Emily was an awesome sales person and came to our house to take measurements and help us decide on design. Once the bed was delivered, Josef brought it to our home and installed. I just had Joseph disassemble, move and reinstall my Murphy bed unit on the 29th of May. I must say he did a wonderful job. It looks terrific and he went all out in his effort to accommodate me. He was very pleasant, professional and knew his craft. Everyone did their best to help me with details in scheduling, etc., especially Emily and Joseph. Thank you all very much!

We went in with our daughter to look at a Murphy bed...Not sure of how feasible it would be in her place...We literally knew next to nothing about these beds..Brian was amazing... He explained everything..Gorgeous furniture & what a fantastic way to maximize ones space..The prices are more than fair for such quality workmanship...Theyre a family run business & have impressive standards..Our daughter cant wait til her bed is delivered! If space is an issue...or if you just want something thats not your typical bedding options, come see these awesome beds!

Andrew has poor customer service. You have a good product however Andrew needs training on his customer service skills

Made contact seemed great. Sent floor plan via email as we discussed. Left messages and and never heard back. Not very customer friendly or to busy to reply or call. Not good customer service. Very unhappy .

Went with my mom to get some information. The guy who helped us was very nice and patient even after he knew we werent there to buy a bed.
