The staff was very pleasant and I was able to find names on mugs and Keychains that are normally out.

They had exactly what I was looking for. I always go there for unexpected things like cards, etc. Employees are always very nice.

Was just here, the experience was incredible. I was greeted by one of the friendliest lady I have met. She also helped me find the right size shirt (I’m in between sizes so it’s hard for me to find something that fits just right) also the prices are very reasonable! If your in the area definitely stop by!!!

Gifts of Florida is a wonderful place. After visiting Universal Studios and Disney World, we got all our souvenirs here at a much lower price. Chris, Gloria and the other two workers were extra nice and helpful. On checking out they even gave us 10 percent off coupons to many other stores and restaurants. I plan to return again on my next stay in Florida!!!

I really enjoyed buying many small items from here! It’s such a well organized store! There are quality items at affordable prices! Real close to resorts and some restaurants. I suggest be prepared to have your kids go crazy over their huge selection of stuffed animals too!

Visited Universal near by and wanted souvenirs, so we went here, ladies were very nice and helpful, prices much better than buying items at the park or hotel. Stop in and save some money!!

For the end of the year I went to Orlando with my family, by January 4th I was needing a couple souvenirs for friends and family over here in Maryland. I happened to find this store on International Dr, and with no hesitation I had the best experience I’ve had. We met a venezuelan lady (with green eyes), Not a 100% sure but I think her name is Odra, and she went the extra mile and beyond for assisting us in finding the perfect gift for everyone in our list. The place was clean and very well organized. They allowed me to bring my puppy in. Odra is pure gold, she should be managing the store or to get a raise. I definitely will be back for this current year family vacation trip. Highly recommended

This Sunday, going back home from two-hour waiting lines in the Magic Kingdom, we stopped by this gift shop on International Drive. I really liked it from the moment we stepped in, as these two nice and bright faces welcomed us (my wife, kids, and me). It was simply great to see those fresh young ladies telling us about what they had in the store. It is what you always expect but almost never get when it comes to customer service. They know very well what theyre doing, because our hectic day just ended up full of smiles thanks to these two ladies. They are called Odra and Gloria. I think they are Latino. Its no longer usual to receive this kind of attention in stores. I think the owners are very lucky to have them there, cause theyre doing a great job.
