Natalie and Neal are wonderful caregivers. They take really good care of my African Grey parrot, Rio. Natalie even takes videos of Rio while he is staying at Squawk Hospitality and sends them to me. I never worry about Rio when he is with them. Theyre the best!

This place was so much fun!! All of her birds were so sweet and loving, and most were good with kids! She was very informative and talked to us like we were old friends. But, for the unsocial people, she let us browse until we started a conversation. All the birds were healthy and happy, with fresh seeds and water. All their colors were so pretty. They let my 6 year old sister hold a conure who was super sweet. (I think the conures name was Clover) the birds were all out or on top of their cage, all were well behaved, and the place was still clean! Overall I loved this place. Will come again next time Im in the area.

We missed our birds while on vacation, so we found this amazing little shop with the nicest owners your could imagine.Got to play with the resident parrots while looking for gifts to take home for our own.Was feeling a little down after cracking my phone screen earlier in the day, but seeing the birds turned my day around. Thanks for the squak hospitality from fellow parrot lovers.Would visit again if I didnt want to steal away the cute little green cheek that hopped on my shoulder and followed me around the store.

Our family loves Squawk! Natalie is the best. They always have everything we need for our birds. Our birds love Natalie too!

I thought it was a place where they sell pets, but they only board them for people going on vacation

I just left Squawk Hospitality. The name of the the store says it all. Natalie is caring and really knows how to properly care for avians. The vibe as soon as you walk in is full of love and attentiveness. I recommend visiting if you are looking for great bird advice.

We came in here months ago and I’m just now getting around to a review!This is easily the best bird store in central Florida. If Coronavirus wasn’t so big here, I would probably be going in at least once a week if not more. Natalie and the other shop owner (I’ve forgotten his name now, I’m sorry!!) are the sweetest owners I’ve ever met. I had to come in for a new cage, as my cockatiel had just gotten out of the ER and needed to be separated from his brother for a bit. (They also let me bring him in thestore. He was in a box and basically unable to move.)I was just going to buy something small for a temporary fix, but the prices at this store were fantastic. I actually ended up upgrading from their original cage. Both owners helped us pick from two cages we were considering. We had to wait for a bit for a family member to come get the new cage with our van, and they chatted with us the whole time, talked about their birds, let us talk/play with them, and even showed pictures and videos of their late bird.They have an insane amount of food and treats here, along with great prices on their cages. Their toy selection is also spectacular, and they even sell toy parts so you can make your own if you like. They also price match if it’s reasonable!Sadly Corona happened shortly after, so I haven’t been able to go back in. But I know that as soon as I can, this will be the first pet supplies store I will be visiting.

This is the best bird store Ive ever had the chance to go in!!! You can feel how welcoming the owner and her husband is, and the love they have for theyre animals is incredible, its a warm feeling, great place, and they truly care about the well-being of everyones birds if i could give this store 10 stars i would give it 100!!!!

AMAZING! My new favorite bird store and it so close to College Park, Winter Park and Orlando. Great selection of toys, cute bird home accessories/gifts and all natural food/supplements for and UNBEATABLE price.The owner is also such a lovely lady! You can tell she really loves her birds and other animals around the shop so you know your birds will be treated like they were in a resort when you board them. Speaking of board... her prices cannot be beat, especially since you know they will have a nice big cage with lots of toys and all the love in the world.Please check this place out. You wont be disappointed. Even if you dont have a bird it is a fun place to visit if you need a pick me up. Her birds are very friendly. OR if you have bird-lover friend. She has some really cute gifts and decorations.They also host events (like toy-making) from time to time, so check out her Facebook.

Awesome new bird store! Good select of toys and bird foods.Owners are big animal lovers and have several birds throughout the store and a cute little dog. Although their birds are not for sale, a few are more than willing to play with all always looking for attention.

Literally no better bird store than this one. Everything about it is unique. My girlfriend saw cage displays beyond more extravagant than other places, so I know that means this is a good spot!The owner Nathalie is awesome, we loved to spend time with her. She has an amazing character and personality, and so do all of her birdies in the store. Neil who is more of the craftsmen, he’s awesome too.Wish I could rate a place with more stars! Love it

We visited Squawk Hospitality yesterday looking for a cage. We are first time bird owners. I cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful everyone was. They took their time helping us and explaining what would be best for our new baby conure. Natalie and Neil were so knowledgeable. They have everything you may need for your bird. It is an amazing store with a great selection of cages, toys, food…everything! AND the pricing was affordable!!! This is the only place we will go shop for our bird. Love this place. They have a good selection of bird cages, toys, stands, etc. The owners are really friendly and helpful. They own pretty much every exotic bird you can think of so they are knowledgeable about a lot of questions you might ask. I called before I visited the store and they put me on to a really good groomer who I will be using going forward. I took my son over there and they let him hold the birds that he could given his age and size and they answered the million and five questions he asked.If you have birds or are thinking of getting birds I would recommend this store to visit. The prices are very reasonable and they have a good selection.

This place is absolutely amazing! Ive been to most bird shops in florida and I have to say this one is my favorite by far. You can tell they really care about the birds and she answered all of my questions no matter how small 🌸

It was just plan fun to go to. And theyve got a bit of everything. Pricing very reasonable. And theres a hawk nest on the pole across the street.

To Ana Quiroz, I dont understand your review regarding Nathalie. She is a wonderful, kind and accommodating store owner. I have never known her to get upset or even raise her voice. Your review of her and her store was harsh and unnecessary. The product that you bought cannot be returned once it is opened. Not all products work on all birds unfortunately. Also allowing ample time for the product to work is key.
