I have a hard time finding fashionable footwear for work and the selection at this store is very good. The staff have some kind of special training to fit shoes and they are all very nice. I like how they listen to what you need and dont just try to make a sale. They made me some custom arch supports for me and my husband and after just one visit they adjusted them perfectly. I also like how they guarantee the product or take it back.

If I could give no stars I would. The man was an idiot. I broke my ankle and my foot still swells so I told him I needed double wide. Showed him a couple styles of shoes I wanted and he brought 7 pairs out and none of them were close. I couldnt even get my toes in the shoe and I asked if they were wide and he said they dont come in wide.It took me an hour to get there and I wasted 30 min in the store before leaving with nothing. A TOTAL waste of my time.

Terrible customer service. Aggressive sales, but once you purchase, if there is ANY issue, or if you want to return, they will be rude and dismissive. Overpriced.
