Just a friendly word of advice...if you want to take your cycling to the next level then look no further. Adam is the best!! Does not matter if your a professional cyclist, a novice or a beginner like me, Adam is extremely knowledgeable. I just recently purchases a Stages Solo indoor cycle and was experiencing severe pain in the arch of my foot. Adam was able to diagnose the issue and resolve for me. If you have purchased a Peloton and experiencing discomfort when you ride, do yourself the favor and see Adam. You wont be disappointed.
