No one answers the phone at this business and when you leave a voicemail - no one calls back. Not even in a professional setting do they answer calls.Not. Good.

I had my screen enclosure installed by Custom Screens back in 2008.At that time, they did a fantastic job and would easily get a 5 star rating.However, Fast forward to today (11 years later), and I need some repair work done. I have called a couple of times over the last few months trying to get a quote. But no answer. I fell like the fact that I am not a contractor and simply the homeowner, that I cant get a call back.If I get a return call, I will be happy to update my rating.

Ive worked with and have used Custom Screens for over 40 years. They are experts in their field with the knowledge and experience to produce the best quality jobs in the business. I am a State Certified Building Contractor and can honestly say that there work, staff and professionalism is some of the best Ive ever seen.

Custom Screens put up 3 different screens for me at my rental properties in Orlando. I was pleasantly surprised that they sustained no damage this past hurricane season. The only thing that beat their customer service was the quality of their product. Thanks guys!

I had their team out today for measurements. They were extremely professional and answered all of my questions. Glad I choose these guys to put up my screen, nothing but good things to say about them.

They left the job without getting a final inspections and now the permit is expired. I have been calling them for an entire week. I have called a minimum of 60 times, left a minimum of 10 messages (there are multiple extensions and I have left 2-3 messages on each extensions voicemail), & I have not spoken to a single person. No one ever answers the phone or returns messages. I cannot close out this permit without them! This is something they should have done before they left the job! It is a part of the contract, to finish the job and the job isnt done until the permit is satisfied and closed. Terrible company!

Had a screen room installed; however, immediately the roof developed leaks(many). No one at Custom Screens took ownership to resolve the defectes. Subsequenty, I had to hire to another contractor to repair the defects. If you elect to do business with this company I suggest you tread very carefully.
