Worst Starbucks ever, they make their own random hours, can’t count on them at all. I understand a few events here and there during COVID but they have taken it to a whole different level. They need better management.

Try the iced white chocolate mocha with a few pumps of peppermint and an extra shot of espresso. That is when they get peppermint back in stock!! Ugh

Well-stocked, newer store w/friendly staff except one guy w/dreds who couldnt wait for me to finish one short post to social media & asked me to leave bc the inside is closed to customers. Really... after receiving my two bevs, one of which tasted burnt. I was standing, not sitting & inside for under 7 mins. Pretty rude, dude.* The map profile photo isnt the same Starbucks I visited. I was at the newer location, at the West end of the parking lot.

Friendly but slow as molasses. Hopefully its just kinks of opening a new location and theyll get better.

The drive-thru line consistently takes 10 minutes or more to get through, but the folks that work there are patient and fun. A good amount of parking and plenty of outdoor seating!

Service is fast and the staff is polite but do not, I repeat, DO NOT order anything with caramel in it at this location. I have no idea why but every time Ive ordered a caramel latte here it tastes like a cough drop has been dissolved in it...a very strange chemical-cherry taste. Its beyond awful.

Very much enjoy the location of thus Starbucks. Very easy to enter and exit, but the best gift here is the staff. Friendly and helpful, big thank you to getting the day started well!

This is a brand new store with inside seating closed but every time you come here the outside tables are never clean and half the table and chairs are wet you can’t sit at them! They need to make it a priority to keep this area clean

It doesn’t matter what time of day I go. We sit in the drive thru for such a long time. I try and go in and that also takes forever. Just very very slow. Love the location though.

This is quite possibly one of the WORST Starbucks establishments I have ever been to.The woman at the counter wouldn’t serve me because I declined wearing a mask. I am not sick. Masks are for sick people.The service is slower than molasses. There is absolutely no reason it should take more than 5 mins to make people’s drinks. I have been waiting for 25 mins for my friend to get her drink.

Starbucks is Starbucks you get the same great service you come to expect and the same great product no matter which store which state, it is always the same.

I typically order via mobile app. I do this to save time because of my substitutions. However, I have gotten a snappy lecture multiple times for the instances when I’m “too early.” Which sometimes I have been waiting in line because this locations drive thru is incredibly slow. Other times there was no one in the drive thru line and I had ordered before I arrived, drove there, and went directly to the drive thru because if I wait like they say my drinks are melted. I’m just at a loss for this location. I was so excited that they had a drive thru. Especially since it’s the only Starbucks drive thru in Ormond and I prefer that. However, after the multiple lectures and snippy attitude about my arrival time, (when I just don’t want melted drinks!) I am really done with this location. The west Granada location has always been pleasant, AND they don’t lecture their customers for trying to get their drink in a timely manner so that they aren’t melted. This A1A location also closes randomly. I don’t understand is this locations management is having difficulty or if it’s a staff issue but something is definitely wrong.It’s either melted drinks or I’m getting an attitude.

Need to update hours. Store says it’s open 6am-12pm when you drive up. Multiple cars were there just noticing it was closed!

Good place to get coffee. A little slow during the busiest of times in the morning. Staff is friendly and look they are really doing their best. Nice to sit inside and enjoy a coffee or hang out on the patio.

I love Starbucks...however I tried iced coffee first time as I always drink fraps an hot coffee. An I was not a fan....

This has to be the slowest Starbucks in Fla. every single time you are in line you can watch cars just get out of line and leave. I can’t tel you how many times we have left. They either need more help or better help. No wonder the Dunkin Donuts in the area are always running out of supplies.. everyone goes there instead.

Meredith was on the com and she was very rude and passive aggressive. We had merely said hello before she told us to wait by saying we know you are there, you DONT need to say hello. She then came to us and said thank you for your patience. Like jeez we were just alerting our presence. Overall bad experience. Bad Meredith.

Came in today for my birthday drink. As I entered, the barista who was speaking to the customer in a rude tone says, lady, Ive already told you. Then what appears to be the manger steps in to address this customers question. After deciding what I want to drink, I tell the barista and, after he scans, I ask, did you use the birthday reward? Now, Ive been to plenty of Starbucks where the baristas have made mistakes, and Ive made mistakes. And guess what, they corrected them without much problem. For this barista, its different. He feels empowered to tell me what I should do next time. Youve said it once. I dont need you to tell me again so I walk away. He then refunds and recharge GFs twice. Finally, he asks the manager to step in to assist. It miraculously works without her intervention. I proceed to get my drink, as he tells one of the customers who is last in line, Ive just dealt with two two very difficult customers. Now, I do not expect customer service employees to complain to other customers abt these customers purported behavior. As I have said before, I have patronized plenty of Starbucks where changes or corrections needed to be made. Never, have I experienced such demeaning and patronizing behavior. As a mental health professional who works in the service industry with individuals of varying degrees of special needs and financial ability, I pride myself in treating all with due respect and consideration. It appears that this is not the case for this particular Starbucks. For that, I will take my business elsewhere.

It was good. I was told that the food is just frozen then reheated when you buy it. I was a little disappointed, I figured because its Starbucks they would make it with love or kiss every ingredient before it goes in. Apparently not. Didnt taste bad thought.

Anyways ask for the double chocolaty chip frappe and get served the cookie crumble, no its not a big difference but dont like whip at the whole bottom of my drink ! barista’s please know the difference between your frappe drinks !!

The drive thru and mobile orders are the slowest I have ever been to. I have been all over the world and this Starbucks is terrible. They need a better manager to maintain there pace. It’s brand new. Why can’t they get it done. I went at 3:00 I stayed in line 45 minutes they drive thru.

Excellent restaurant with very creative dishes. Plenty of healthy and vegetarian friendly dishes, but with other options. You will find unique dishes here and wine and beer are available. Four of us went on a very busy night and apparently some servers did not come to work. Despite this the owner was able to take care of everyone and the dishwasher was pressed into service and the two did a great job of taking care of all who were there (it is small but was packed). Parking can be difficult to find

NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I ordered an iced SOY caramel machiatto and they gave me a hot one, then after they so called ‘corrected’ to give me an iced, they gave me cows milk and I drank it unknowingly and was sick the entire day. There’s a reason some people don’t drink milk morons. It makes them sick!Never coming here again. If you can’t handle a few cars in the drive through, maybe you need another line of work smh. Ridiculous! Zero stars if I could.

I asked for an unsweetened iced coffee, they gave me sweetened. I asked for a bagel with butter, they gave me a bagel with cream cheese (no knife). They did get the water correct. There is exactly one dairy liquid on offer, but as its unlabeled, Im uncertain if its half & half, 2%, or something else. I think the lesson here is bigger isnt always better- please bring back the old Starbucks it was great.

Okay normally i love this starbucks but today i had a mobile order that i waited 25 MINUTES for!! there is no reason it should have taken that long and i am very disappointed.

Pretty good place for studying or chilling. I like this Starbucks because there is a lot of room for studying. This is bigger than a normal Starbucks with more tables and couches. Also feels more open with high ceilings. I wish all Starbucks were designed like this location.

I have been coming to our local Starbucks for 7 or 8 years. Since the moved locations things have slowly slipped and now they have it rock bottom. Weve havent had our drinks made correctly the last 3 times and this past time I ordered two Grande Blondes with extra upgrades - told them I would gladly wait for a fresh brew since they didnt have any. A few minutes later someone walks out with two Venti Pikes...I pulled away before my first sip and realized they didnt brew Blonde and tried to pass off Pike. If I wanted to throw $8 down the drain I would just buy lotto tickets - better chance enjoyed money disappear.

The service was good. Coffee is high priced for the amount of coffee you get.

Best Starbucks in town! Right across from the Granada beach approach. Lots of parking. The staff is super friendly with speedy services. Hardly more than 5min wait. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Great early morning hangout for locals.

Since they moved to their new location the employees are super rude. Drive-thru takes about 30 mins to get coffee and the service is terrible.

They make an effort to learn my name and pronounce it correctly. My online app orders are always ready quickly so I can skip the line.Tip: If youre coming south on A1A, come in the second driveway by TGIF then take a quick left in the parking lot to get into the second row. Makes it easy to park and get back on the road on Granada rather than parking in the first row in front of Starbucks.

This is such a wonderful place. The staff working here was fast and friendly. I love living in Ormond Beach so I can go here in the mornings. The drink I got was just MWAH. I love this place. I mean its Starbucks, so of course its nice. Product is always great! Employee gave us the run-around about returning a coffee cup we purchased (30 dollars!) That broke, it was defective! So I was annoyed by that to say the least!

This new location is fantastic!! Super friendly service, and very well kept. Definitely recommended as far as Starbucks go!

Im a snow bird from NE. Ive been here for almost 3 months and Ive been to this starbucks 6 times. Each time I visit, I want the dark roast coffee and its out, empty ! Is there anyone who works at thisstarbucks capable to make this coffee when it runs out? My wife orders a chai tea and had to wait more than 5 mins after my med roast coffee was handed to me! There were no customers in front of me when i walked in. 3:00 pm and no edibles left in the glass case. I used the bathroom and it was filthy ! Paper all over the floor!!! This place needs a mgr or someone in charge !

I was there with a friend who is very loyal to Starbucks! We both enjoy the extensive menu but I wish they would add smoothies, etc. Sometimes Im just in the mood for something refreshing☺. Some may say that I should just go somewhere else but then my friends and I would be at separate places?
