Over the years I have had many items repaired here. Most recently I had a pair of my college-era loafers repaired (they are about 50 years old but they are just getting comfortable) and they came back to me looking like they are good for at least another 20. Also I had my favorite Wyoming-purchased wallet repaired last week. I was afraid there would not be enough healthy leather to allow an adequate repair but the fine workmanship looks good and strong and my credit cards, etc. still have enough space. I appreciate the thoroughness and courtesy shown by this company.

I have been using them for years!They never disappoint from shoes to bags!I recently left my favorite tote bag in for repair. The bottom was full of holes, it came out like brand new!!!!Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience. They repaired 3 leather chairs that were in terrible condition. They were upfront and honest regarding their ability to fix -- however, they called to tell me they were able to do it. They even assisted in getting the chairs into my car. They came out perfect. Each one was ready when expected. They also repaired 4 pairs of leather shoes. Each one has come out beautifully restored to new condition. There is no language barrier as mentioned in other reviews. They were kind enough to give me a free replacement pair of shoe laces when they saw my broken one!

This is the best shoe repair in the state! Service is stellar, he waited after closing for me to pick up my shoes due to my late work day, they can restore, renew, revive and revitalize ALL SHOES! I have entrusted my high end shoes to them countless times and they have never disappointed! Christian Louboutin soles had lost their beautiful red luster and they gave them renewed shine and life! I will be a forever customer/fan! They are THE BEST HANDS DOWN!

I bought white satin bridal shoes that are adorned with feathers. I wanted the heal shortened so that I would be able to wear them all night. The shoes were over $400.00 but was all I could find that fit and comfortable except that the height after an hour or two would begin to be a problem. They repairman came out and gave assurances; he promised he would wear gloves. One shoe is ruined with grease stains and feathers missing and feathers mottled up. The owner was rude, refused to fix then or even acknowledge what they did. The owner does not supervise the help? He called the police to come and tell me to leave. The officer did tell him not to advise me of things as I did say anting to other customers. They also did not do a job properly for another customer while I was there and he complained. My wedding is in one week; I never thought to read the reviews and I wish I did. I left crying.

We brought 2 leather dog collars to this repair shop as our puppy was growing out of the small one and was not big enough for the large one. They punched extra holes in both and added a loop in red leather that matched the larger collar very well. They were expensive collars and I was concerned with ruining them but they looked great and the extra loop looks like it came on the collar. Quick turnaround too.

This is one of the best shoe repair places in southwest suburbs. Ive followed them from the mall to another location south of the mall to the new location just north west of the mall. The people are great. The service is awesome. The prices are reasonable.

I have taken numerous pairs of shoes here to be polished and they always turn out great! I also just had them work on a leather bag. It had several bad scuffs. They were able to make it look like new!

The clerk is very rude to customers there, and they charge way to much (especially because of their poor workmanship). I had to repair my own shoes when I got them home (with Gorilla glue I had in my kitchen drawer). I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

They did a great job on my cowboy boots, new soles and heels...and polished up like new!

The strap on my purse was cheap and cracking so I brought it here to be replaced. Although the bag wasn’t initially ready when I came to pick it up, they by far made up for it by dying the replacement strap the same color as the original, and making a new pull tab for the zipper (which was also frayed). I so appreciate it, thank you!!

I stopped in here and asked if they could shine my black shoes. They did a beautiful job and charged only $9. My shoes look new again! The woman working didnt speak English very well but it didnt matter because she was very friendly and helpful.

Been a loyal customer for over 30 years.There is a language barrier, owners are aware but dont care.Since the original owner left the price has sky ricketed.Looks like I well find another shoe repair shop.

New owners horrible experience. They couldnt find my shoe without the ticket stub so she said she would call me back when shoe was found. They never bothered to call back and with a lot of digging I found the stub and returned for my shoe. I asked her if she remembered me and why she didnt call me and she said said she doesnt call people. Then why did she even bother to take my phone number? . Never ever again over priced and horrible customer service

Horrible experience, first time and last time I’ll be going to this place. I brought my purse up there to get the magnet that closed it up fixed, they said it would cost $10 and that they would be able to repair it. I come back to pick it up and it still isn’t fixed. A “gentleman” who was very rude said he put a screw on it and could not fixed the magnet. He did not want to refund me my money but I must have made an impression. He gave me my money back. I do not trust this place at all. Will NOT be coming back.

Horrible service... theres a communication barrier since they cant speak proper English. Took a brand new pair of Guiseppe loafers so they could reinforce the back of the heel because it was a soft suede. I gave explicit instructions on what I wanted done (which she agreed to do) but they decided to remove the sole and install a hard plastic that ruined the shape of the shoes without even consulting me first. In addition while reattaching the sole the glue was applied so sloppy, that it looked like a cheaply made shoe instead of a $1200 shoe.

Horrible experience! I brought my fairly new UGG boots to get cleaned and when I picked them up, there was a tear in the exact same spot on the outside of both boots. It looks like whatever they hung the boots on tore the boots from the inside out. They refuse to accept responsibility. After years of bringing my families shoes and boots here, we are done with them. The lack of professionalism and concern was very disappointing.

Service was great the only downside is they are a little pricey. I didnt have any issues with communication.

Took a pair of shoes in for new soles. Cost me $60. One of the soles ripped open after I wore them for 30 minutes. I dont think Ill ever take anything there again. The gentleman there is somewhat rude as well.

Went there to change the shoe sole on a per of summer shoe, in less that two months that sole start falling apart, when I went back to ask them to fix it a was rudely told that I had to wear them less. And of cours they didnt.

I was asking the worker to keep the store open for 5 minutes past 6 for me, as I was racing there a tad late and they hung up on me. I called back and they would not answer. I showed and sure enough they are closed.That $55 sole replacement was the last you will get from me.
