I loved the place. Found most everything that I was looking for. Gentleman there was helpful and friendly. I was looking for food items I was not able to find at Publix British section. Especially the proper back bacon that I dont see at any supermarket. Of course it was more expensive than same products in UK, but I was expecting that due to shipping and fees.They have more teas than you can imagine. Im good with just the PG Tips. LOLThey have a bit of everything in a small shop. Meats, bakery, candies, snacks, caps, shirts, towels, flags, tea pots, knick·knacks. Of course there is an online website for shopping, but if you love or like British goods, I highly suggest that you take time to go walk the shop.

Excellent store for British snacks and sweet cravings. Chocolates, chips, teas, collectibles, frozen items, and lots of other hard to find British items. Customer service was friendly and offered to order things that weren’t available.Store is on the smaller side and packed with all the right things however they could add more variety. Also, the prices were higher than other similar stores in US. We easily spent $50 with a few chocolates and bags of crisps but it was worth it and a lot cheaper than plane ticket to London.Overall, a decent store.

Prices are appalling, otherwise would be a regular customer……no prices listed. Owner seemed happy to type in a price dependent on his mood ….without ever confirming … 300% mark up on blacking puddings… get real …

Great selection of British goods, the owner was friendly and helpful. However the prices are double what other shops in the area charge. I guess my first clue was that there were no prices on the items, except for a tin of broad beans at almost $5.I would have been a very regular customer if the prices had been closer to what other shops charge for the same items. I wont be returning.

Took too long to ship/update information. I gladly pay for quality and readily pay for high end merchandise. I will say the teapot is ok, a bit overpriced.Customer service is lacking in communication and responsiveness.I also was sent the wrong spoon, as this was a gift and I wanted the exact one I ordered but they did not send the correct one or mention if the other was out of stock. I find this online store a bit untrustworthy. I wouldnt order again, sadly.Im making a concerted effort to avoid large mass market products and wed sites, like Amazon. But with lower standards and poor customer service a place like this should be avoided, at least their online business.Cheers!

John at the shop was really nice. Got stuff here I couldnt find anywhere. HP sauce, meat pies, Irish and English teas. Ive found the candies online but, to wait for it to be shipped and possibly melted at my door, its disheartening. If I stopped her before my Costco trip, I might have bought out the store just for the convenience and rare finds.

The selection of products was limited and overpriced; this is probably why the prices arent listed on things. Spent almost $50 on a small bag of tea and two chocolate bars that Publix had in their aisle of British products. I probably will look for British products elsewhere. The owner was nice at least.

Really loved shopping at this authentic British Shoppe for my wife’s birthday! So many gift and food items to choose from. The shop owner was friendly, helpful and authentic! I have never seen so many England items in one place. I did see other reviews mentioning prices. This is a small business importing specialty products NOT some big box chain buying in bulk. Will definitely be back.

My sister and I visited today for the first time and absolutely love the shop :) they have a bunch of speciality goodies and the teas are beautiful. The gentleman (I assume owner) who helped us was lovely; he was so kind and personable. We really enjoyed our visit and will be back soon.

We headed here because it was recommended as the single best place to pick up everything for a long stay in one hit. After visiting many of the smaller grocery shops, It didn’t disappoint us. There is a good range of choices from small electrical appliances, kettles, rice cookers, toaster, and fans! This grocery shop has everything you need at a reasonable price!

Proper British shop, this.Quaint. Small and unassuming, charming, rich with decidedly British bits and baubles on offer. All sorts of sundries to make any Anglophile smile.Chocolates, tea, pasties, you name it. All things British.

Purchased items for my best friends birthday and had them shipped to her. The package made it on time with a two day delivery. Called the store the next day to verify the order and learned one item I had ordered was out of stock. Kelsey easily switched it for something they had in stock that was from a different company. My best friend loved her gift and said she was going to keep the lemon curd all to herself!

They have a great assortment of British foods but are quite a bit pricey

A wide selection of teas and British import goods (and goodies! So many chocolate and candies to choose from). Next time I need to stock up on PG Tips, Ill come here because they have a giant boxes of them. Its a little bit of a drive for me (about an hour away), but Ill come prepared with an ice box so I can buy some of the pasties and pies from the freezer. What a nice place!

The British Shoppe has an outstanding variety of good teas, including a large assortment of loose leaf teas made from the proprietors own teas. Theres also a nice assortment of British foods and sweets. Jon, the owner, is very helpful and knowledgeable about the teas. Highly recommend.

The selection is awesome, lovely shop, but sadly I have found some products are WELL PAST the sell-by date. I have an item at home right now that is dated January 2016. This Makes me sad. Lucky they are dried peas.Check the dates, it isn’t cheap!

A little bit expensive. However the quality of product is very good. Could do with more grocery selection and less souvenir. But on the whole worth the journey.

Travelled from Tampa after being told they had what we wanted on the phone. On arriving shop had no stock in fridge no tins of sweets boy serving was sitting playing on his phone.when asked about items he stated I dont know I only work here.Used to be a great shop now rubbish certainly wont be going back.

Clean and well organized . Great selection of products that you cant get anywhere else at reasonable prices.

The young lady managing the store was exceptionally nice and helpful. My wife got everything she wanted and wants to go there again the next time were in the area.

This place is a scam, I placed an order online never received my items. I contacted them through Pay Pal and Facebook never heard back from them. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

Nice shop; carries Bisto, a wonderful gravy base my mother used when I was a child.

This place was a joke too expensive and stuff we picked up was out of date. Service was horrible girl acted like she didnt want to be there or do her job. Wouldnt go back

Good selection of British food, obviously expensive since its being imported, but some of it more than the price in Publix in their international aisles. Staff seemed disinterested and annoyed that I was asking how much things cost that had no price label.
