Walked into the dealership with 7k as did not want to spend anymore especially during these times of the pandemic and getting my husbands pay cut and now I’m not working. Long story short we traveled an hour to see the Tahoe. It was out of our price range but it was perfect for our family and my husband needed a car after totaling his.We negotiated to $7500. Going over our budget but we knew we could lessen our expenses for a couple months to offset the above amount. He’s now had it for a week and spent time and money on several parts that are turning the check engine light on. I’m going to assume they turned it off before selling it to us.I don’t recommend!!!We were so willing to go above the amount because not only did we love the car but we took their time and felt they were honest. We had two different hectors helping us out.This is just so frustrating and draining the account of a family who really needs it during these times.

Do not rent cars from them. They scam you at the end. Also the cars were in horrible shape mechanic wise. I was supposed to be there at 945 to return the vehicle yet the gate wasnt open they werent open and they are suppose to open at 9am. 2nd time thats happened.Honestly the woman seems friendly but if stack of cash is walking to you, obviously youll be fake for the moment. Avoid

Drove over an hour to get there. Test drive was limited to about 1/2 mile only. Said insurance did not cover going further. What? Really? You expect me to believe that? Also said we could not leave with the car until my credit unions check cleared (I was pre-approved for a loan). Wary of a credit unions check? Also, they lied about the car. Said it had high miles because it was a company fleet car. What they did not know is that I had pulled a carfax, every owner was listed as a private individual and the last owner put 50,000 miles on it in 2 years and it was then repossessed before these people bought it at the auction. Total liars.

Worst experience ever they committed fraud they don’t know anything about dealership Lana looks like she’s scared of her boss Juan the man that has to call another person to the dealership from a different dealership to do the paperwork cause he doesn’t know how then has another lady that I guess is name less that she does is call Juan cause she knows the truth also there cars aren’t inspected they buy them in the auction and just slap a price tag on it they sold me a Ford F-150 with supposedly just need a wheel alignment turns out to be that the both upper control arms were cracked with a little weld to hold it together but doin 55 on a highway snapped that weld off and even discover another issue where the shock is supposed to be all one part nope they put another lil weld on the boot that definitely snapped off also called the finance company they said it’s not the first time they here it STAY AWAY TRUST ME TAKE YOU MONEY ELSE WHERE PLEASE DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR HAVE A GOOD DAY EVERYONE....!!!!!

These people are the most dishonest that you can exist take advantage of good people who have no knowledge of mechanics, people like them should close their business for cheats, my dad bought a 2012 Nissan Quest, which turned out to have a motor of another car a Nissan Maxima 2010 that Only God will know with how many miles, these people knew about this and never reported it, the car began to lose oil 4 days after it was purchased and after that there were lots of problems and damages and expenses! DO NOT BUY THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! DO NOT LET THEMSELVES!

I contacted this person through his cousin on craiglist, I traveled from Giorgia to look for a 2007 Honda Odyssey vehicle, the Lord sold me the van with the damaged engine, I take advantage of that neither I nor my companions knew of vehicles, apart from it does not give guarantee He put a chemical in the oil to make believe that the engine was good, when the next day after parking the vehicle at home the next day I went to move it and noticed a fatal noise, after looking for 3 mechanics all gave the same diagnosis the engine was not working and they prepared it to make it appear that it was new, apart from the fact that Mr. Juan has no ethics as a seller, he does not have customer service, my only wish is that this man be sent to Christ Jesus and God help him to change your heart, nobody jokes with the children of God, sir Juan, there is nothing that goes unpunished in the hands of God, I leave it to God what he did with me, with the stick you measure you will be measured ... EYE NO SHOP AT CRAIGSLIST. My mistake was to buy without guarantee I admit it. But God keep giving you prosperity John, God will do justice not man. Everything in Gods hands is in control.
