We went to Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins for a quick ice cream stop and the Baskin Robbins part was deleted from the offerings. Sad face. But got a dozen donuts instead 😋

Says theres a baskin robbins but when I drove all the way there was told it was just a Dunkin and had no ice cream

I just love how there slogan states,”31 flavors “.Such a complete lie! This location has only around 8 flavors that a not even unique.I still decided to purchase a single scoop cone to give it a try.The scoops were fairly small compared to the price of it.The waffle cone tasted stale and the ice cream was already little melted. They need an improvement with their staff too.I wasn’t welcomed and wasn’t treated with pride.Would not recommend!

I wish there a 0 star option so I can give it.As soon as I entered, I didn’t feel welcomed.Totally empty store but still no one greeted me a welcome.To be honest, small things really don’t matter to me so I just moved on and didn’t think about it.When I was ready to order the lady came and gave me a attitude.Except for saying What can I shell you with?, she said, ”Kid where are you parents?”. I kindly replied back,”Ma’am, to you I might be a kid but to my understandings I know that I’m 14 and that I can order without my parents been available”. Next thing she said was,” Don’t you give me an attitude kid”. I just took it in and just went on with it. She finally decided to take out time to take my order.I ordered a veggie egg white but the lady told me that they didn’t have the crossiant anymore.I decided just to get 6 donuts.When I paid she told the other lady, who was mopping ”Can you come here and get this little kid”. I kindly replied,” Ma’am can you stop calling me something that you might be assuming?”. This was one she got a real attitude. She literally didn’t wash her hands and literally picked up donuts with her bare hands and puts it in the box. She slammed the box on the counter and told me to get out of here.When I was walking out she screamed,”Do t come back here punk”. I just walked out without replying back to that statement. To be honest these are just not words this is my personal experience.I would never recommend this place to any person or family.

This was my third bad experience in ONE week at this location. The first time my son wanted to try the new dip it/top it waffle cone and they were out of waffle cones. The next time my son wanted a sundae. It ended up being the smallest scoop of ice cream with chocolate syrup and he asked for oreos as a topping. We paid over $5 for this sundae and after we started home we realized that instead of oreos it had Nestle Quick powder on it! The third time we only went back because they advertised the $1.70 scoops. They asked what size we wanted. I told the guy that I wanted the size that was $1.70 and didn’t know what size that was. We ended up with three kiddie/mini cups. I went to pay and the lady asked what size we got. I told her that we got the $1.70 size and told her that I expected them to be bigger. She then explained to me that all of the sizes where $1.70 and that we could have gotten larges for $1.70! She couldn’t tell me why the guy would not tell me this when I ordered and why he only gave us kiddie sizes!!! We will never go back!

Consistently serving Ice-cream to America for many years. Looking for verity then go to Baskin-Robbins..Just one simple suggestion and that is-Make it little richer quality,at least some verities.

We order 2 two scoop sundaes, they were extremely small scoops of ice cream had more hot fudge than ice cream. Rather disappointed. Also wanted Rocky Road but they were out.

Employee was RUDE by all means. She called me rude too loudly ! Just because I was waiting for 5 minutes when no one greeted me and I was waiting for someone to serve me then I asked while she was standing on he other counter, rudely she says u have to come here and order first then chose your ice cream. Well excuse me I been waiting for 5 minutes and I were right there ! Say something ! Welcome me as a customer! Inform me! Instead she snapped and was rude and called me rude and I did say I’ll make sure your manager know she said I don’t care do whatever you want. Won’t ever come to this location again.

Worst Baskin-Robbins Ever!!!! Didn’t have nothing, I asked for a sundae and the worker gave me 2 scoops of ice cream and almonds for $6. They had nothing no ice cream flavors nor did they had topping or smoothies.

Never thought that We have to wait for my two ice cream for 35 min they dont have the proper lid for 1/2 qt cup. She filled one cup and waited 15 min to get other customer behind me for their order and gave both cups on hand they even dont have the proper bag for takeout ice cream.Worst experience ever.

Came in thirty minutes before closing and waited twenty minutes to be served. The store was empty and the drive thru was as well. The woman serving us was rude. We just stood at the counter while employees walked back and forth and never greeted us. She wouldnt let me finish saying my order by interrupting me to ask whats so funny in an aggressive short way because I was smiling. The woman wouldnt let us sample any ice cream flavors and overcharged us. Usually, I love Baskin Robbins but the staff at this location has changed my mind completely about the company. Terrible. Guy in the bun behind the counter had reached absolute breaking point due to the stress of handing out ice cream samples and had an utter meltdown to us while in line. Store was trashed and hygiene here should seriously be in question

It was 1:20 in the afternoon and they still did not have ice cream out in the store. Instead of saying come back in an hour they should have just gotten 3 scoops of ice cream, put it in the blender and made my milkshake. Very lazy. Very incompetent. Someone should fire the manager and replace them with a competent manager.

Service woman MINA....woman is rude, bad mannered,ignorant, ugly natured, inept and incompetent . Shouting abuse to my 2 children (7 and 13) and partner . Only people in the outlet and she walked away from us 3 times. AWFUL. NEEDS SACKING! Then continued to shout abuse at us when we were served by a very apologetic colleague....and even when she should hsve been serving a family group and we were leaving the premises. Should remember that WE are paying for her wages. Customer service from MINA. ..NON EXISTENT! @@

Uneducated staff, not enough change in registers, only 2 workers. Terrible experience. One girl was standing around while the other girl did all of the work. Finished our ice cream before we were even rang up at the register.

Hi .. since we came from Texas to visit..we did not stay at the International drive..we went to Baskin from here..and the deal was horrible, we waited like an hour to be taken care of, the employees did not agree ... it was horrible..wait so much.I do not recommend it ..

Mrs. Sierra of the night shift is very unpleasant in terms of customer service. I was answering his phone while I was making my order and when he finished he left for his car. I told him I could not use the bathroom, because it was dirty and overflowing and he ignored me.
