Let me start by saying, this is my first experience with one of your stores.The store was neat and well stockedId have to say that the service and attention was the best thing about this experience. Aaron was very helpful and knowledgeable.His customer service was great. I will gladly refer any and everyone to this location.

Tony, went above and beyond trying to ensure not only that I would happy with my new purchase but that it was the best fit for me and my budget. He made me feel relaxed in the store and he treated me like family. Tony showed me pretty much every bed in the store and allowed me to come to a decision without pushing me toward making a rushed decision. Truly a genuine salesman with a heart of gold thank you so much for having patience with me and allowing me to get something perfect for myself and my price range.

We engaged in casual talk so that she could find the correct bed type for me and she directed me to several options to physically try which felt right for me.Her up-sells were seamless, and she let me know which products she used at home so I could trust what would work for me.I ended up buying a mattress, getting the head adjustment base, a protecting layer for the mattress, and some new sheets.Because we sleep 1/3 of our lives, it was important to Invest properly for sleeping products. Summary: This was one of the best experiences I have had working with a salesman. Both Tony and Mickey are hilarious and it was a great experience all the way around. I got a good bed at a great price.I met Tony at the Mattress Firm on South LaGrange Road and he showed me a couple types of mattresses. He was very knowledgeable and talked through the benefits of each. I told him my budget and he was respectful of it and didnt try to push me into a higher price range than what I was comfortable with. I was there for about 45 minutes in total, and when I said Id need a couple days to make a decision, he said no problem at all. He didnt try to push or make the sale that day like a lot of other salesman might have.I came to this store about a week later to make my purchase and set everything up. The two people in the store were Tony and Mickey, both helped me place the order. It took about an hour to go through everything, though that could have been much quicker if I were in a rush. Tony helped me set up out of state delivery, and walked me through the logistics of it. Throughout the process both Mickey and Tony were joking and we were all laughing, way harder than I would have expected going mattress shopping. They have clearly been working together for awhile and have a great chemistry. All in all it was a great experience where everyone was knowledgable, respectful, and had a great personality.

We were 90% sure that we’d be back the first time we visited the store but after keeping an appointment we previously scheduled with a sleep number store, we couldn’t wait till our second visit. It was Tony that made the difference! Both mattresses were comfortable but the respect, attention to detail and genuine interest to ensure we were pleased - was the deciding factor.

You know that pushy sales person who doesnt hear you when you say what youre looking for and what your budget is and drags out the process.. Well, I am pleased to say thats NOT Bill. He was great and timely. He pointed out options without pushing, was swift to show me items that met my budget and needs. He was professionally friendly and has a great sense of humor. We went in to check out basic, but not too basic, mattress sets for our son. Having never been in mattress firm, I was not sure how their pricing was. We were greeted by Edward. Once I let him know we wanted pretty basic for our sons set (because lets be honest, the ultra top of line mattress thats a mortgage payment for a 5 year old is definitely not a necessity). He was able to show us a couple different basic models, without trying to entice us with frills and adages.He was very friendly, professional, and listened to exactly what we wanted, and delivered above our expectations, being our first time in a mattress firm.My husband, however started eyeballing the top of the line tempurpedic with adjustable base. Which Edward was wise and did not try to push that sale.I appreciated Edwards customer service greatly. Its refreshing to see and feel that we were more than just people buying.The price we paid for mattress, box spring, delivery was far better than what Ive been trying to find online.With our experience, I definitely recommend this mattress firm, and would tell people to see Edward. Plus, hes a huge hawks fan. So thats a bonus!

I had the most wonderful buying experience buying my new mattress. Mickey, my Sales rep & Tony, also a sales rep were able to take their time over the course of two visits to help me learn literally the in’s & out’s of which mattress would be best for me based on my health history that I offered & my preferences. Mickey helped what May have been an intimidating experience go super smoothly by addressing my concerns with sleeping preferences & budget in mind. People really underestimate the importance of a quality night sleep & that’s mostly related to the quality of mattress you’re sleeping on and also, that you’re paired up with the one that’s right for you.I highly recommend this location specifically due to the salesmen that work there. They were both wonderful to work with & their customer service was excellent while explaining things in detail and answering all of my many questions (while my 2 kiddos were having a field day trying out mattresses).Thanks guys! If you need an adjustable base or a better pillow, this is where you wanna come too. 💯I doubled back to this same location a few days ago due to wanting the adjustable base & was pleasantly surprised to have been able to work with Mickey again! Very excited to get the base that we initially discussed & so happy that my concerns were addressed right away and all put at ease as I excitedly await my adjustable base for my California King bed. Oh, I also bought a pillow, it’s has a memory foam in it and it’s def of all of my pillows my favorite. Do not underestimate the importance of a supportive pillow either! Ive been looking for a mattress online for over a year but hadnt settled on one. I decided to pop into mattress firm to browse in person to see what they had to offer and actually test some out. I ended up purchasing one. Mickey was great and I loved that he was friendly and helpful but not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable about the products and policies and thoroughly explained the delivery process as well. Definitely recommend!

Was looking during a Fourth of July sale for a mattress. Plenty of selection and name brands available at the store. The sales man, Anthony, was very helpful. We chose his recommendation based on the way we sleep and the price we wanted to pay.

Edward and Alicia were very helpful. This was our first mattress store purchase ever and we were anticipating a very long search. Not only were they able to give us an incredible deal, but they provided us with just the right amount of knowledge and freedom to make the right choice. Friendly but not overbearing or pushy. My kind of shopping.
