Great fabric selection for the most part. But it is a bit pricey thank God for coupons.My only complaint is they’re out of a lot of things in the physical store.I don’t shop online for material. I’m more of a person that likes to see & hold before I purchase.

These guys have a lot of arts and craft supplies. Pretty much everything my kids needed to do their school projects. The prices are reasonable too.

This is probably the best place to go for fabric and seasonal decorations on this side of Orlando. The jewelry craft section isnt too bad. The other craft stuff is hit or miss. The store is clean and reasonably well organized and the staff is usually pretty helpful.

A lot of different arts n crafts materials. Kind of pricey. And although they have a lot of different supplies they are limited in what they actually have for each craft.

Very large store that offers a large amount of craft and sewing items. Store was neat and clean. Isle were well organized. There seemed to be enough staff on hand. Staff was not overly friendly just kind of there. Prices seemed a bit high even when on sell. I get the feeling they are there stuff up just so they can always have it on sell.

Love Joanns. They always have great deals. Fun holiday decor that you can stock up on when the holiday ends. Have to stay away or I buy more fabric than intended. All in all, its a fun place to shop for any crafter or sewer. No customer service complaints. And I like how the cutters that have sewing experience give you tips when you are discussing the project you are working on.

Store is poorly run. No regard for customer satisfaction. We come here often and there is only 2-3 employees in the whole store. It doesn’t take much for the cash registers to get behind and they have no care to have someone else come up and help out to ring the customers out.

This store is wonderful! Its big, clean and neatly organized. It has everything you could possibly need for any craft project, including things for kids. Im a newbie quilter I just LOVE going to Joanns...its my happy place. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend! 10 stars.

The worst service ever. Nobody was in the Viking area for about 20 minutes before I went to find someone to help me. And once they came over to “help” she didn’t even know how to do a return. So I asked for an exchange and I’d pay the difference, called her manager that lady didn’t help either. She didn’t even speck to me when I asked for it. So rude and obviously don’t know how to take care of their customers. And once I was leaving, the lady mocked me. Truly if I could give a negative star I’d give about -5

The Joanns is a big one. A lot of selection of fabrics. I must say help wasnt near when you needed it or easy to find. When it came to the measure board the young lady who worked there helped out a bunch!!! She explained and suggested so patiently. She was the beast part of the store.

I always find crafting ideas while shopping at JoAnn Fabrics and Crafts. I dont always find the ingredients for my projects, though. This trip provided the needlepoint canvas that has been out of stock for some time. Time to get to work on THAT project!

This was quite unexpected! I went in this store looking for 2 things picture frames and a grapevine wreath larger than 18 inches. I walked out an hour later with some frames but no wreath. Oh well I will continue to look around for one. But meanwhile I ealked up and down the aisles. I just bought a condo but have no furniture. I am working on one room at a time starting with the easiest: the two bathrooms. The master bath I think (I hope) is done, maybe something on the wall. The guest bath is almost done, just need to print and frame a picture. I walked down this one aisle and stopped. These plain Mardi Gras masks looked like something I might be able to use. So I bought 4 of 3 styles. I also bought some items to embellish them. See years ago while in New Orleans I purhased a signed, numbered, and dated black leather Mardi Gras mask. At home I spray painted the masks KRYLON black flat. When dry, I used KRYLON metallic vintage black and Rust-oleums flat antique nickel, dark bronze, and espresso brown in sweeps so not totally coverage. The 4 around the leather mask were going on a bedroom wall but might move to the living room.

I went twice in one week! Super friendly and really organized. I could tell they were clearancing a lot of Christmas items, and a few days later the items were moved and organized neatly in another spot. I could find everything I needed and then some! The employees were all very cheerful and helpful. They have hand sanitizer around several places as well as a sanitizer station set up for their shopping carts.

What do you want to make, decorate or create. This store has it all. Love the fabric.

Usually I can get all my crafting supplies needed but not this time...hence the 4 star! The store has been somewhat scarce even tho its holiday time....maybe they cant get deliveries or vendors are out of goods.

That store used to be good, now is a complete mess, used to have nice products, nicer people but now complete opposite, Ill never buy anything there again.

This Joann is friendly and they always have what I need and even what I dont! The lines move quick and the ladies at the fabric counter are super helpful.

Two issues with Joanns. The brand has a hard time making the check out process quick. Numerous customers inline and one cashier. This isnt an isolated issue, it happens at every joanns.It makes me hate going there because I know its not a quick in and out.Second issue is with the upholstery foam. You cant just buy a roll of foam. You have to have to measured and get a ticket. Of course I dont find this out until Ive waited 15 minutes in line to check out. So now I have to go wait another 15 minutes for associates at the fabric cutting counter and then wait again in line. Either price out your rolls or put up a sign to remind us.Please work on being more efficient Joanns!

At the first sub-store insiste here they treated me with a bad attitude when I wanted to buy a pedal for a singer machine just for not having the serial number. They have a variety of pedals and they did not want to sell me one ofter I told them that the pedal that they have would fit my machine without any problems. The attitude of the lady who attended me is not worthy of customer service at this store.

Good location

This store is great for the most part. Its a big store with lots of options for most projects. The yarn selection is large but not of great quality, but this is true of most big box craft stores. They also let you use multiple coupons when you are in the store. However, there are a few issues that arent ideal. For one, if you want to order online to pick up in store (or have shipped to home) you can only use one coupon. I dont know why their policy on coupons would be different between online and in-store purchases. The cutting counter is also busy and/or understaffed. I have waited over 20 minutes for fabric on more than one occasion. But overall the staff is most often very friendly and for most projects I can usually find most of what Im looking for.

You need to keep your google inventory up to date with your actual inventory.

They have a lot of art supplies for crafts as well as lots and lots of fabric but their prices are crazy high. You have to watch for sales and buy things at 70% off to get a fair price.

I love Joanns. Great locations and customer service. They always have some great stuff for those creative minds and it really gets you in the mood to decorate for the holidays. But its only worth buying some of the holiday stuff when it goes on clearance since it is always way overpriced.

Prices are insultingly high. Employees couldnt careless about guest questions. And, they do not make themselves available....without a long dreary face as if they are sick to death of having to meet the needs of others. They simply dont want to be bothered. Many employees know nothing about what they are selling nor how it can be used and they are clueless about suggesting an improvise.Im a 30 year customer and I am at the verge of not giving them another chance to come prove they want my business.

I have never been to this location before, was looking for iron on patches and some fabric markers and and some fabric spray for strains etc. Linda was Fantastic, great customer service. I will definitely return, store was clean, neat and easy to navigate.

This is always a good place to go. They usually take coupons even if you dont have them that they help you save as best as they can. I like that they have fabric as well as craft items. This is a great place to go because our grandson loves doing crafts and they usually have something that is age appropriate for him. As for sewing items, they usually have in stock pretty much anything you would need to finish your current sewing project.

They have really good fabric and lots on sale! They also have the material that is used to make saddle pads

One stop shop for all my crochet need, but this particular location either has absolutely no line or the longest slowest line ever. And the cashiers are usually not veryfriendly. I prefer to go to hobby lobby on mile away because their employees are much friendlier.

Went in to discuss/set up a sewing class for a Tween birthday party. Marie took me through the steps & got everything scheduleShe even offered discount, coupons for purchasing necessary items, and pointed out other ways to save to be able to manage the cost.She did her part the rest is up to me.

My favorite Fabric store, I enjoy shopping here. This store is a super center for fabrics, yarns, etc. You can order online and pick up in the store. Joann has three locations, East Orlando, West Orlando and Almonte Springs. I love a bargain and with coupons I even get a better bargain. Everything in this store is quality. This store sell everything from do it yourself books to jewelry making kits. They even offer classes on different interests such as sewing, quilting etc. There is something for all Crafters.

I like Joann Fabrics over the years Ive shopped here repeatedly however, my last few visits have been a little less than satisfactory. Checkout sometimes can take much longer than competing stores and with Hobby Lobby and Michaels not far away there needs to be some improvement.

Good hours, generally easy to find what youre looking for either from the very friendly staff or online which tells you exactly which aisle the item will be in.They have a pretty great selection of craft items.

This store selection of pretty much anything you can think of that you need to craft with plus way more. Sometimes I come here with a project in mind but am unsure of what materials to use and Joann always has what I need.They’ve often got good sales if you watch for them and you can utilize coupons for pretty much every purchase if you sign up for their mailing list (worth it). This particular store also offers multiple sewing/craft classes, which is pretty cool.

Has the new loop yarn and i made a baby blanket in 2 days.
