Had a great experience at Grand Appliance Orland Park, IL. We went to check out washer/dryers and Bill Wichert was a great help. He gave us all the details on the brands we were interested in and answered all our questions. He was very patient and no pressure! I really appreciated his follow up call as we had purchased pedestals and changed our mind, he called to remind us that our credit needed to be processed. Great customer service!!! We have been using the GE appliances for 3 days and we love them! The delivery team was excellent! Installed them quickly and without any issues. Thank you all!

Not often a participant in surveys, however this shopping experience and interaction with the Jeff, set the bar high for others to strive for. Was shopping for a new dryer. Went to Grands, picked one out and it was delivered and installed today, a week later! The salesman was attentive and the installer was quick and efficient. Will definitely recommend to friends!
Not thrilled about going here because thought it would be like the old Grants.. It is NOT. They have prices on all items now, and help not arrogant! They did have a limited selection, but nonetheless offered variety of items; from low to medium to high-end products and prices. Sales people were not annoying. Offered assistance if/when necessary. Found pricing to be straightforward, with no gimmicks just facts. Did not purchase anything because still looking. Would definitely go back, and am glad son persuaded me to give it a chance.
I came in looking for a new refrigerator since mine had just broke. I was looking for a specific Kitchenaid model but every big box store either did not carry or the wait was well over a month. Bill at Grand offered an alternative Bosch unit which matched what I was looking for. He was great and managed to set up delivery in 2 days! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Just found my dryer that I bought new wasnt new.The belt broke and repair man saidThere were self tapping screws ..he.this has been repaired before.It had self tapping screws.He the factory doesnt use self tapping screws..Grand sold a used dryerThats not what the repair man said.The factory doesnt use self tapping screws he said.Very disappointed.Dont shop Grand Appliance
We were pleased to be helped with knowledgeable and friendly sales staff. Jeff was able to answer all my questions regarding my cooking and baking preferences. He was even experienced in roasting a 20lb. turkey and baking cakes and cookies. Delivery and installation in five days.
The salesperson was very knowledgeable and professional. They matched a lower price and were very reasonable on the delivery/pickup charge. When I informed him that my current refrigerator had quit working, he told me that he would attempt to expedite the delivery. Great customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Our salesman, Eric, was extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions, even pointing out the good and even not so good features of what we were considering in purchasing. He wasnt pushy or high pressure. We went home to research the brand we liked and went back on Monday to purchase.
3 yr old LG stove has to be replaced at my expense. Control board gone.Jeff said there was nothing he could do for me. LG is not their first recommendation as they come from Korea and with Covid and all. I wonder if he would pay $600 to fix a stove that cost him$750? I purchased 4 appliances @ $4509..
I cant find a single reason to purchase anything else from this company. Buying my new over the range microwave was the worst experience ever. The company Grand Appliances partner with for the installations had the vent blow, instead into the duct, inside my cabinet, apparently due to poor installation. When I mentioned that to them, all they did was to patch the holes they left behind with tape, tell me to fix it my self (its going to be cheaper they said), and left.The worst part is that the customer service representatives at Grand Appliances, never tried to resolve the issue. First, I had to drive all the way to the store (because the hang up on me on the phone) only to hear a number of excuses and insults that I asked for free services and that proper venting is not part of their standard installation service. They even repeated the argument of the installation company that I should fix the issue myself because Im handy! Im still scratching my head with this argument 🤔

We were looking to replace 3 appliances in our kitchen & found everything at Grands. Our salesman, Matt Lukas, was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. Delivery & installation of 2 of them was timely & efficient, our built in microwave/convection oven is on order. The installation team worked very well together & had it done very quickly & neatly. Everyone we encountered was courteous & helpful. Really loved the no pressure approach. We would highly recommend this company.
I went in to purchase a new washing machine the end March. We were told it was out of stock, but over 200 units would be ready to deliver the beginning of April. We even had an estimated delivery date of April 10. After the 10th came and went, I called to find out whats going on. I was told the delivery was pushed back by the manufacturer to the end of April. I called in the beginning of May for an update, only to be told it was pushed back to the end of May. In mid-June, I was getting upset. The washer we had was really struggling, and with 6 people in the house, a working washer is a necessity. My salesman was rude when I called. All I was asking for was a little communication. He literally said hed call me every 3 days to tell me the washer wasnt in yet. As that was not necessary, I asked for a call once a week. As of yet, Ive never received a call letting me know the washer was scheduled for delivery. I did get a text notification that my washer would be delivered last weekend. The delivery and set up was great. The guys were in and out in less than half an hour, and made sure the hoses were attached properly and that everything worked. I completely understand that there is an electronic shortage right now, the company I work for is having issues getting parts. I cant excuse the rude attitude of our salesman and the complete and utter lack of communication. Ill definitely be thinking long and hard before I purchase anything else from Grand.
Had a great experience with Eric was very knowledgeable about all brands we were interested in. Found the rest of staff helpful but not pushy Clean, spacious showroom with functioning appliances to see and hear how they look & sound.
Service was AWESOME from beginning to end!! Prices & warranty were competitive. Id just gotten off from work, didnt want to spend much time shopping & the rep got me just what I wanted & explained everything in details quickly! Delivery services were just as good! Impossible to get any customer service. Refrigerator was delivered and is damaged. No one answers phone calls once they know what the problem is. They may have great prices but there is a price to pay for good customer service. NO STARS if it is possible.We have already called and left messages twice at the number suggested by the post and get no one to follow up.
Horrible customer service!!!!!!! What a joke, these guys are disgusting. Unfortunately I only got one persons name (Bill). Please dont come to this awful place. Both men treated my parents with such disrespect, belittling them and making them feel like they cant ask a simple question! I pity the sad little men you have working for you.

- Order some appliances in April of 2021, havent seen hide nor hair of them. Called Grand and was told wed be Lucky if we were to get anything for at least an year. Pretty cocky about it too. Meanwhile they have our money and are laughing all the way to the bank on the interest its earning for them.Lessons learned.
They are always helpful and very friendly…love using them… but they didn’t install my new fridge or haul away old one and I paid for the service and didn’t install the microwave correctly to the vent …I’ve left multiple messages for Matt and no call back
This company is superb. I have bought everything from floor and clearance models to the new appliances and I could not be happier. Today they installed a dishwasher and removed the old one. They were super careful not to scratch my floors. I could tell the installers were experts. For a drama free experience, go with these guys.

So far so good. Found our fridge (including delivery, installation, and haul away) for $100 less than the list price at Best Buy. Purchase was quick and easy. No issues with our Sales man Mike. All in all, it has been a good experience so far. We haven’t had it delivered yet so I don’t want to jump the gun.
I was looking for a refrigerator to replace my old one. Matt was my salesman. He gave me all the information I was looking for. I wanted to think about it and Matt did not pressure me for a decision. He gave me his card and let me know I could call him if I had any other questions.When I came back to make my purchase Matt was just as helpful as the first time. I would come back to Matt for all my future appliance purchases.
Keith has great customer service, was very helpful in helping me find the stove I wanted. He even took extra time to search for a place that had the stove, so I could get it as soon as possible, since my stove wasnt working. I really appreciate all the time he spent with me, Keith is a great salesman.

Grand Appliance is the place to shop for your appliance and TV needs. The sales rep was personable and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions without hesitation. I was so happy to find a front loading washer that fit my budget. Next time I need an appliance, I will visit Grand first.

Appreciated the honesty about potential delivery delays for certain ranges. Even though we came in minutes before closing (we didn’t know), Jeff walked us through the ranges and looked up delivery dates to help us decide. We called the next day to order. They were busy when I stopped in to shop for a range so it took some time to get noticed which gave me some alone time with their large selection. Once Mike noticed me he quickly answered my questions and I was able to make my purchasing decision and complete the transaction. Competitive pricing with better service and knowledge of their offerings.
FYI employees are not wearing mask even with a county mandate in place. So sad that they don’t care about the safety of their customers.

We have been looking for a stove in many of the big box stores. We walked around for 15 to 20 minutes uninterrupted, then Matthew walks over asks some questions and showed us an oven to die for at an affordable price we were super impressed.
After browsing the appliance displays, I met with a salesman. He discussed options for a Slide in range and microwave. He explained the different levels for the brand I wanted. I was happy with the price and the quick delivery service. Definitely will go back if I need to replace any other kitchen appliances.

Upon entry to the store my husband and I noticed multiple salesmen walking around. Instantly we thought we were going to be approached. As a nice surprise, they allowed us to roam and look around first and when we were looking around for a salesman then approached us. Our salesman was incredibly cool. We really like the way he talked to us and checked inventory and stock in the back. I also like the fact that there was a veterans discount!

Do not waste your time here, we ordered a double oven and hood range insert two weeks ago and have received little to no information from Bill our salesperson. We have called and left messages and he doesn’t return calls. On the day our double oven was supposed to be installed no one showed up because Bill forgot to have it shipped. We still haven’t gotten a call back regarding our range hood insert... the wrong one was ordered and Bill again is MIA. I’m just going to cancel my order, I’d rather give my money to an organization that cares about their customers and not just take their money.****Update***Just read the owners response....wow now the product is delayed. We were told last week it arrived and would be installed on 2 Nov, nice to know a day after it was supposed to be installed that’s it been delayed only after I complained online. I still have NOT heard anything from Bill/store... the number they posted on the response puts you on hold for over thirty minutes and only connects you to rude salespeople at the store.
The Orland Park location is in need of help when dealing with customers. It took writing an email to the store manager of this location to take me seriously, it was sad to hear I was dealing with the manager the whole time while in the store. After receiving an apologetic phone call and a few emails back and fourth discussing specs and pricing, I put in one final request to finalize the order and never received a response back after three days; so I did what he originally told me to do and ordered my appliances elsewhere. The sad part of this whole situation the competitor couldn’t match Grands price, so I paid the higher amount for a better experience.

Decent customer service. I didnt like the fact I chose 2 separate items (stove and microwave) going to the exact same address yet I paid 2 separate delivery charges... and they are coming at 2 separate times which ties up my WHOLE day, which for them justifies the separate charges BUT IT DOES NOTHING ME....Its like ordering a pizza and hot wings coming to the same address...paying 2 separate delivery charges........ so I give them a 3 out of 5 stars
The service we received was excellent! The in store team was friendly and very helpful! The item I ordered was in stock, and was delivered within a couple of days. The delivery was on time and the team of installers were very courteous and displayed excellent precision when installing the appliance.

I had a very good shopping experience purchasing a freezer chest today. I called to check availability, drove over, walked in and paid for the item. It was loaded in my car and I was on my way home in less than 15 minutes. I worked with Jeff at the Orland Park, IL location. The staff is friendly and helpful. I am glad I went to Grand’s. They had the dishwasher I want in stock and it was cheaper than everywhere else I have looked, which is good because I have to pay extra for installation due to my dishwasher being located ridiculously far away from the sink.

We purchased a Bosch kitchen appliance suite in August 2020. The refrigerator arrived full of scratches. Service department ordered new doors. The first set of replacement doors was the wrong color. Called service... waited almost 2 weeks for a call back. They ordered doors again.... was told they were on back order. In the mean time, the oven isnt working right - called service 0 and shockingly there is no response from them. The doors finally arrived in March of 2021.... the service company called on the day delivery was supposed to happen and told us the new doors arrived damaged. They also told us they will not accept anymore service calls from Grands.I am now stuck with a brand new scratched up refrigerator and an oven that takes 15 minutes to pre-heat and 55 minutes to bake 10 cupcakes - and can not even get a call back from Grand Appliance.Great customer service.

Excellent communication Matt was steller!! As you know appliances are hard to come by these days without having to wait 3 to 4 months due to covid.. I would highly recommend them. Install is to take place in a week. Stay away from the box stores home depot, Lowes, menards...they arent knowledgeable enough to help you thru the process to know if the appliances will fit or not.
