Window for estimate was 10-1pm with a 30 minute call ahead. Nobody called and it’s already after the window. I called the office and was told they would come at the beginning of the window. Not reliable at all.

We had our enclosure placed about a year ago. There was a lot of back and forth to get the right thing permitted and built. There was an issue with the door as the concrete settled. They came out today and fixed the problem. We rate for not just the product or service. We rate for the warranty. They stand behind their warranty and corrected the problem. We are very pleased with the product. Would recommend.

We used them for two projects! We were so happy and impressed after we had our gutters installed that when it came time to put a pergola and pavers in the backyard we called them! I called this company to get an estimate for a screen enclosure on 7/9/2020. A person picked up the phone, said hello, then hung up on me 2 seconds later.

Let’s start by saying I had to cancel the service. I paid in August 7th, the first fee to get the permits ($1,224) for the enclosure. They had told me it takes about a month to get approved, guess what, I called today the osceola county permit office to see why they’re taking 2 months to approve my permit, to only find that they never even started the process. Also they told me the permit is given the same day and not about a month like they had told. What a waste of my time, I could’ve probably had it done already. I’m mad that I had referred them to my friends at work thinking it would be a positive experience and even had one come get an estimate from them, well I have to let him know how really this company works. By the way a project wether is $1,000, 10k, 20k and above is only more money to feed your family!
