I am not a coffee shop person---mostly because the pretentiousness of Paneras for example or the cold corporate sterile (not necessarily clean--more of a cold calculated, we count every bean atmosphere ) of a Starbucks---who needs it. But yesterday I wanted a tea and I saw Biggby on Granada and went in. Shocking is all I can say. The place is cozy, immaculate and above all else, warm and friendly. The owner and his assistant were beyond friendly. The assistant even offered me a tea bag to take home as it was a flavor I had not tried. True empowerment, he did not ask the owner, he did not even hesitate---he simply took a foil sealed tea bag out of the box and handed it to me.If I am going to stop at a coffee shop, which again, I rarely do, this is the type of atmosphere I want, immaculate surroundings, an actual host/owner, and staff personnel who are in place to exceed a guests expectations.After all, what is it you seek when having a coffee---pretentious, corporate, callousness---to me that is the antithesis of what you want when you go for a coffee. Next time try Biggby---exchange what you know for something real, personal, gratifying, and truly pampering by comparison.Biggby is the only place for me.

The only bummer is I havent come to this place sooner. Best tasting coffee and yummy muffin. Clean establishment, nicely decorated, sweet staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this coffee shop! Prices good too.

Went in there for the first time today. I loved it cool local atmosphere, coffee is amazing and sandwiches are really good. The are real not fake like Dunkin’ and McDonald’s. I will definitely return.

I LOVE this coffee shop! Whenever I visit I always go to Biggby Coffee:) Today, I stopped by and expressed my love of their coffee and the barista was soooooooo nice to me. Not only do they have amazing coffee but their staff is so energetic and welcoming!

This place has the BEST Caramel latte ever! I highly recommend it...I think theyre even cheaper than Starbucks as well... So, its a win-win!

Christian and the Crew did a great job catering coffee for our wedding and added a few special touches to the table at the venue. We ordered ten boxes of a variety coffee which included cups, lips, stirrers and the fixings for the coffee. We really appreciate their help making the process seamless along with delivering the coffee to the venue. This is our go to coffee spot and recommend it to anyone for there customer service, value and options.Thanks again!

First visit ordered med coffee and sandwich. I wont be back and not because the coffee tasted old and bitter, but i mentioned it to TWO EMPLOYEES. One of them, just looked at me and the other said, Oh!! Was not worth it ! Whatever happened to service? I think masks are turning ppl into ZOMBIES! TAKE COVER ppl are breathing too much carbon dioxide! Really sad!I just read your reply and I want to thank you, but Im only in that area a couple of times a month, and Ive been back to the area since I wrote this review! It wouldve been nice to have that response at the time of service, especially after telling TWO employees, the coffee tasted very bitter! I only hope others will learn to pay attention and go back to the older days when you used to get SERVICE and ppl actually listened and CARED about the PAYING CUSTOMER! These days, the little things like paying for a cup of coffee is becoming a luxury and the business who provide that will make it, through these hard times!! GOOD LUCK!

Great coffee, very friendly staff. Tattoo Tuesday gets you $1 off if you have a visible tattoo- kinda cool. They sell bags of coffee there and you can ground the beans how you want. Would recommend.

Stopped in at Biggby on the way to Jax. I was very impressed by the wonderful customer service, high quality coffee and drinks, and ample selection! I would definitely return and I hope to see Biggby in more areas!!

My fiancé is from Michigan and when we found out they had a Florida location it was like hitting the jackpot! We live in Orlando so we don’t get to come here as often as we like but the service is superb! Coffees are super yummy and the breakfast sandwiches too. The owner is super nice and always chats with us when we visit. Give this place a try versus national chain coffee shops it won’t disappoint!!

I only get in the Ormand Beach area about once a month on business, but it is my go to for great coffee, great service and atmosphere. The distinct tone of the flavorful cup of Jo is like none other! Also, the service is prompt and super friendly!

We were visiting here from Michigan and were pleasantly surprised to see locations in Florida. Even better, inside there was an amazing and friendly staff who even knew how to make our drink that wasnt on the menu. May I add, better than the one we get at home. Highly recommend this place 👍👍

Me and my girlfriend only come here 1-2 times a year as this area is one of our vacation spots. Staff is so friendly, be ready to have a convo they love to learn about you. Food and coffee never fails, the quality is really good I wish there were more of these around Florida!

Great little coffeehouse... They have a variety of coffee flavors available. They also have some nice tea flavors. Also, they offer bagels with a choice of filling, and likely other things I have forgotten about. The staff put individual cards in folders for regular customers, and seem to remember everyone somehow. This place also has a Connect Four game on one of the tables.

Ive been here maybe 10 times in the past 5 years only because I do not live near it but every time I go there it is a phenomenal cup of coffee no matter what I get. I drink coffee everyday from different places but this place is hands-down my favorite place to go to get coffee. Not to mention the pride they put in all their work theres perks you can get free coffees if you buy so many and they sell fresh ground coffee. Ultimate coffee stop

My wifes family lives in Michigan and when we were up there visiting once she took me to a Biggby Coffee. I was so excited to find one down here in Florida! Awesome, awesome coffee. Way better than Starbucks or Duncan in my opinion. Great service and always clean at this location. My only negative is its too far away! Biggby put another location in NSB! :)

The staff is very friendly here the store has always been clean... Ive used the restrooms and the Russians were clean, do yourself a favor and stop in and try the different coffees that they have... One of my favorite coffees is the Cherry Michigan blend... Nice relaxing atmosphere and you can tell the employees here actually care about their job and enjoy what theyre doing and it shows through their excellent service and making you feel at home

The management and staff here are on point. The selection is amazing too. While I used to be a Dunkin addict before I quit coffee, I have to say the customer service, attentiveness and HUGE variety for drink/flavor and even non caffienated options makes Biggby coffee win hands down.

Loved going to Bigby when I lived in Michigan so happy to find one here in Florida! If you’re looking for something different than one of their amazing specialty coffees try the Red Bull cream freeze! Only wish there were more locations! Always fast and friendly service!

We were staying in Ormand Beach for Daytona Bike Week and stopped for coffee and breakfast at Biggby’s several times. The customer service was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the coffee was perfect. We will come back to Biggby’s on future visits to the area!

The coffee and the staff define what a coffee shop should be. Each time I visit I am greeted and thanked for my business. The coffee is super, free wifi is available and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Try it and see for yourself. The greatest!!!!!

Worth a drive out from the beach! A very friendly and comfortable spot with a local shop feel even though it is part of a chain. Reasonable prices. I would choose this and their coffees over *bucks any day!

No one here was wearing masks no employees no customers, no one..even though it was encouraged by the city and Florida is the literal pandemic epicenter right now and you guys are preparing food and drinks in an enclosed space with no care for anyones health...its disturbing and youve lost a customer permanently...i refuse to support such careless business practices

Best local place to get coffee

Im so glad I discovered this place on my way to that bread place across the street. Five star coffee and five star service. Even though I know this is a franchise, it always feels as if Im in a one of a kind family owned coffee house. Cheers to Randy and his staff!

If there were 10 stars available, I would give it to this coffee shop...I used to go to the Star Bucks in the area. Star Bucks coffee has been tasting a bit watered down to me.. BIGGBY Coffee is waaaaaay better!...Also, ...(a little hint) BIGGBY coffee is cheaper on Wednesdays!! Try this place, You will be glad you did...!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible coffee and cookie. Went in ordered a latte and cookie took a couple sips of the latte, ate a bite of the cookie then immediately threw it out and went to a different coffee place. Very dissapointing. Service was good, but I was expecting a genuine coffee shop not someplace with coffee worst than Dunkin’ Donuts and where all the drinks sounded more like a dessert than a coffee drink.

Im from Ohio, but I spent a lot of time in Michigan, which is where I first encountered Biggby Coffee and I couldnt have been more surprised to find one down here when I moved to the area. Favorite are a Teddybear mocha or an iced Early Grey tea latte. The menu probably has something for everyone, and the staff are all very friendly.
