It helped that we checked the Enterprise Car Sales website before making an appointment. We knew what kind of vehicle we wanted, what we were willing to pay, and the options we were looking for. All we really needed to do was look at the vehicles we had picked out, test drive them, and see if they matched our family needs.We made an appointment with Clinton Fair in Orlando. The Orlando site had more vehicles to choose from and we found 4 we were interested in with mileage and price we were comfortable with, so we didnt mind the 2 hour drive. Clinton was very nice and very patient with us, answering all of our questions thoughtfully. There was no pressure to buy, perhaps because we knew what we wanted and he knew we were seriously looking to buy. We were able to trade in our old vehicle for a reasonable price (we didnt want to go to the bother of trying to sell it on our own) and that process was also painless.The vehicle we traded was also an Enterprise vehicle that we had bought years ago, and we had had a good experience buying at that time as well. There was the manager who came in and talked with us after we had test driven and made our decision, and suggested we might want to buy an extended warranty, but when we told her we were not interested at that time, that was pretty much it. We were able to pay the taxes and title fees right there, and we had brought our title for our old vehicle with us, so the process was completed and paperwork signed within a couple of hours and we were on our way.I would recommend serious buyers of preowned vehicles who do not want to haggle, consider giving Enterprise Car Sales a try. Both of my experiences were very good.

Buying a former rental vehicle at Enterprise in Orlando was an easy and pleasant process. James had three different Dodge minivans waiting for us when we arrived. With his knowledgeable assistance, we checked them out, test drove them, and decided on a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan GT. The paperwork and vehicle registration went smoothly and we were out of there in a total of three hours. Well definitely be back in 5 years for another one!

The easiest transaction by far.. Had been trying for over a year to get a car and was having no luck because of my low paying job and wasn’t having any success without a co-signer. My whole transaction was done via text message and once I arrived all I had to do was test drive, sign and pay. They even gave me my license plate so I didn’t have to go to the DMV. The staff at Enterprise car sales is in tune to the customer needs and will go all out go ensure that the experience and product is of quality, for myself, they changed the windshield wipers and filled up the gas tank on my 2020 Jeep Compass. Bought a car from here and I cannot begin to tell you how much scamming these people did to me Not only did they tell me originally I was going to be paying 350 Originally They came back several more times until finally it was almost up to $445. I later learned this is a way for them to get more money. Then after I signed the paperwork And drove off the lot the next day they try to call me and tell me that my financing fell through and I would have to pay more money per month. That was a scam. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone a bunch of scam artist praying on women.

Bought a car, and the extra tire warranty. Tried to get a tire repaired (original tires when I bought the car). The warranty wont cover it and now Enterprise said they will not cover it either. Manager made me feel like I was lying about the issues which has happen to two tires already. I will was going to buy a second car from them, but not anymore. I would not recommend them to anyone like I was before.

Will never buy a car from here again nor will I recommend anyone to come here. My car was totaled and wasn’t really given a chance to shop around and unfortunately I got stuck with this place. They pressured me and took advantage of my situation. I ended up with a car that had a bunch of body work that needed to be done. For about a year I tried to get my car in and something always came up because I use the car for work so it was VERY difficult to have to give it up for a week or more. I could not use a rental for the job. When I finally got the time I called Chris, the manager that made these promises to take care of all of the body work, ended up playing phone tag with him. He tells me since I bought the car in 2020 there would be nothing they could do now. The car obviously had body work done before and they did such a terrible job that they made the dents look worse. The interior had a triangle cut into the roof, dents on the front and back bumpers. Paint chips galore. They said it came with a tire repair kit and I had to get stuck in the middle of a high way to find out they lied. Imagine my anger. None of it on the car fax. They had no problem selling this car at full value for the time and mileage. 17k for a car that had all this work to be done and then they backed out because it was almost a year ago. We hadn’t even made the year. I bought the car in feb 2020. So thank you guys for wasting my time. Don’t buy a car from here. They act nice and really end up screwing you in the end like every other car dealership. Be smarter. These people are will shamelessly sell you a car with dents for full price. No one I know will ever step foot in this dealership. Shameful because I had a few friends I could have recommended. People around me are always buying cars.

The 2019 Escape is a good vehicle. I have only two minor concerns. The lift fgate wont lock when the key for is near the vehicle nore when the keyfob used to lock the vehicle. second vehicle door keypad code card is missing from the documents.Sales processing was flawless and greatly appreciated.

Great experience. Got exactly what I wanted. They did everything posible to make my experience a positive one. No haggle price takes the stress out of the purchase experience. The bed of the truck had some cosmetic problems and to make me happy they installed a new bed liner on it at no cost to me. I will never buy a new car from a dealer. Just purchased a vehicle less than 2 weeks ago and already having issues with overheating, leaking, tire issues, running extremely loud and to top it off, instead of Enterprise trying to assist, they gave me the runaround. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from this LOCATION ever again nor will I EVER recommend anyone else to do so. Its all about taking responsibility and ownership for me and when you FAIL to do that, I can deal with you any longer. What an amazing experience! We needed to purchase a car and it was the 4th of July. Now I wouldn’t even conceive the idea of not only sales professionals, but multiple car finance companies and auto insurance companies, all working the holiday to make sure we were able to test drive and select the best car for our needs. We chose a 1 year old Ford Escape that had 28k miles. Enterprise shopped the best rates for financing and locked us in, then proceeded to call our insurance company and get us a binder, and if that wasn’t enough, they also provided the new license plate and registration. All this in a one stop shop. We bought a new car and didn’t need to stop anywhere else. All done in the convenience of their office.

My Sales person, Rigardy, was straight forward and didnt push hard for the extra warranty. The car looks like new, I wish they would reveal their secrets on how to detail a car that well. Even under the hood it is like factory fresh. We love our Escape Titanium.

Bought a 2018 Nissan Versa here less than a month ago from Jennifer, Jen, and the battery is DEAD. Was told by the mechanic that this was NOT the original battery but an OLDER, USED battery probably thrown in by Enterprise because they wanted to save money and get more use out of it in a different car. So they just gave me whatever was left lying around and lo and behold one month after purchase Im left paying for a new battery ($179.00). Of course I tried to go through Enterprise to resolve this, but was told that the battery falls under Personal Maintenance, which is RIDICULOUS and INSULTING considering the age of the car and the fact Id just bought it 1 MONTH AGO. Not to mention I was told at the time of purchase that no parts had been replaced and all original parts were still intact, an obvious LIE. I would never recommend this or any other Enterprise location, STEER CLEAR FROM HERE!!!

I like the idea of no haggle pricing but no one approached me. I walked around the lot for 15 minutes and then went inside. I asked to use the bathroom and a lady pointed to it and that was it. I saw one salesman helping someone and the other using his phone. I received no help for my questions. Wont be going back

My sales rep. Clay, listened to what I wanted, the car payment I wanted to be in, what features I expected and he pulled it all together without hassling me or being pushy on any particular car just what I had asked for. He was understanding and I felt comfortable. The rest of the staff was friendly and funny at times, it was a comfortable atmosphere. It took me a couple of months to get one because of matters out of my control but clay was understanding, not pushy and bared with me until I was ready and kept me informed. I would go back for my next car.

The vehicle was the correct one, and in good condition. The price was very good. Ride back to the office after returning vehicle was great. Only thing I ask is that the interior windshield be clean when delivered.

I was a little uneasy about going just because I had a bad experience with a different dealership. I had an appointment with Amber and she was very friendly and not pushy at all!! She asked exactly what it was that I wanted in a car and she wrote it down. My intentions were to just look at a car but I ended up leaving with one, but it was my choice. After months of the typical car buying run around and major gender discrimination I went there and Craig was the best. No hassle, respectful and positive. I told him what I wanted he looked at their massive inventory and I picked out a Mercedes Sprinter Van. It has low mileage and is in great condition. Cant say enough!!!

I recommend Enterprise Car Sales to anyone looking to buy a car in the Orlando area. They have knowledgeable and friendly staff who are a pleasure to work with.This is the last place I went on a long day of perusing car dealers. I was weary of looking at cars and tired of driving around. The staff greeted me eagerly and energetically with genuine smiles which was nice to see.I told the first sales person that I had a set down payment and a specific amount that I could afford for monthly payments. He had to step out and then assigned to Diana because the gentleman was the only Spanish speaking salesperson there.She found me a Ford Fiesta with low miles which was right in my price range. On the test drive the car was fun to drive and was in perfect driving order. She had my love for the car pegged even though I didnt want to like it as much as I was. Even though she knew I wanted it she didnt push too hard for the sale.The finance manager Hawk took down some info and went away to run the numbers. Diana engaged me in conversation to help the time pass and was completely transparent about what they do there and what they offer. She even offered to show me a copy of the extended warranty they offer.Hawk came back with a payment just over the budget that I told them I had. When I wavered, neither he nor Diana were pushy nor did they use any high pressure tactics which I really enjoyed. I didnt buy a car from them but the only reason is because I wanted to purchase a vehicle closer to my home an hour and a half away from Orlando.

My sales person and the staff who assisted me with the financing of my purchase were ready and waiting for me on my arrival. I was shown four vehicles and selected the first one I drove. The show and tell could have continued but my sales person was so alert to my needs that no further suggestions were required. Within a few hours I was home with my newly purchased vehicle. I used the seven day grace period to have my mechanic look over my car. Everything was in tip top shape.
