I was going to write a raving review, but now....I got my battery replaced, shelled out $200! They took over an hour, close to two to install it then I stopped on an errand and my car won’t start. I called and they were pretty much “too bad, so sad”. Didn’t offer to come down the street to look. Didn’t offer any suggestions. I’m in tears. Stranded. I live on the north side of the city. Do not go here!!

Stopped in to ask for help with a check engine light that was on in our less than 1 year old Jeep Cherokee latitude. The lady was more than helpful and actually went outside with a reader she hooked up to our car and told us exactly what the issue was. She also had the sensor in stock but suggested we go through the dealer first as it may an item covered under warranty. Turns out it was and cost us nothing. Very courteous and helpful, excellent customer service and support.

The staff here are so helpful! A big thanks to Moe for his excellent service as he was so kind to help me with switching out my brake light. Very grateful to have this location as my go-to auto part store in my area.

This AutoZone has nice helpful people working there. The lady that rung me up saved me a bunch of money by telling me that they had the exact rotors I was looking for but they were a different brand and had a price difference of almost $50 cheaper. She could of just let me buy the ones I had planned to buy. Thanks!

I would not recommend this autozone. I came in to get trans fluid and antifreeze. I have a Nissan and need a different kind and wasnt finding what I needed. When I asked an employing if she was able to help me her reply was werent you just back there. I replied with well yes but I wasnt sure if maybe I was in the wrong spot or possibly wasnt seeing what I needed. Well than we must not have it. Um couldnt you look it up? No,,. What the hell? Id rather drive 5 mins down the road to another auto store.
