These people are very responsible and serious about their job. Very organized system. The follow up is very punctual and professional. My wife and i bought this 2019 Toyota Prius. If you make an appointment to see a car, they will put a cardboard on the car with the appointment time for the client. They documented everything in paper. Our sales agent was this awesome guy TAVARIS CAMILLE. He is a very passive and calm guy that went above and beyond with us. I was really really nervous about getting approved for the car that i needed for my daily job and he was very supportive and postive all the time since i spoke with him days before going to the dealer. We have to be possitive he said all the time. He knew how anxious i was and why. But even with my anxiety 100% he managed everything very good. He was very helpful during the process and dedicated. Off Lease Orlando is a wonderful place to find your next vehicle. Great place to get a car they have alot to choose from and prices are at cost and salesmen dont get commission they wont try to upsell you. If you can dont go on a Saturday that place is crazy busy.

Shiny new building, same old dealer tricks. Apparently letting you know that the vehicle is unavailable a day prior your visit and prior a two hour trip with kids and family, staying in the hotel overnight to be there first thing in the morning. Not to mention taking off work. It’s a simple text message “hey the vehicle you were looking into is no longer available, would you like to look at something else?” Just pathetic tactics.

They make it seem like the options are included with financing through them, but all can be removed. We had to restart the paperwork as we had to remove the extra optionsoptions on the financing part. Other then that, it was great. Mo ourhalm! Or Big Mo! This is my second time purchasing a car from offleaseonly. I had read reviews before going to their locations and found how loved Mo is! And I am blessed to have actually gotten him as my guide in purchasing my car. Thank you Mo! He was very patient in explaining to me how it all works and made sure to check on me whenever he saw that I was waiting. Super attentive and helpful.

Would give them a zero but can’t. I bought a van from off lease only last November. I bought the extra warrant, gap insurance and a theft program they offered. No big deal, standard sales stuff like sit around the showroom all day. I sold the van in July. I contacted off lease cancelation department right away about refunding the unused portion of the above mentioned extras. Now it took a couple weeks to get all the required documentations together and submitted. Time went by and I finally received and email saying everything was processed and I could expect refunds in 6-8 weeks. It’s now been 10 weeks and nothing. When I try to email them I get a reply that my email has been blocked. THEY OWE ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!! I have all documentation, copies of emails, copy of email being blocked and original plus email copies of what and when documents where sent.

Off Lease was by far was the easiest process for buying a car possible. But not only was it an easy experience, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. From the moment I came in, Omar helped me with everything I was looking for. I knew what I wanted but also took into consideration what I can afford. The environment of Off Lease is very calming, because you dont have sales people staring you down like money hungry sharks. After spending some time with Omar looking at the cars (because he wasnt trying to sell me a car he was just showing me around) I took a test drive or two and knew what I wanted. Mr. Chad helped me through the purchase process which was super simple, I was able to come in and leave with a car, very easy experience. I highly recommend if you already have an idea of what youre looking for.

Fairly straight forward process. Chaotic though efficient. My vehicle was a good deal and at the end of the day all they want to do is sell cars so the turn over is much better than most dealers, less time wasted. If you are a half decent negotiator you can get through the financing process but keep in mind that the sale prices are non negotiable. Overall a better than average experience.

Easy to check out the cars that you want and the no-haggle pricing might appeal to some. Their prices used to be much below Blue Book, but lately have started to become more in line with blue book and not such a great deal. Still a good low pressure place to check out and buy cars

This place is amazing! First off, the gentleman that helped me name was Henry and this guy was absolutely fantastic. He told me what I needed to know about the car that I was looking into very transparent and upfront about any information I had asked for. By the way my brother and I was there and he was a mechanic checking out the vehicle as well. Henry helped us so much as I stated to him when I first arrived at 9:13 a.m. because my appointment was at 9:15, I didnt want to be there all day and he specifically told me it generally does not take too long rather a couple of hours if you come in the morning. He stayed engaged with me talking about the vehicle as well as helping me throughout the day. When we were finalizing paperwork Ahmed, very professional and an absolute awesome guy. He explained all of the information about the paperwork that I was signing, made sure that I understood what I was signing and gave me my best options. Very friendly guy great sense of humor I couldnt say enough about my experience not only with the two gentlemen I interacted with but about the business itself. I definitely would recommend purchasing a vehicle from them as they have a huge inventory on their car lot that will definitely give you the best prices and their vehicles being in the best possible condition. They will not give you the runaround everything is as it is. I respect them for that and if I need another vehicle in the future and I am close by rest assured I will be going back. This dealership is a rip off do not buy a car from them this is the most horrible experience I’ve ever had buying a car they did not have title to the car we have purchased and we still do not have a car tag or registration six weeks after the fact. They lie they do not return phone calls and still nothing has been done about the registration of our new car. They are being fined by manatee county dmv!

At first we loved this place. The sales staff was very helpful and they had a great selection. However 2 months in they couldn’t be bothered about the problems we had with the car they sold us. 2 months after we took the car home, the roof and front windshield began to leak when it rained. We took it to the dealership like our warranty called for. Apparently sunroofs have a drain that needs to be unclogged ever 2-3 years. Well because this is a “preventable issue” the warranty wouldn’t cover it. However we had the car for 2 months, now have water damage to the roof and windshield front side panels and Off Lease didn’t seem to care. I They just tried to convince me not to cancel my warranty. With this being an issue that happens every 2-3 years I would have liked the drains to have been unclogged when the car was inspected at the dealership or at least told this could be a problem. Instead the dealership ignored my problem and forwarded me on to the finance company. Needless to say I’m very disappointed and now I’m having to spend money correcting water damage to a problem that should have been addressed when the car was at the Off Lease dealership

First Id like to start by saying you cant go wrong purchasing from Off Lease, every thing is in black and white nothing hidden, no surprises. The customer service is top of the line at this dealership. We had the best salesman ever Manix Pierrette. He worked so hard for us. Absolutely terrible customer service. I put in a financing application for a vehicle online days ago. Joel Augustin reached out to me almost immediately after the application was completed. I gave him all the requested documents and he said he would complete the processing and reach out to me shortly after. Fast forward days later I still haven’t heard anything from him nor anyone else. Every time I call or email them to get an update they say they’ll have someone reach out to me and they never do. After reaching out to them for the third time I told them to withdrawal my application due to the terrible customer service and lack of urgency for their customers. Upsetting that I wasted the last couple days on this dealership when I could’ve been working with another.

I was very leary of going to this mega car dealer. Worries were unfounded. Got there early, knew which one we wanted and the car was as described. While a bit scratched up, had a clean carfax and was a great value. Sales process wasnt too bad either. Deal was completed in about 2 hours. Cars are all sold as -is. So look them over thoroughly. For a used car supercenter I call it excellent!

Probably the best automobile sales experience of my life! Found a car I wanted, ran the Carfax for free on the Off Lease Only web site, called the dealership scheduled an appointment for later that same afternoon. The car was fully charged & fueled ready to go I was in the car test driving within five minutes of walking into the dealership. Thanks to my sales associate Mitch Marius I was leaving the dealership 90 minutes later with a new car. Wow I challenge anyone to try to buy a car faster than that.

We are pleased with our seller and the manager that did the whole financing process. While it was a long and tedious process I think the manager did the best in making my husband and I feel comfortable throughout the process. What I’m very disappointed with is the detailing on the car. It was not done well at all. There are stains that it looks like they didn’t even get to and the car smells like a rag that didn’t dry properly.

This place makes buying a car easy. No extra dealer fees. They’re up front on the dealers fees that you will pay before you even shop for a car. Henry was awesome! He met us in the beginning, explained how everything worked and helped us find cars that met our needs. We were free to test drive the ones we wanted and there was no pressure to buy. Be sure to bring your walking shoes, they have tons of inventory to choose from.

Theyre selling cars with frame damage for more than ones with good history? Going somewhere that doesnt trick customers on the price paid, suggest others do the same.
