They do not take returns from something purchased from their own store. Horrible service for stuff that is over priced

I went to the store today to have my zipper pull replaced. The staff replaced it within minutes. After walking around the store a little, we ended up purchasing 2 of the accents kits for our luggage. Once again, the staff installed within minutes. Hands down, worth every penny.
