When I went the store was fairly busy. Both employees that were working were busy with other customers. They made an effort to acknowledge us and let know they will be with us ASAP. Within 90 minutes Eric finished helping the people in front of us and patiently and expertly informed us, created our account and ensured that our numbers stayed the same. Very happy with the service we received and as long as the coverage is comparable over the next few weeks we will be back with the rest of the family to switch over from Verizon.

I was a frustrated T-Mobile customer. I called in a lot to get help so I decided to come in. Mallory was extremely patient with helping me. She took care of the bill questions, got me to add a watch line and another voice line. I appreciate every so often when you have a person who genuinely cares about their work and it shows. I wish I saved time and worked with her when I first set up my account.

I was stressed many things had gone wrong . I came into the store and was put at ease by the sales assistant Mallory . She was a good listener, after 1 hour I was able to walk out the store with a new phone with everything transferred from and the old phone which she factory reset for me . She was an absolute angel . Best service by any cell phone assistant in 25 years of going into phone shops . Worth far more than the 5 stars above .

No stars, worst Tmobile branch Ive ever been to. Only one man was working. And he didnt acknowledge us when we walked in, preceeded to stare at his tablet for 10 minutes and take 2 calls before helping us. We came because we had a broken product under q protection plan and he said I dont know what to do with that, go to a different store.Terrible customer service, will never come back.

The staff is certainly friendly but I could tell that they can be easily distracted. On the positive side, I was able to successfully transfer my AT&T group account to T-Mobile while saving lots of money. They even found me discounts beyond those advertised online, I left paying $30/month less than I thought I would.Still, I could see why some reviews of this business are very poor. If you catch them at a busy time you may get very unsatisfactory service. Go in when the business is slow and you’ll walk out happy.

Go see Mary... I purchased my new phone at another location... And was not getting the answers I knew I should get. Which was very frustrating... So I went to the one in my hometown Ormond Beach on Nova Road... I just spoke with Mary. She not only answered all my questions... She assisted me on process and procedures... an answered all questions that I had to my satisfaction. I will now go and see Mary whenever I need some support or have questions. She was very professional and thorough . 😁

Would give 0 if I could. Mary told me so many lies it was unbelievable. When I got my first bill it was almost double of what I was told. Took me a month to get straight then canceled. She is the manager and has very little knowledge of the product period. And will say anything to get a sale. Never Again

T-Mobile is by far the best cell phone service provider. My fiancés Grandma flew in from Arizona and someone stole it from her IPhone while she was in Walmart. She had service with Sprint. The service provided by Sprint was way below part, of what to expect. However, Xiomara was the best representative I have worked with in any of the stores across the country, as I live in Colorado Springs, CO. Xiomara gave us key advice to deal with Sprint so that they could port grandmas number. Xiomara was very considerate, patient, and very knowledgeable. She made sure that any questions/concerns that grandma had were taken care of.

Store is terrible with customers . I activated my account from Verizon in Florida and paid for my daughter SIM card . They were being difficult just to swap out her SIM card for free . There was notes in the memos also . The manager did not care to help . All she did was make the situation worst then what her co worker already done when my daughter walk in the store . I will not recommend going to this store all they care about is selling and not try to help customers needs in what brought me to the store .
