This is my worst experience since I started buying a car. I bought a 2008 Mercedes ML350, everything wasn’t there, not the alloy rims on the photos was in the vehicle when I received it. Driver floor panel were removed and was hidden in the photos posted and also the steering was cover because the steering is worn. Now I’m having issues with a client. Thank you DMC Motors

Awful company with worse customer service. Messaged them on 6/17 about a car to finally receive a sold response today 6/23 ... a whole week later. When I questioned it... I was told It sold yesterday .Thats super nice since I have been messaging for a week on this same SUV.To top that off I had called multiple times and spoke to multiple people to ask about a specific SUV. I was told the SUV advertised wasnt even on their lot... the owner may have taken it to auction. Call back tomorrow So I called back. Still no info, but they promised if it wasnt sold... they would call me and took my info. Guess not.

Looked at a car for like 15-20 minutes and they never bothered to come out to talk to me... Car I looked at was supposed to be a great running and driving daily. Start it up and alternator is making noise after it cranked over slow. Idle was high.. not impressed and will not return. Also car was smashed in rear quarter panel and add never said one word of it.

Excellent experience! Weve bought a Audi Q5 a couple of weeks ago and we are very pleased and happy with the car. The staff was very straightforward and very informative about car warranty, car condition etc. The price we paid was actually the most important factor deciding to go with this dealership.

My fault for not reading theses reviews before I went there. I am of Latin decent and went there with good faith to buy a car from a fellow Latin. I bought a car and it broke down right away. They are not willing to anything for you. Wow, I have never been treated so badly when I went back to complaint about the car and seek help. That’s messed up that you are stealing from your own people. Shame on you. Advice: avoid this place.

I would not and I repeat not purchase anything from this dealership. I bought a car in full, and a month later it broke down. I don’t even want to go into the details, but please for the sake of your own pockets don’t let these scam artists trick into purchasing anything from their lot.

Messaged DMC Motors on 6/13 about an SUV listed on FB marketplace. NO RESPONSE EVER. After reading all the other reviews... Im guessing we lucked out though.

I bought a car from this place for it to break down a month later. They didn’t want to help me fix, I had to do it on my own. This place will go out of business eventually. You can’t hurt people and think you are going to get away with it... please stay clear from this place

I live in Miami area and could not find a car dealer I could trust. At DMC I found not only the car I was looking for (Toyota Highlander) but a very nice and friendly team. They look like they want your business and not your money. Great inventory, great prices and great people. By the way... the best car waxing ever!!! I drove back in a pouring rain and I barely used my wipers.

These people do not tell the truth! I understand that when vehicles are purchased as-in, you cant return the vehicle. What I would have appreciated is when I purchased my vehicle online, DMC motors should have been truthful when writing the conditional report. Multiple lies were told. First they stated in the report that there is no odor in the car....LIE! The car was filthy, growing cobwebs inside the middle console, smelling like mold and mildew and had multiple exterior paint peels and rust formation. They said car is drivable in the report, LIE!!! Car looked like it sat in their lot for a decade and was dead at arrival! They did not include any of these in the conditional report. I still have copies and the vehicle to show how dishonest this report was. DMC motors of Florida LLC, be more honest with your customers!!!! Do not say that there is no exterior damage to a vehicle that is bent to the side and looks like it was in a fender bender. Awful business practice!!! I will not purchase any of your listed vehicles again online and certainly will not send you any customers!!!

I had looked many places in the Central Florida area for my dream car....the Mini Cooper. I finally found it at DMC Motors with the help of a very good salesman Joey . He had me signed and driving within a matter of hours, I took the car that day even though the AC was not working properly. Joey was very patient with me will getting this issue resolved. I have had several setbacks since I purchased the car and the company have been very understanding. You are always told to stay away from used car dealerships. But not the case with DMC Motors and the help of Joey. Thank you guys

This Dealer is very dishonest in every way. They will tell you anything just for you to purchase a vehicle . My husband purchased a vehicle and told Joey he didnt want to buy it with a check light engine on, they assure him they will take care of it . They put the diagnostic machine and supposedly it was only a sensor . They said they will fix it, so my husband proceed it to purchasing the vehicle, we then brought to the dealer for the sensor took them almost 3 days . Joey advised us that the mechanic worked on all sorts of cars including European, we told the mechanic what Joey had said, guess what ?? He laughed and told us in our face he lying !!!! Kept us in run around until we decided to get more opinions. Every single mechanic we took it too told us the same thing except what DMC Motors told us . We just paid 1,000.00 fixing the so called sensor which ended up being something more serious like gas leak!!! Stay away from this people . Please . A real honest review !

Horrible place. They will rip you off and smile in your face all at the same time. They really suck. Dont bother going here. They sold me an 2005 audi a8 that aint last even 5 months without breaking down.

Rude staff, and hidden fees. Paid my down payment and when I came next day to pick up the car, the numbers changed and the manager had the nerve to even curse at me, would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Worst experience in car dealer.They sell me a car that has giving problem since day one .I call of them every single time and let them and they all have the same excused I will call you back and never call back. The dealer is not worth it at all.
