Worse experience ever. I went on March 5, 2020. Before buying my car I asked him was there any mechanical issues with the car. He said everything is good and working. Took it for a test drive. It was fine. I was more excited buying a nice car. Having 3 kids. I needed something reliable. I bought the car for 4200 in cash. After 2 days of driving my car I was having problems. Took it back to him on March 9, 2020. He said take it to my mechanic shop. They were looking at it and said they need a few days to look at it and fix the problem. No one kept in contact with me I had to constantly call them to see how everything is going with my car. They kept telling me different stories. They kept saying they waiting for a part. The part didn’t fit. Same thing over and over. After 3 weeks of having it he said to come pick it up and then said don’t because it’s not done yet. Then after a month he said it’ll be done on a Friday if not Saturday and I can pick it up. It was Monday and nothing from them. I went Wednesday April 15, 2020 Trying to see what’s the progress with my car. Nothing was done at all. He said he got the part in. After a month and a half? I needed a reliable car and I did not get that here at all. I’m a single mother and they took advantage of that. Then wanted to charge me $1800 to get it fixed. How you lie and said everything working on the car but breaks down after 2 days? Then he said he’ll bring down the price to $300. That doesn’t sound right. How you was trying to charge me more then want to charge me less? Something fishy going on. I ended up taking my car back. Oh and when I took my car to them to get it fixed it was driving and when I got my car back it wouldn’t start at all. Then when I had a mechanic look at it they put the parts back in wrong and I had a broken line for the coolant. And all ima say is that I found somebody so much better to get my car fixed. Before you buy a car here you need to bring someone that knows about cars or is a mechanic because they will take advantage of you. Never ever coming here again.

Worse place ever to get a car they lie to you about the cars is good my wife bought a quest from them. From day one the car was having problems with a oil leak then the car needed a tube up then lower control arms both sides then the engine blow. The mechanic never fix the car right never keep in contact with us...then he put us in another car that we had to pay another down payment for with him hoping he will give us a brake..that car was leaking oil and motor mounts the sales person said he has no mechanic at this time so we waited then we take the car there the owner wanted us to pay full price plus labor called us the next day and told us we was troubled and dont bring the car there ever again so guess what the car stayed there he can have it back with the 7000 dollars we wasted on the two cars we rather walk...stay far away from this place and the disrespectful owner

This car company has sold me an overpriced car that had problems from day 1 but since I wanted to be with my first car purchase I tried to fix the car through them an they charged me almost 1000$ for that. Then when I finally decided I was done trying to fix their broken car with my money they got an attitude with me an took it back the same day an honestly that was the best thing they did. Seriously dont waste your money or time with then!

I have bought several cars at Iberia Trading Group and they really work with you and have really good cars and have their own pro mechanics and accesories shop if you want to customize your car.I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

They dont work with no one all they want is to sell broken car with broken parts or junk yard parts. The owner will make promises and break them just so he can steal your money. And if they repo your car or fix your car at their shop they will take some of your belonging in the car. Worst car dealership I ever been to I was lie to constantly because the owner will say something write it down then somehow the paper work will disappear and he will claim he forgot or it nerve happen.

My Boyfriend has bought two trucks from here first truck was very nice & had no problems, Now the second truck the 2nd DAY after buying it started having electrical problems & started just shutting off. So he called the owner & he responded with He was on vacation and would send a tow truck to pick it up as soon as possible and here it is almost a week later and still has not made any effort to pick it up or try to even call. The truck will not start and we only had it for 2 days after paying in cash $8500 . We are very upset,disappointed & will be taking legal action if they dont start making any effort in fixing it or giving us a different truck, or even a refund this is not acceptable and something will be done. So if you are thinking about buying a vehicle there dont do it!

Drive 2 and a half hours to look at a auto after arriving he said they had to take the car to a mechanic because it has issues this would have been nice to know before driving down especially when they knew I was coming.
