My husband and I have bought two beds over the past 5 years. A soft foam type mattress that caused back problems and then a firm mattress that helped our backs but caused hip and shoulder problems. We came into the store hoping to find a happy medium that wouldn’t also bring along a third ailment.We were lucky to be greeted by Anthony who assisted us in finding the perfect bed. He listened to my concerns and my complaints, understood what we were needing and lacking, and showed us options that fit our needs as well as a variety of price points.He was super knowledgeable, and not in a scripted close the sale kind of way, but like a person who also sleeps and happened to learn a lot about mattresses too.I felt like I gained information I needed to make the right choice and was presented with the correct options to fit our needs. In the end we went with the purple mattress. It was strange, it was odd, and kind of reminded me of orbeez, but it felt right in any sleeping position and I was FINALLY comfortable!

Very nice store with a nice selection of different styles of mattresses to choose from. My salesman MAX took his time to explain what each style bed benefits were. But he wasnt pushy and was great to work with.

My wife, my kids, and myself strolled in to mattress firm tonight, not knowing what we wanted/needed. We didnt really know what to expect either. Mickey, like the mouse, but with smaller ears, started asking us the right questions about what we were looking for, and what we needed. He was very informative, and explained all of the situations that could happen, based on our pains, sleep patterns, and comforts. I am normally one to lose interest right away, and leave the decision making to my wife, but from the get go, Mickey created a connection, kept my interest, and led us in the right direction! When one store didnt have the bed I wanted they would send me to one that had all the options I wanted to try and let me try all the beds to see which I was most comfortable with. 10/10 will come again. Spanish speaking staff was a plus.

Had a great experience with Bill. The store was clean, we were assured beds and pillows had been sanitized and were done several times a day. There were also mattress and pillows protectors to use while testing. Bill thoroughly explained our options and walked us through the various mattress features. I felt welcomed as soon as I got there and dealt with a great guy, Bill LaFaire, at the Orland Park location. He allowed me to look and lay on all of the beds. Wasnt pressuring me for anything but was there to answer my questions. I took some notes and went home. I did some research on pricing, compared to others and stores, and told him some target numbers that I need to get lowered too or at least close. We discussed via email and he came back with better pricing. I liked the guy since he was personable and we are both in Sales. We waited for a bed to be returned to the warehouse and he called me to set up the final sale. I went back to the store and did the final purchase.

We originally went to the Orland Park East location. It was almost closing but Dave W. was more then happy to help us out. He gave us great information and was not pushy on making a sale. We told him we originally wanted a purple and even though his store didnt carry that line he gave us all the information to go look at them at the Orland Park store. All the sales associates including Mickey at this location were friendly and helpful as well and we could not have asked for a better experience.

I stumbled upon this mattress firm when shopping for a new bed for my new apartment. This was probably the third place I went looking for a mattress. As i walked in Ryan came up and greeted me in a friendly manner and I felt like we could get along almost immediately.I came in looking for a mattress at possibly the best time because of the sale that was going on. I left with a brand new mattress that felt great for my back and an adjustable base for free, when buying said mattress.Not only did I enjoy the entire experience, I also felt like i was getting a good deal. He didnt try to up-sell me a mattress that i couldnt afford but asked if this mattress was the right mattress for me. Then he asked would you like it cheaper or more expensive and gone through the reasons for why id pick either or.I picked a wonderful mattress with confidence that i was going to be comfortable with my purchase. Id like to say a thank you to my sales rep, Ryan, for making shopping for a new mattress easy and quick. I was only in there for about 30 or so minutes and If I had to choose where to go for another mattress Id go right back here.
