I have been going to WV Orland Park for many years for my service. I had a service appointment there last month and it did not go well. I sent an email, and instead of someone from the service department, they had a salesperson call me to try to sell me a new vehicle! Seriously?!? Did someone not even read the email, just passed along the contact information as a lead? Ive been a loyal customer for many years, dealt with Hilary in the past who was amazing. I drive in from Michigan to have my car serviced, but I think I will find someone closer from now on. Quite disappointed. I hope my experience this time was an anomaly.

My experience with this dealer i talked to the sales men alex about a car that cost 39K he showed me the car and turned on for me and all i told him that i have to bring my brother in 3 days so we can pick it up i went to the dealer in 3 days and talked with anther sales men bec alex was not their the guy said this car now cost 44K and we cant lower the price on this car and the car market value is 38k with same miles and year i love VW but this dealer owner is a money digger just a waste of time

Buyers Alert!!!!Volkswagon makes great cars. But orland dealership gives Volkswagon a bad name entirely. They are dishonest (price of lease was changed from verbal agreement to written document). Half staffed and cars don’t come out cleaned after purchase. They forget to mention that car is two wheel drive vs 4. General Manager is most likely the root problem here: in dealing with him and bringing this to his attention all he did was make excuses and accuse me of dishonestly. Place is run like a Mafia. Everyone protects everyone even if they make mistakes and cover for them. They use Jargon and unprofessional sales tactics to cover for a fundamentally badly run business. It’s sad. They would do much better to be honest and professional and trustworthy, the car would pretty much sell themselves.

I recently had my 2019 Tiguan serviced at VW of Orland. And again (Ive been there several times over the years} I could not be more pleased with the level of care and service that I received. As a loyal VW owner, Im on my 6th, Ive dealt with several dealerships and for the most part have been very pleased with them all. Orland has always stood out. One of the reasons is James sets a high standard and holds his team accountable . In or out of warranty they are my go to place

New Service manager cant bother returning calls. Left several messages over the last couple of months. Asked to have rust covered under corrosion warranty on 4.28.21. Still no updates, or call backs.
Beware of the financing guy in that dealership, they will try to take advantage of you.

The worst customer serviceHorrible........Today called to scheduled service appointments on my 2020 vw passat that has bought from this dealership 5 months ago FOR THE SAME REASON AND IUSSE when the car has 150 miles. service writer LORI after explaining the problem to her. Also mentioned this is an Emergency that I need to bring it over for safetys concerns for the new car. She was refusing to get me in according to her schedule till Friday which have to leave town on Friday .dealership can not provide a loaner car ....if I take my 5 months old car with mechanical failure today and it will not be a any promise to getting to the car till when ever NOT TODAY as well as no loners cars .also she is trying to tell me that is not a mechanical problem from the car while driving the car If you have to slam the break as it needs in time of emergency and the car will pulls to right it is normal Which is not Normal car must stopped straight. Im not happy with this dealership as far as customer service if I could give them the lowest negative star I would
