I came in today 10/29/2021 and talked to Richie and Cody the 2 guys behind the counter. I had 2 small tractor tires and these guys were awesome. Took my tires back aired em up and were the best at customer service there was. I will be back and I will have them do more work for me. Had me done in 20 minutes or less. I have never gone to a tire place that was more helpful and reasonable. They gave me a price on new tires and they are at least $50 cheaper than anywhere else that I have found for Tire. They also repaired by flat tire free of charge. People working the front desk are very helpful and the show room is clean and the bathrooms are clean as well. Highly recommend!

The team at Tire Outlet are always professional and very helpful. I have purchased tires a few times from them. My more recent experience was exceptional. I purchased tires on 08/28/21 and on 09/27/21 I ran over a nail/screw and my tire went flat. I took the tire back to them and they fixed the tire and put it back on the car free of charge. Great, fast, reliable, friendly service! I highly recommend Tire Outlet in Ormond Beach. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and do not try to upsell you any unnecessary services. After my new tires and brakes, my 17 year old van felt like a new car. It truly was the best service I have had in years and was way better than my experiences at the dealership or other tire store chains. I just wish my Ohio town had the privilege of having a Tire Outlet.

The 4.9 rating is real! I checked with a few places and decided to try Tire Outlet to service my wife’s Infinity. John and his crew took very good care of me. 4 new Yokohama’s and an oil change. They checked my alignment at no charge and advised me that it was not needed! WOW!I will no longer shop around.

Had a bulb replaced in my front headlight. The mechanic Manny was freindly, quick, and efficient. I was able to make an appt for my lunch break and was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Unfortunately it was unfixable but they suggested to see if I have recovery roadside where I initially got the tires, and I did! I probably would have never tried to see if I had warranty on them. We were traveling home from a trip to the beach and picked up a razor blade (yes, a razor blade) in our tire. The folks at Tire Outlet replaced the tire and had us on the road in under 45 minutes. And didn’t do any up selling which was nice. I recommend Tire Outlet.

Very impressed with these people.They gave me an excellent simple price. No nickel/dime charge here to mount the tires, charge there to balance, charge over here for TPMS, and so on. 60K mile tires at a price as good as I have been quoted for on 40K mile tires.Didnt need an appointment, wandered in when I wanted to. They got me in and out quickly. No hassle. They even checked the alignment for me. Included in the price. If I had needed alignment there would have an extra charge, but thats fair. I didnt need an alignment, which really surprised me. I was sure I needed one. I suspect other shops tell you you need alignment no matter what.I will buy my next set of tires there, no question.

I brought my Buick to this location yesterday to have a sensor replaced. Before it was put on the lift the mechanic came in & had a conversation with the front desk about the mileage that I could overhear but wasnt a part of. Before I know it, the clerk is trying to upsell me on a service schedule to the tune of $1200 which included parts which had been recently replaced, NOT by them. Another package she encouraged me to purchase was for the brakes & if they had taken 2 seconds to actually look at my vehicle they would have seen the pads, rotors & calipers were less than 2 months old. Extremely dissatisfied with the service I did, actually DID NOT receive yesterday & still looking for a trustworthy mechanic to fix my car.

I had a pleasant experience at Tire Outlet. Their staff did a great job servicing my tire replacement. They had the best prices in town And when the tires I chose were not in stock they upgraded my tires at no additional charge, and completed an alignment for free. Their staff was helpful and installation was quick. They also have a great website where you can choose and purchase your tires as well as schedule installation date. I will use their services again and highly recommend them.

The staff was super knowledgeable and the service was top notch. The technicians were ultra efficient and the office staff was very accommodating. This shop is definitely a go to spot where I’d recommend every should go. The waiting area was very clean and smelled great.

We bought 4 tires here for a great deal. Yesterday one of my tires was showing lower pressure than the others. Today the pressure was lower yet. Stopped in and told them, thinking they would just put some air in it and send me in my way, by they took the tire off and plugged it from the inside. I had a NAIL in it! Very good, fast and friendly service. And it was all NO CHARGE! And I didnt make an appointment! TIRE OUTLET, YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

I had a very good experience at Tire Outlet. I stopped in to check out the price for an oil change for my car (2010 Volvo S80). The price was very reasonable and extremely competitive for this area. Their staff made me feel welcome and comfortable while waiting for them to complete the work. Then, a short 20 minutes later I was on my way and feeling satisfied they did a good job...

We originally went to Tire Kingdom for 4 new brake pads & rotors. We were told the parts would take a few days to get here, and were quoted for over 800$.Making an appointment at Tire Outlet was beyond the best thing Ive ever done for myself & my vehicle. They were extremely educative on the problem and how to fix it. They were able to replace all four rotors and brake pads for HALF the price that tire kingdom quoted AND got it done in the same day. Im extremely pleased and impressed. We will be returning.

I had to have 4 tires installed and an alignment done on my vehicle. Dustin and the crew at Tire Outlet did an outstanding job in about an hour and a half. They even gave me an estimate for brakes. I did not need them right away. They were having a sale on them at the time. They put the estimate with the sale price on my invoice as quoted, and said they will honor the sales price when it comes time to do my brakes. The employees are always wonderful to work with. Their smiles are a bonus too. I love this place!

I was able to make an appt for the next morning and when I arrived, I was met by Matt, the manager and we went to look at my tires. After going to three other tire places before this, I was pretty skeptical. I am so glad I ended up here. The manager on duty (which was a very mechanically educated woman) really helped me out in getting new tires and an alignment at an affordable price. I felt comfortable and not bombarded by sales tactics. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. They also offer a 100 days same as cash option if you qualify. I will definitely be back to this establishment.
