I have shopped the bird store 25 years the age of my Amazon. I always go when Sandy is there, she gives the best service, and cares about the welfare of the birds. I did learn one lesson, with the young girl working there, if I buy one of the custom perches always bring a tape measure. I bought one labeled 32 inches, and it was 31 inches, with out my receipt. I had to just eat the cost. I will always measure before I buy now. However I always buy my food there. I have so for years. Great cages.

I love this place. The only plave Ive found that has Harrisons bird food. I can find everything I need and then some for my bird; more than in any other place! I love it here.

This store is wonderful for all parrot/bird lovers! It has a wonderful variety of toys and stands, and the people there are so nice. All the birds are sweet, clean, healthy, and talkitive. All the parrots have fresh water and fresh veggies.

Been there twice. Great staff!! They really love and care for birds there. And they actually have large bird food! Only place I have found in the central Florida area that has bags of nuts big enough for my cape parrot to actually eat. I will be a repeat customer for sure

I had deposited my check on bank.Only $3.40 was available to use debit card.Food for my Blue parrot had run out.They allowed me to take food on good faith I would come next day when check cleared.Neeldless to say.Romeo did not go hungry!! Thank you to the staff of this store 🌹

Very helpful and has all the foods birds love. My bird who is never been over 90 something grams is now at 106 g. He loves their millet. They were great little holders for holding the mail at all kinds of little dishes I could put extra feet around his cage for him to find. Really helpful

I’ve been going here for 8 years to buy bird food and supplies for my parrot and love the staff and the quality of their products. I only once in 8 years had a seed moth problem and it wasn’t a big deal, really.

Friendly staff and good prices, although I recommend bringing cash as the machine oftenly doesnt work.

I am sad to say that since changing ownership the store has transitioned to more about selling birds & the store now has a seed moth problem. If you have never had seed moths invade your home trust me you wont like it & they are nearly impossible to get rid of. I noticed them in multiple areas of the store. I bought a bag of food & discovered worms in it today which is a sure sign of seed moths. I have shopped here for years & spent thousands in the time but I am officially done now.
