Absolutely amazing... restored my laptops blank screen and bad hard drive and they were even able to backup every last file and detail on my laptop down to the screen saver and all apps. They did this in a very timely manner as well! I am very appreciative. Will definitely bring all business back here in the future.

I brought my HP computer there and was told it needed a mother board. The service person that was there at the time recommended that rather then replacing it I should buy either a refurbished one or a new on as I would have a newer model. The next day I went back and purchased a refurbished Dell Computer from the owner, hooked it up and did not work. I called the owner and said I needed some help with it and he said he was busy with a customer and would call me back which he never did. I called him again the next day, left three messages, finally he answered my call and said very rudely JUST RETURN IT. which I did and had to pay for restocking charge and diagnostic fee. I then took my computer to another repair shop and was told there was nothing wrong with my computer and the mother board was fine. This company is very unethical and untruthful.Do not do business with them! I was forced to give them one star. And their web site states free diagnostic which is another untruth, terrible company.

If I could give zero stars I would. Very unfriendly and didnt even try and fix my computer. Told me my mother board was broken. Which is the most basic thing they could say. Checked to see if they even unscrewed the back of my computer to try and fix it they didnt. A complete waste of time it took them several days to tell me absolutely nothing. Every time I called to get a update they said they were looking into it and said they would call me back at a certain time. They never called me back so I was the one who had to call them to get up dates. At the end of the day I wasted all most a week having my computer sit there and not get worked on. As a college student I need my computer almost every day. I know other places in the area do not have reviews but it is worth driving 30 minutes to get much better service else where.

The best computer store in the area, jay was so helpful and professional, I would definitely recommend the store to anyone and will go back again if I have any problem with my phone or computer, when you go there ask for jay and he will give you the best option and the best service.

Rip offs - sold me a used computer with a broken disc drive then tried to blame it on me. I opened it with a paper clip like the owners manual says to and he says that is not what the hole is for and I probably broke it. My disc was still in there and I asked to get it out and he said he would open it up and take it out of there. I asked him how he’s going to do that and he said it was none of my business. Then I had to pay 20% return fee to get my money back. Very shady operation if you ask me

While Nor was initially extremely helpful, the “manager” Jay, was incredibly rude and disrespectful to my elderly mother. Once she left the store, she tried to call the store to speak with Nor and Jay hung up on her several times. I attempted to call and he was just as rude to me and hung up on me as well. He would not let me speak to Nor, nor would he give me any information as to who supervises him. My mother brought her phone in for a repair. She was charged a fee and was told the phone had been repaired. She was forced to sign paperwork otherwise Jay rudely told her she would not be getting her phone back. The phone was NOT repaired! I urge you not to frequent this store. I am only giving one star for Nor otherwise the whole experience was unnerving and uncalled for. Shameful for him “manager” to behave this way. Disgusting customer service!

Please if you have a broken iPad do not I mean DO NOT bring it here. It took 3 days to fix a cracked screen and I wouldn’t have minded had they told me beforehand that’s how long it would be. I could have taken info I needed from it so it wouldn’t have been a problem. The customer service of the young guy was terrible. On top of it all the screen wasn’t fixed right the glass they put on is clearly not meant for this iPad and the home button no longer works.

I had a very good experience with iFixItHere. After having Nour successfully replace a battery on my Galaxy cellphone, I noticed they had a small inventory of used and newer laptop and desktop computers on display (they can even build them to your specs). All were in very good condition and came with very reasonable warranties from their shop. I returned about a week or 2 later because my laptop needed upgrading. Nour took time to inquire about my applications for a new computer. He could have sold me something more expensive, but he put my applications, needs, preferences and budget ahead of any personal desire to have me spend more money. As a result, I purchased a less expensive HP Pavilion 15 laptop from them that Im extremely happy with. I therefore wanted to leave them this positive review, and will certainly recommend their shop to others as well. Oh, and by the way, their location is super convenient....its right by Walmart, Lowes, and many other restaurants and stores....so you can go take care of other things while youre there in the area : ).

Went in told the man what i needed to run on the computer they gave me exactly what i needed at a great price with a great warranty. I took the computer home and could not get the program to install or windows to update, when i brought it back in they installed the program and update for me with no problem and everything is still running smoothly months after my purchase. I will be returning for any of my other computer problems if needed.

5 stars for fixing phones but I brought my laptop there and not only did they not fix the problem but they also deleted my windows 10. They said they had fixed my hdmi port but its not fixed at all. Im not sure what they did but it cost me 138$ and I havent been able to go back because Ive been traveling for the last 8months.

Micromax fixed our computer and printer for very reasonable price. Now everything is working very well. I have been there twice and they have saved me both times ! The first time I went to Best Buy before going to MircoMax. Best Buy wanted to ship out my laptop for over two weeks with a base service charge which did not include the repair fee. It was only to fix the the plug inside the laplap which the power adapter plugs into . MicroMax fixed it the same day (within a few hours) and the charge was very reasonable. Today my mouse stopped working do to numerous virus. They were able to clean the laptop and had it back to me within 2 hours. Great guys and quick!

They do not know how to fix phones! I have Samsung S7 Edge. The front screen broke. I brought it to them to fix. They got the replacement part in the next day. I brought in the phone and was called a few hours later and told it was ready. When i showed up they explained how the back glass broke during the repair. They said they ordered the part and that it would come in in a few days. When i got home with my now differently broken phone I noticed the home button was very loose and i had a bar running across the bottom of the front screen. A few days turned into a week. I brought the phone back and was told about an hour. 4 hours later I finally called them. Now they told me the wrong part was sent to them. I was told a couple of days again. They said Samsungs are difficult to repair and these kind of things happen 90%of the time. Seems more like they do not know how to fix them. Supposedly, they are going to replace the back and front glass again. However, I question if they can do it without causing more damage to my phone. broke the front button and ruined the phone system by placing a black line on the screen! That is, my phone is still broken and worse than before putting it to fix! More than $300 and a week and a half later, my phone is worse than when I brought it to them. Do not waste your time and money, they do not fix it, they make your device worse.

Return customer at MicroMax for repairs on my iPad. I travel a lot, pretty rough on my equipment, but they always make it look and perform like new each and every time. Also like the cleanliness of the store and pleasant and professional customer service with attentive follow through. Hopefully I wont keep smashing up my iPad, but if I do I will be back at MicroMax

Last week I found an offer in Facebook marketplace of a MacPro #A1278 in good working condition so I decided to call first and then go to check it out. Bought a $320 laptop a few days ago and Mario treated me great. I returned a $15.00 hdmi adapter to a man named Nour and was accused of damaging it on purpose and declined a refund or exchange. I was told when I bought the adapter I could bring it back if there was any issues. Nour treated me like garbage. They are by far the worst phone repair store ever! Id suggest not going there. My boyfriend took his phone, with a shattered screen, there and spent $80 just for them to failed to put his new screen all the way on to where his speaker did not work. On top of that, the phone he got, his battery was not supposed to come out and they took it out anyways and now his phone is not even turning on. They claim they cannot do anything about that for there is no proof about the battery. Just save money and do not go there!

Two years ago my husband took my cracked laptop screen to this facility and they replaced it perfectly. Last Wednesday, I dropped my IPHONE6 and my touch screen did not work anymore. I called the UbreakIfix thinking it was this facility, they quoted me $130 to fix my screen.... I drove to MicroMax and told them what happened and was confused on why they didnt remember when I called, the man working told me that it would cost $99 to fix my screen, I was shocked that he gave me $30 off when I called 20 minutes ago, he then told me I called a difference place. So of course I got my phone fixed through this group. When I got my phone fixed, it was beyond repaired. (my phone was completely shattered to the point that the glass chipped showed the black computer parts under neath). I did realize that my Touch ID wasnt working anymore. I came back the next day to see if they could fix it because I had a warranty (for free after a repair purchase). The younger man working (not the one I had the day before) told me that he could not fix it after he replaced my home button and suggested I buy a case because the frame of my iphone was damaged so much that the screen portion was just holding on. I went home and looked for my own case, in that time i felt like my screen was coming off more and more and the next day i could tell it was barely holding on and low and behold my touch screen stopped working again..... I bring it back to MicroMax and they replaced my entire screen and home button again. When it was handed to me, he asked my to put my thumb print in because my touch ID was working again!!!! Yay!!! and then my entire screen was screwed into my damaged framed and I was offered a very durable case for only $10. The repairs were free again from my warranty and I walked out of there feeling like I owned a brand new phone. These men did amazing work with my terrible damaged phone and I highly recommend talking any repairs, computer or phone to their care!!!!

I had them install an extra usb in my new laptop. The Usb doesnt respond. This is not all, I accessed my history and many files were recently accessed and did not give my access password. I suspect this company somehow was capable of accesses my files. I would bring my laptop back to have the usb fix under warranty but I do not trust.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab A which my children got for their birthday later year. My two daughters have at least broke them twice each. They have learned to be VERY careful with them. My daughter broke her tablet Monday June 2017 and that was 5 days ago. I took it in Friday (yesterday) for them to have a lookie at it and they said they would call me back within a day or 2. They called me back and said the tablet was fixed and perfectly alright. When I went there, I got her tablet back and they only charged $35 no taxes or fees. Every time someone in my house breaks their computer, ipad, or Samsung, theyre always fixed within the next day or 2. I love them. They have helped out a lot since we got our technology. This is a recommended place for repairing technology. All you haters out there aint helping anybody! Dont listen to them! Theyre great people with amazing services.

Update 5/28/2016This is an update. I finally had enough money to fix my iPad.These were the problems:1. My iPad glass kept encoming unglued2. There was a short in the wiring of the digitizer this company installed and made my iPad run extremely hot. Couldnt touch it after a while of using3. One of four screws that secures my lcd screen IS stripped out.4. The 3 screws that held in the lcd/digitizer connectors were missing. This company did not reinstall the 3 screws.5. The digitizer this company installed was ghosting.BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I cannot express this enough, these guys are using an acquisition solution toolkit to bypass your 4 digit password. Maybe Elcomsoft iOS forensics, Lantern 4 or Blacklight. They are accessing your devices info and they are able to do it without your password.First off, they should not be asking for your password to access your device for basic repairs. If you give them your password it is able to be viewed by any customer that walks in and signs into their clipboard. If you refuse to give them your password, they insist for it. This should have been my Que. to leave but their prices are unbeatable.This is the evidence they compromised my device.. Before bringing it in for a cracked glass repair, I forced closed all my apps, reset my history etc.. When I got my device back from them, I double clicked my Home Button and every app of impotence was recently opened. I.e..iMessage, banking app, iTunes, photos, everything involving personal info and password requirements.I was forced to reset all my device loosing some important info, I had to contact apple, go to my bank and change all my info with them and I notified the local and state authorities and made an official complaint so that if my identity is compromised it will go back to these jerks. Apple is also pursuing their own thing as well.This store is putting on a façade of trust and security. IT IS COMPLETELY FALSE.Do not trust this store. Yes, their prices are great but they are compromising your devises.

Brought my Samsung Galaxy S7 in with a cracked screen . It was a brand new phone .I paid $320 dollars to have them replace the screen. About a week went by and now my phone has a new crack and pink lines all through it and wont even turn on half the time. I took it back in and he said theres nothing he can do unless I paid him another $250. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else.
