We set up an appointment to have my wifes daughter vaccinated at noon. Here it is 12:45, and they still havent administered the vaccine, even though we showed up 15 minutes early, and filled out the paperwork, because we have other obligations today. They have taken two walk in vaccinations ahead of us, and gave us a lame excuse as to why its taking so long when I inquired. How about you be honest, and just tell people that the appointment process is bull, and not waste peoples time?

Pharmacy too busy and overwhelmed.. the Holly Hill is more quiet room to park, or I just discovered Publix pharmacy in the TRAILS. VERYprofessional and helpful. They even fill pet mess.
I went to Walgreens to get cranbury pills for a UA infection and the girl told me what isle. I couldn’t find them. This young nan walked out from the back snd I asked him if he could help me. His name is Will. Ge was goin on break but said no problem he can help. He looked snd couldn’t find it so he went to the pharmacist and asked then he found them he even took 3 box’s to the pharmacy and asked which is better. He was soooo nice, friendly & professional. GREAT JOB WILL 🥰
Today May 5 2021 I came in for my first covid vaccine shot. When signing up the woman were friendly and professional. The shot experience was not so good. Normally I do not leave bad reviews but the Man giving me shot was very rude at end. He ask me if I had any questions and I asked him, did you get the shot. He did not reply. So thinking maybe he did not hear me, I asked again since he never replied to my question. Then he started to shake his finger at me and pointed out door and said SIR, IT IS NONE Of YOUR BUSINESS. I understand that maybe it is not necessary to tell me a whether he had shot or not. It was the rude way he replied in hurried manner. All he had to say was, Sir, in nice way, Im not required to tell you that information because it is private. I would have been fine with that and respected his answer. If it wasnt for the nice woman there, I probably would never come back. There is a CVS across the street.I ask woman there later and she said his name was Steve.

If you wanna wait 3-4hours for the pharmacy go here. My kids are sick and the wait is ridiculous. It doesn’t take this long to help one person. Please hire more people cause this is sad . This is my second time coming here and it’s like y’all are always short staffed taking sooooooo long . People need there medication!!!!! Make that a priority or shut down.
Yesterday, we had the best and most helpful experience with the pharmacy! There were difficulties with his insurance, but Lindsay came to the rescue and was able to circumnavigate the details. She was super upbeat, helpful and incredibly efficient - allowing us to get him home more quickly and ease the pain of his terribly sprained knee. Thank you so much, Lindsay!!
I understand this is a busy place but theyre very unprofessional and Im talking about the pharmacy I had to wait 3 hours for a much-needed prescription for my sciatica after I waited 3 hours and went back to Walgreens after receiving my text message my prescription was ready I wait in line for another 10 minutes just to be told that my suddenly my insurance is not accepted here anymore and this is suddenly! nobody there could call me to let me know that and save me a whole trip down there? I dont know whats going on here but I took my business over to CVS which does take my insurance and it was done in 10 minutes right across the street and much more professional people behind the counter so my rant here is you may be busy Walgreens but you need to get some people who can handle the rush I will not be returning to this store
Ive been using this Walgreens pharmacy for many years because of the fast wait times and friendly staff members. They know me by name and are always willing and ready to help with any questions or concerns I may have. Both the store and pharmacy are always stocked with whatever I may be needing from there. If you need a Walgreens, in my opinion, you wont find a better one in the area, though there are many around town.
Open 24 hours. Usually good but, they run out of items fast... they carry many items and carry a large selection of food items. Good sales. A good neighborhood drug store. Pleasant staff and always helpfulNot sure how the pharmacy is...

I have been going to this Walgreens for a long time. I really like one of the staff, Sylvia who is usually at the front register. But I have been having an ongoing problem with one of my prescriptions. Even though I constantly tell them that my insurance does not pay for it, they put it in anyway. Sometimes I show up and they havent even filled it yet because they want to let me know insurance does not cover it. Ive been telling them for years PLEASE put it on file that my insurance DOES NOT PAY FOR IT!!!!!!! And they never do. Today I am just livid, my doctor called me and say Walgreen called them AGAIN. Done!!!!! Finding another drugstore.
I am giving it one star because it is a clean facility very clean from the ones that i have recently been in. But my two stars go to a employee named Quinn, he was very nice and kept giving pepole compliments! He made our day for sure!!

Have been told varying things from different pharmacists resulting in me getting the wrong syringes for my insulin. This time I got two 10 packs, paid full price for them, not much 3.19 a pack, but this time once pack was pre-opened and missing 5 syringes, one of the syringes of the 5 was partially opened... Walgreens is not the company they used to be, and they dont seem to care about their customers well being let alone quality of product. The only reason I use Walgreens is because its in network, not due to then being great. Walgreens pharmacies have been sued across the states due to incompetence, looks like nothing has changed.
They are the rudest Pharmacy staff I have ever had to deal with. Every time my doctor calls in a prescription for me there is always a problem and I always feel completely judged by the staff. You are better off going to any other Pharmacy in the area these people are horrible.
Worst service ever, 5 months in a row Ive had an issue with my prescription and not once did they ever help fix it,they told me I had to fix it as they continued to make mistakes.First they somehow lose my electronic prescription, next my profile glitched and got locked,and apparently they needed to file a ticket with corporate to open it, and thats how they lost my prescription a second time.Third time they say its ready for pick up and then I go and they tell me it wont be ready for another weekWorst customer service Ive dealt with. Never shall I come back to any Walgreens, any pharmacy would be better than this one

Nice folks, some lazy but most are kind and helpful. As for RXs, $1300.00 for 30 pills is Not their fault. The FDA has put that burden on us old sick people. Its shameful. Not Walgreens fault.
Pharmacist was great he handled the situation nicely. Meagan and Melissa behind the desk were extremely rude, especially Meagan. Zero customer service skills on both their parts. They are not happy with their jobs and it shows how they handle customers. I dont care if you can control the situation that the customer is going through or not but you still apologize for the inconvenience that customer has went through and then you also make the comment out of common courtesy something on the lines of Im glad it all worked out for you, act like you care about whats going on with the customer no Megan literally turned around rolled her eyes at me had a nasty attitude and told me I should have called to figure out the situation. Who in the world that should have strong customer service skills especially that works at a front desk of a pharmacy representing your company says that rudely to someone. I drove all the way back to the Urgent Care the medic got on the phone with the pharmacist and they handled on the spot with no problems. Once I returned back to the pharmacy Melissa grabbed my prescription never once saying Im sorry for the inconvenience Im glad it worked out never said any of that to me while Meagan stood there staring me down at the counter with a nasty tone in her voice and said. I should have called then so then all Melissa could say was well I told you it denied, I told you it denied what was I supposed to do she said. The urgent care that I dealt with said that theyve had numerous problems with the staff at this Walgreens numerous times. Those two girls acted completely uncompassionate about the situation. They dont have a clue whats going on in someones world and should be more considerate and compassionate to peoples feelings they are at a pharmacy for god sakes. As a courtesy to the customer they could have said let me call over to see if theres anything that they can send over different so that its not an inconvenience for you but no got the attitude instead. I have completely no problem would dealing with this situation myself and getting the prescription figured out, what my problem is is how the staff spoke to me especially when there was five other customers behind me and Megan still talked to me like trash and front of customers when my whole problem was they acted inconsiderate about the situation not Im sorry for the inconvenience Im sorry you had this problem have a good day none of that came out of either one of their mouths
I am a patient and I have alot of problems with my back and legs and neck broke my neck twice. I was getting my prescription filled here until the old pharmacist had a attitude .I take a bus usually takes me 30 min to wait then they tell me I have to wait a hour for my prescription because of paper work. So I cant sit in a store for hour I have problems with standing sitting for long periods .causes me pain they didnt care. So I took my business to Publix pharmacy and in and out in 20 min if this so called paper work is issued by the state why is that Walgreens the only one that makes you wait if it is a narcotics for a hour to fill no one else heard of so called paper work that that Walgreens swears so for now on I will recommend everyone I know to Publix much better experience and I dont have to put up with pharmacist judging you or putting you up like your a drug addict they can see i have it filled every 30 to 32 days.. and it is one narcotics and not that strong 10 mil of Norco .That I need to ease my pain to a comfort level for me but Walgreens will be with out a pharmacy if they dont start training their pharmacist in customer care your customers is who put food on their tables with no customer they wouldnt have a job .

Stopped in the morning to transfer an RX, was told it would be an hour, came back 6 hrs later to pick up and it wasn’t ready. Was given a different excuse from each person behind the counter. Finally heard the pharmacist on the phone to get it transferred. Sitting here waiting I’m listening the lack of customer service with nearly every customer.
I called to find out if they do free antibiotics and the lady said no, but call Public, they can help you with that. Very well informational.
Normally this location is an OK experience. Except for when they accidentally short your medication. With the strict laws in place they give the pharmacist and their techs the benefit of the doubt while leaving the customer illegally stripped of their rightful medication knowing that they cant do anything about it. The management is extremely incompetent and the customer service staff is literally made of wood. Might not happen to you, but beware.
Stay far away they will not fill your prescription a day before it was last filled even if 31 days in the month so if you fill on the 1st you cant fill till the 1st of following month (also if they dont like what youre doctor prescribed they will call them to tell them what the pharmacist wants you to be on and not talking about controlled substances my heart medication)
Shop here often for small items, use pharmacy regularly, always helpful staff
Whenever a prescription needs to be filled, there’s an issue and they act as if they dnt want to help and give attitude! It’s extremely frustrating! If you dnt want to help maybe you need to find another occupation!
Ordered pictures online and got them sent to this location. They were blurry and half the pictiure was cut off. When i returned them manager was rude and tried to find a way to blame me. Also pharmacy is horrible here.

I had a prescription filled here for a narcotic pain reliever after an injury. I had my husband pick up the prescription because I could not drive and had just been released from the hospital. When he arrived home with the medication, it was short by 10 pills! Even though it had been double verified by the pharmacy. After arguing with the pharmacy staff, the pharmacist, and store manager, I threatened to call the police. Magically, my missing medication was found.
I am not a big fan of how I am treated at the pharmacy due to a certain prescription I have. I feel judged, and treated poorly every time I am there by the pharmacy staff.
Easy in and out unless visiting the pharmacy.
