Absolute worst gamestop Ive ever been to. Guy working there was very rude and acted like we should had known they didnt carry ps5 consoles. Im buying for my child. I have no clue about this stuff. He said they are sold online like they have always been sold. Will never step foot in this store again. They need more friendly staff

This store had a wide variety of different collectibles! The store is very neat and clean! The guy that was there was not really friendly, but i have run into that at several different locations.

As a whole GameStop is a piece. The whole member program is a sham!

A real nice shop full of all kinds of stuff relating to gaming. You can buy games for just about every kind of console made. They sell all kinds of extra things for gaming, example, action figures. Nice plt

The staff there is super helpful, if they dont know the answer theyll get it for you before you leave. Store is always clean and well stocked. Appears the the employees take pride in what they do. Will always go to this store for all my gaming and collectible needs.

Staff was helpful but prices were off and there is no point to warranty when something breaks that is under $50 than you have to repurchase warranty.

Great customer service here, had an issue with a power supply and they replaced it NQA. Good prices on used games and equipment, David and Tarik are awesome.

Very friendly staff, however I bought a new game paid full price for a new game which was already opened once and then resealed by them. When I buy a new game I want a new game plain and simple. On top of them being overpriced this was a real kick in the teeth... Will not return to this gamestop.

The first time i dealt with this store the employees left me on hold for 10-15 minutes so my girlfriend called on her phone and they took her call right away. 5 seconds later we were in the store and noone was even there... but luckily i just went back for the 1st time in over a year since then those employees are long gone and the man i spoke to was fantastic. not only did he help me with what i was looking for i asked if they had a pair of the original ps4 earpiece headset that came with it when you bought it and he had a pair laying around that he just gave me for free. im glad they got new friendly employees because i started going back again. i wish i remembered his name but either way great worker and restored my faith in gamestop

Its a great place to get games and the used games are pretty cheap.

Employees are knowledgeable of the games that are coming out and the different games at hand.

Their prices arent competitive with what is available online.
