Great first visit. I felt welcomed. I went in for an issue with my tire. It was fixed in a timely manner and although it may seem like a small thing, the caps were put back on the air valve..small but important to me. The waiting area was clean. I would go back again.

Called the day before to confirm a certified car was for sale and available to purchase, manager confirmed it was. Get there and there is something wrong with the car, we leave to grab lunch while they look at it and he was going to check if the same model was available new. Told us he would text us while we ate lunch about the certified and new option, no text. Don’t lie to customers and have them drive 1+ hour to come see cars that cannot be bought.

I inquired about a 2021 QX80 and their internet pricing is very misleading. Once I was dealing with a salesman they quoted me a price 2K higher then what they have advertised online. He said it was the price higher because I wasnt a loyal Infiniti owner because I dont currently own an Infiniti which was rebate I didnt qualify for. I also clicked on their link to value my trade in to see what my car would be worth on a trade in. Again once I was in contact with the salesman they were willing to give 4.4K less than what their link attached to their website quoted me. In my experience with this dealership their website pricing is misleading and a marketing tactic to get you in the door. I was extremely disappointed and will take my business elsewhere.

Infiniti won’t replace my 6 month old battery (Infiniti Brand) unless my infinit is here . Car won’t run with no good battery . This is a scam DO NOT buy your car battery here !!! Go to interstate battery instead they’ll replace a 3 yrs old battery with no questions asked imagine what else you’ll have to go thru to get any warranty on your brand new Infiniti . Again they didn’t even care to check it . I asked for a manager, he didn’t even wanna come out to explain anything . But when you wanna buy a vehicle they’ll all come out .

Very clean, attendant acknowledged me right away. Nice decor and open space. Social distance and masks required. The staff werent very friendly, seemed tired and overwhelmed. Not at all pleased with my recent service experience for my 2017 QX60. I had an airbag light flashing on my dashboard. Supposedly repaired and at my out of pocket cost. What is again happening 3 days later? Airbag light flashing on dash. I have called three times and was put on hold by the service department for a total of 22mins 38secs. And of course, no one outside the service department has any idea when or if I will get a callback. Just keep calling back, maam. Weve left them a message.

Bought an Q60 Infiniti that had some cosmetic issues in May, had a difficult time getting a front bumper replaced that was promised! Russell the sales manager gave his personal cell number to contact him for any issues and of course he never responded to a call nor text! After 2 and 1/2 moths finally it’s replaced, they sent it out and a terrible job was done! Not to mention my gas hand was past half and received it back with the gas light on! However Jake did offer a free oil change for this, yay right… I guess! Overall it’s never my intentions to return there again(after my free oil change of course) the scratches look terrible they tried removing on the side of the car and the hood, my tint on the back window was never addressed either! Paint doesn’t quite match and needs to be buffed more! I’m totally disgusted

I drove 50 miles to get to dealership that both the cars I was expected to see were sold 1 day before. They just wanted me to come to the dealership. They were not courteous and helpful. Every time I visit the dealership to have my car serviced I have a very comfortable feel from the staff. Everyone is always very pleasant. My service rep Micheal is always very courteous, and his estimates of how long the service will take and cost are always accurate. I had the pleasure of meeting with the finance person James to inquire about warranties and he was so helpful and knowledgeable that I decided to trade my vehicle for a newer model instead. WOW. Hassan was instrumental in picking out and test driving vehicles until I chose the one I felt was great for me. Hassan was very courteous, patient and professional in my deliberations on what to choose. He coordinated with several staff members to ensure I was provided everything I needed in the process of purchasing my new car. James was personable and clear on the finance paper work and options and made my car buying experience a pleasant one from beginning to end. I highly recommend checking them out when going to buy a car no matter what the make. Great service all around. I will have the continued pleasure of returning to meet with Naomi who was kind in accommodating my needs to reschedule for next week for her part to assist with helping me get familiar with the features of my new car. My experience with this dealership had been hit or miss. On the sales end I was very please with my experience, but the Service Department seems to always be difficult. I’ve been calling for 3 days trying to reach someone about a service and I’ve either been hung up on or no one answers. I also went in to see why my cigarette lighter weren’t working, and asking an hour wait I was told that a penny was inside of one and causing the fuse to blow. Well a couple of days later I tried it again and the fuse pops again. I checked the lighters only to find out that these guys never removed the damn penny 🤦🏽‍♂️ I give up

I had a very unfavorable experience at this dealership similar to some of the other people who posted reviews. I decided to drive 60 miles to the dealership after speaking with an internet manager to see a specific vehicle. I could have come on a Weekend, but agreed to drive on a Fri as insisted by the sales rep to offer a better deal due to end of the month. I drove over an hour to arrive at the dealership and was asked to sit while they pull the vehicle. I just waited for 45-50 mins doing nothing until I was told that the vehicle should arrive in next 5-10 mins. In the meantime, I started working on numbers/estimate for the vehicle with the sales rep. The sales rep started pushing me towards purchase of different vehicles than the one I had come to see. I spent another hour there just negotiating with the sales rep and wanting to see the vehicle I came to see before agreeing on a price. In the end, we could not come to a agreement which I totally understand. But the frustrating part was that vehicle was not even at the dealership and no one ever acknowledged that it was not in stock that day or may be even sold. Instead they kept lying that the vehicle should arrive in a few mins. Including my travel time, I wasted almost 5 hours that day which could have been avoided if someone informed that the vehicle was not there.

Very disappointed. Drove 800 miles round trip to purchase a used vehicle that our salesman stated was in great condition.We spent several days on the phone with him and his manager discussing vehicle history reports, service that was done on it, and asked if it was a non smoker car since we would not be able to take it if it was due to allergies.We were assure it was NOT a smoker vehicle.Sales rep did a walk around video, and stated there was only one tiny mark in tHe passenger side.When we arrived and pulled in the parking lot the vehicle was parked In THe front and there were several scuffs on the body, they also had all the windows down on it, which we thought was odd.Upon starting the vehicle, a horrible smoke smell gushed out of the vents, they had the switch in high. There was broken handles on the interior, all the manuals, wheel lock Lugnuts, DVD system remote controls etc. were missing.And the engine sounded like there was definitely something wrong.We did question several times why the price of the vehicle was so low, they kept saying that there was nothing wrong with it, and they just have to move vehicles off their lots if they’ve been on there for so many days.We left without the vehicle. It would have been nice if he was honest about the vehicle when we asked so many questions before traveling so far.Also upon leaving there were no apologies or so much as a good bye.I have always had good experiences with dealerships, unfortunately I cannot say I did this time around.

Great salesman and great experience. I had an appointment with Chad. When meeting with him, he first checked out if I was busy. Since I had a tight schedule, he said that he would not take too much time, which he did live up to this promise. After the test drive, I thought the car was not quite suitable for me. He just said sorry and farewell. Quick and clear, which is exactlly what I hoped for dealership (Unlike some other dealerships that kept asking me to stay although it was pretty clear that I lost my interests in their vehicles, a total waste of time....). Despite we did not make a deal, I still strongly recommend this place!

Do not buy from this dealership!!!! Run!! I bought a 2013 dodge caravan. Two weeks later the transmission goes out! The dealer has the vehicle and is refusing to fix it or get me another vehicle! The service center at this dealer is completely unorganized and unprofessional. My vehicle went in for an oil change and light bulb after several hours no one called me. The next day I called to see if it was ready. Car was never assigned to a technician and car was just sitting in the lot. Following day I picked up the vehicle cashier says bill was paid for. Which seemed about right considering the hassle we went through. Come Monday I’m called to tell me that I owe 497 and that the cashier made a mistake. This price Was never confirmed with me. Called to try to make things right Terry Lewis the service manager didn’t want to apply any type of discount after the hassle and their lack of communication in his department. Transferred to Kyle Faimen the executive manager said he was going to report the incident as a theft after I was calling them for several hours trying to make things right. So after being called a thief and a liar I was given a discount. Do not do business at this service department and save yourself a big headache.

I would just like to say. I just bought my first vehicle from Infiniti of Orland Park. It was such a awesome experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to all friends and family. Starting with my sales advisor Robert was terrific he took the time and showed me all types of vehicles and explain the entire process. To Kyle the general manager who also worked diligently and very effectively to make sure I was able to get in the car that I desired. The finance manager James was great as well. I also got to encounter Tim who was very friendly and helpful. This would definitely be a long term relationship for me with the Team that I encountered today. Big Kudos to the staff at Ziegler. We love our QX50..... its an awesome car. We wish we could say the same for this dealership. The front camera on the car shattered. No physical damage around the camera (rock, etc.). We believe the camera was defective but Service wouldnt honor under warranty. We replaced the camera at our cost (not cheap!). After it was installed, we again requested the dealership reconsider and honor the camera under warranty. We sent multiple emails and placed multiple calls. None were returned. We then reached out the head of Sales. We FINALLY got a call but a follow up email said the part was ordered just for us and we had to schedule to come in for the install and pay for the part. YIKES! After all this, they didnt even read our emails!!! We are so incredibly frustrated with the lack of communication and customer service with this dealership we just gave up. Well be shopping again in a few years. It is unlikely well be doing any repeat business with this dealership either for future purchases or even for ongoing service (if I can avoid it).

Bought a car from back in April and had a horrible experience. I am from the Minneapolis area and drove there to get a specific car. I worked with Deonte. I was told it would be quick since we had everything basically done. I did the credit app and provided him my license and insurance beforehand. Only thing needed was a trade appraisal. Still took 6 hours, which was very frustrating after driving 6 hours. Even though I sent them a credit app beforehand they were having issues with that, even though I told them I was preapproved through capital one.At first they came out with a ridiculous interest rate until I showed them my preapproval letter. Tried to get me into the finance room without telling me what my car was appraised for. I pushed for the number and was not pleased. I told them I did the market research already and for their area and condition of my car. I know all about their reconditioning and pack fees. I didnt tell them that I sold cars for 3 years. So I knew the ins and outs. He tries to lie to me that he already helped me out by getting my payment lower, but that was because of the switch from the ridiculous high interest rate compared to the one I was pre approved for. Which is something that is not in his or the dealership control but the banks. Only thing that they could change is how much markup on the interest rate they would try to charge, but since I was pre approved that was already set.Finally I am done with the salesperson and ask to speak with the manager who is Kyle. I let him know I sold cars for 3 years and we came up with a reasonable price for my trade. Enough for them to make a reasonable profit. Im pretty sure at this point they just wanted me out the door. Finally get in the finance office after about 5 hours, where I worked with James and he was professional and quick about it. I did have to get some paperwork signed with my wife and send it back. Smaller point but not upsetting is that they didnt provide me a envelope to send it back.One last point is that since I was out of state they use a 3rd party service to send my plates. Which took a long time, but I dont believe that it was their fault due to Covid and everywhere being backed up. I contacted Kyle about twice about this. First time he responded at a reasonable time and told me to check with him again in a week. Second time I emailed him after about a week + he just doesnt respond back. I eventually get my plates and just happy to be done with them.I will never ever return and I definitely wouldnt recommend anybody to come here.

They had a 2018 Camry listed (this was June 2019) and after swapping some emails late the night before (and clearly real people emailing, not automated responses) my wife and I headed over to have a look. Car was pulled up in front ready for us, condition as described, and Deonte was friendly and helpful. Short story shorter, we agreed to buy the car, put down a deposit, and came back that evening to do paperwork. Everything was smooth, everyone was nice (even when I set off an alarm on a showroom car) and I would absolutely buy from them again if they had something I want.

Very helpful, spent a great deal of time explaining in detail all the options on the car.Everyone from the salesperson Mark, to Brandon the finance manager were so helpful and patient. They found me the car I wanted in Wisconsin and had it brought to Illinois within 2 days. These guys were so helpful. Had the best experience with this dealership. The process was incredibly quick and painless. Our Client Advisor Kelvin Britton was fantastic- So helpful, so knowledgeable and friendly. Negotiating with Anthony Mateca was also a pleasant, quick and painless experience. The finance manager was great as well. Never once did we feel like the dealership was pushing anything onto us- They listened to our needs and delivered the perfect car.
