Scott Burke was very helpful. He had put in an almost 14 hour day and when our oxygen machine started beeping, we were concerned it would keep us up that night. He spent time on the phone with us helping us to remedy the problem, but we were still concerned. At 10 pm, he drove 30 minutes out of the way to deliver another machine. Above and beyond excellent customer service!
This company is amazing!!! They took care of my great grandma and catered to all her needs and helped her live a much healthier and happier life. If it weren’t for the Oxygen they provided, she would have never been able to go anywhere and her quality of life would have gone down hill rapidly. The employees and drivers are really sufficient and make her feel so important and heard. Thank you so much Lincare for changing her life!
Really impressed with this company. In particular, Scott did a superb job getting my equipment delivered and set up and then went the extra mile to deliver me another one when the first one malfunctioned. Superb customer service.
My father has been served by Lincare for his Oxygen needs for well over ten years and it probably is closer to fifteen years. It has been a pleasant experience dealing with the office personnel. They have been very helpful and courteous. The delivery personnel have also been wonderful to work with, helping us through questions and concerns.Over the years we have dealt with Lincare people in Montana, Arizona and St George when traveling. They also have been very service oriented. Thanks to every one!

Maybe ok when your parent is alive. But after they went on hospice and we canceled and they had came and got their equipment they still charged us the next full month. (This wasn’t the the prorated part) As well as they won’t refund the double payment that was made just before hospice. (my mother paid it after not realizing I already had). We had asked when we realized it while she was alive but they didn’t refund it. Going through her bills, after she passed away we talked to them again about it. They said I needed to proof i was executor of her Will before they would refund. I faxed that in and haven’t heard a thing month later from them. It didn’t bother me to prove it but it should of been handle right after the double payment as well as right after the cancellation of service.
Just received our initial delivery from Lincare this morning. Lincare employee Alisa was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable. She showed us plenty of options that would make life easier for a patient needing oxygen. She is a wonderful representative for Lincare.

We have benefited from Lincare in thier providing services when traveling to visit family in Naples, Florida, Allen Town Pennsylvania, and Pueblo, Colorado.We really appreciate and enjoy the office and delivery staff here in Orem.Cathy in the office and Justin have been so service oriented and pleasant to work with. The delivery personnel of Steve, Alisa and Scott are also so pleasant and service oriented. We always look forward to their coming by to resupply oour oxogen containers. We hated to see Tim pass away,Lincare in Orem has done a remarkable job in having knowlegeable, compitent people who make customers feel that their needs are being met.After surgery this past year I was not going to be released from the hospital until I had oxygen arranged to be dilivered at my home. Lincare arranged to have it delivered almost before I had returned home.Lincare is the best. The Orem staff could not be better representatives of the company that they work for.

I dont think I would have ever gone here because of all the bad reviews they have, but my insurance only works with 3 places and they all had terrible reviews, so I felt like I had no other choice. I believe the people that work here mean well, and are kind of nice, but they seem to be so disorganized and have no idea whats going on.I went here to get CPAP supplies and a gentlemen helped me out with a mask. It wasnt the one I wanted because they were out of the one I wanted, so I figured I would try the one they gave me for a week and call them to get the other one. They told me that they work with you and your insurance for 30 days to find the mask you want. Well they said that, but they didnt work with me. I called a week later to try and get a new mask, and I was told they would have the gentlemen call me back that set me up originally. After a few days with no call, I called again, and they told me the same thing. This happened 3 times! I called the 4th time and said no one has called me back can you just help me, to the person I was speaking to at the time. They said oh it looks like those masks are out of stock, Ill get it ordered for you and it will be here in a week. So I call a week later, and they said it hadnt come in, and then once I started complaining that they havent been working with me, somehow all the sudden they found the mast I originally wanted to try. Well this is now approaching 30 days and I had to make a decision on a mask. Now I felt rushed and had no idea which mask was going to work best, so I just picked the new mask they gave me hoping that one was going to be best. Well that mask wasnt the best one for me but now Im stuck with it because Im outside the 30 days. I cant get the other mask for 6 months unless I want to pay out of pocket.I know that was a long story, but if you are forced to work with this company for your oxygen or CPAP supplies, you have got to be watching over them and hold their hands every step of the way.
The WORST company ever! They lie about EVERYTHING and do not tell you very important information so they can get your money and come take your machine back, total rip off, all employees are straight up dumber than a box of rocks and they are BEYOND dishonest. If I could give 0 stars I would!

I’m new to having needs. I’ve found very good personal service here and very knowledgeable help from Misty. It’s usually those with negative experiences who post, I only wish they could respond to each of those to help understanding. I’d like to shout out 5 brilliant stars. Tried to call in to give them my updated insurance info so they would not charge me full price on recurring equipment payments, and sat on hold for 15 minutes. When I called back in to the main desk they rerouted me right to the hold line and did not try to help me with my issue.
Lincare is a joke! I had a small rental unit for one week. We canceled and a week later they came and and picked it up. Then a week later they came and to pick it up again. Four times in all they came. Now seven months later I notice they have billed my insurance for $537.00. Do they even keep records? Is this honest? I am on hold for ever but hey it gives me time to write a review. - (Addendum) Well it is now 2020 and they are still threatening us for an under two hundred dollar bill mistake they made in June of 2017. Now they want over a thousand dollars and are threatening to take us to a collection agency. I would never use this company for anything! Local people are great but I have talked to people in about five states to get the bill straiten out?
I needed to buy a couple of inexpensive supplies, and needed to do it today because I took the day off work and they are only open the hours I am at work. They gave me false information, claiming that my insurance required me to jump through a bunch of hoops. Then they told somebody from the insurance company that their own company policy requires me to jump though those unnecessary hoops.I am happy to take my business elsewhere.
Lincare has always given me excellent service and supplies. They carry oxygen cannulas with the foam padding attached that dont dig into my skin and leave dents for hours in my cheeks after I wake up, which many companies do not.
My grandmother was on their service from her first diagnosis of emphysema when she was on oxygen with a cannula to oxygen after her tracheotomy was put in. She loved lincare and looked forward to every visit from them. They treated her very well, all through her final days.
Worst experience ever! They estimate the amount you will owe after insurance is billed and wont set up your medical supplies until after you have paid what they estimate then when their estimate is $35 higher than what your insurance allows it is a fight to get the refund. They argue with you on the phone because they are resubmitting the claim to hopefully get more money out of you and wont issue a refund until they can figure out which billing codes will provide them with the biggest check

Worst customer service ever. You get locked into a 5 year contract and then they have drivers who demean your use of O2, they change the rules and dont keep scheduled delivery dates. They management team is non-responsive. This has been my grandmothers experience. Cant wait to switch to IHC the day the contract is fulfilled.
I use this location over the Salt Lake City one because they did not show up for installation that was scheduled for a day late then was told by the delivery guy all the other drivers were doing nothing and he was the only one going out. I tend to believe him since he came out at the end of the day. To return the equipment its been a month and they keep saying they need a Dr note to stop and say they never have it. If I wanted they can get a driver out NEXT WEEK! Ill just return it to the Orem office instead and sign a letter of discontinuation. The shop here 5 stars Salt Lake 1 star.
I would give zero stars if able to. Unbelievable service. Kathy is the worst office professional ever. My mom has been with this company for years and has dealt with this condescending woman numerous times. She will treat older people as if they are incompetent. She dresses, looks, speaks in a manner that is very trashy. She denied my mom oxygen after 14 years of being on it. Her reasoning was, Call my billing office. She should not be in an office setting, certainly not a setting that works with people!

Your service person came up from Orem to Kamas on a holiday to service my oxygen equipment---otherwise I would have had to go without oxygen until the next business day. Negative feedback is so easy to give. I just wanted to let you know your service deserved atleast 5 stars! Thank you again.
Terrible customer service. I made specific arrangements with them both times I tried their home test. They screwed up both times. Gave me wrong instructions with the test, so I couldnt take it. They act annoyed on the phone when you call. Then they dont do what they say theyre going to do. Horrible company to deal with.
Is there a negative star button??? Just moved from Oregon called to get my moms emergency tank filled, was told Well I am not a medical expert but she should only need her O2 at night! I guess if you think she really needs it I can bring one out! Really?!?!?!!!?
