Shipped fast, but it may as well be slow as they ship signature required without telling you when you order and dont even warn you when you check their shipping FAQ page on their site. This is for a part that was $20. Unless you enjoy taking the day off work to stand in line at the post office for half an hour wearing a rona mask you may want to shop online elsewhere.

I was referred to Always Armed by a local shooting range for gunsmith work. I spoke to Shawn on the phone to address my need. He was very informative on the phone and said to stop on in. I came by and met Shawn in person. We spoke for about 20 minutes and he handled my request in about 10 minutes. It was a great experience and will be back for future needs. Glad I was referred over to Always Armed.

Ordered a complete upper. I was sent the wrong one. They responded and I returned the incorrect one. They told me when I sent an image of the retrun receipt they would send out the new shipment. I did.... no response. They recieved the return 7 days ago. Now I cannot get an email response about the replacement. I have sent several emails. No response. They are not accepting phone calls. At this point I am pretty sure I am not getting my product.

Always Armed is my go-to for new additions to the collection and gunsmith work.Shawn and his team are always treated me with respect and courtesy. A very approachable set of individuals, I never feel talked down to or belittled. Being such a technical field, I find that most other shops in the area suffer an overly alpha syndrome-they are the expert and you (the dummy), need to shut up and pay attention. This is not the case at Always armed. New and experienced shooters alike are treated with care in a friendly sales environment. Really cool set of people.👍

Great gun shop. They carry AR parts and must gun shops dont anymore. Good prices on new guns, too. If for some reason they dont have it, chances are they can get it for you pretty quick.
