Antonio is by far the best salesman we had the pleasure of dealing with through out our whole car buying experience. We went to several dealerships in our search for a car over several days and on average our other experiences were mediocre at best. Then we met Antonio and his team at Sport Mitsubishi and were absolutely given the highest levels of service we received from any dealership. They went above and beyond to make sure they answered all our questions about the car and the financing. They even stayed 2 hours past closing time with us even though we didnt purchase a car that night. I went here because of all the great reviews, but my experience was a complete disappointment. I dropped my car off at 8:30AM only to not get it back until 4PM. An employee told me they would call at noon and by the time it was one I heard nothing so I decided to give them a call, which resulted in a different person picking up and telling me the one I originally spoke to would give me a call back soon. An two hours rolled by with no call, so I once again called them myself and this time the right person picked up but they told me nothing was done to the car because they didn’t have the right part. I would be okay with that if they didn’t have my car for seven hours. I’m mainly writing this review though because there was an issue with my car that I noticed as I was leaving and I instantly called and told them just to be told the next day it would be handled. Next day I call right before they close and I’m told I need to wait a few days and the person that could help me would be in. Yet again no call and I was the one that had to reach other. It’s very disappointing because this is the only place “close” to me be a significant amount of time, yet I did not feel respected as a customer or that my car was in good hands.

Each time I called I left my name and number and my call was never returned.Then when I was finally able to speak with someoneI had to schedule a week out.They could not replicate the issue that I am having so there was no diagnosis. The vehicle continues to have this issue and this car is only 2 years old.

Worst car dealership Ive been to. And I was previously tricked into a bad loan from another dealership. I went here to buy a car I wanted specifically (2017 Impreza Sport), and I was preapproved by my bank for more than the cost of this car. And yet, the salesmen here were some of the harshest pushers Ive seen-- constantly trying to convince you to go with their financing and such instead.This dealership (salesman named John, I believe) lied to me about a recall being fixed, then they couldnt submit the paperwork because of the unfixed recall, so I had to drive back 1hr each way to get it fixed there, so they could do the paperwork for my sale. And the dealership had the nerve to present this as them doing nothing wrong, even though I asked if it was fixed, and the salesman utterly lied to me. Then, months later, they still hadnt resolved my paperwork.Pathetic service, disgusting people, avoid at all costs unless you like being inconvenienced, lied to, and cheated. I literally wish I could give half a star, or even negative stars.

He was actually a Subaru dealer, but he knew what my price range was, what I was looking for, and got me into something that had everything I wanted in a car based on other cars Ive looked at.Not only was the car shopping part pleasant, but the entire process for financing was very laid back and there was no fighting necessary. In fact, Mr. Frisby got my monthly payments down more than I thought they would be and got a low interest rate for me! Hector Lopez, was an amazing help to our family! My son has been saving for his dream car and when we went to get the car they did not have the color he wanted, so Hector made a few calls and advised that the only car in the color he wanted was already being sold :( So we went ahead and ordered his 2 favorite color to be transported. Had issues with low tire pressure, inflated to recommend pressure as list on door jamb but still had low pressure. Service advisor said it was not correct for Florida. Increased pressure by 5psi to 35psi

Ive gone to this dealership a few times now and the first few were good experiences. Now, my most recent visit turned out to be horrible. A day later after I had the tires rotated and the oil change, one of my back tires starts losing air all the time. My car was perfectly fine before the visit. Not only that, but I had the driver side windshield wiper replaced only to find out that they installed one with a broken part to it that made it loose when using it. Im highly disappointed and puts the worst image for mitsubishi. Ive never had such problems with Hyundai so highly considering going to back...

Been a loyal customer for close to 5 yrs. Bringing my car for maintenance and always had a great service done.But today the service was full of mistakes. My car only uses synthetic oil and I said no youre rotation.. Had to give a stem talking the service advisor and had to talk to the manager. As they did the opposite not to mention I scheduled service and it took close to 2 hrs to get the pull changed which they had to do twice since they didnt do it right the first time. I dont blame the mechanic as he was following the orders he got.Will have to think of I go back.might just give another Mitsubishi dealership a chance on my next maintenance.

Everyone was very nice.We went in just to look and not buy to get a general idea of the type of car I wanted to get when we got our income tax.The dealer showed me several cars before finding one I really liked.The deal they had going was very nice and the benefit of getting a new car instead of new problems that may come with a pre owned one was tough to ignore.At first I was concerned it may be out of my price range but the finance person went above and beyond to get me a really good rate and the payments in an amount that I can manage.

First time here, had a few issues with my car, grate customer service. Jay made sure my car was looked at. And David was very knowledgeable about my car. I’m 100% coming back and referring friends and family 👍🏻

Danny, the Service Advisor, was so kind. I was a little impatient because of the past problems with Fountain Auto Mall service department. He was understanding and even had me speak with the technician to better understand my vehicle. I appreciated that! Much better place for service.
