself a favor and find anyone, and I mean ANYONE else to do business with. If you insist and throwing your money to companies that dont deserve it, then Im sure youll be adding a review similar to this soon.
