Theyve gone above and beyond for me. They accidently gave me an expired pair of trial contacts, mistakes happen, but Im going on vacation soon, they called another store to get me a new pair tomorrow instead of being without for two weeks with a pair that make my eyes really dry. Thank you so much! I highly recommend them. Their staff is very friendly as well.

I found a great place to get new glasses. Eye Savers gave me the polite service I needed picking out new pair of prescription sunglasses. Led by the doctors friendly nature, the staff was reassured they could provide quality customer service. Making me feel comfortable seemed like their mission. Finding the perfect pair for me seemed like their desire. Walking out the door happy made me feel the appointment was a great experience. I feel very good writing this review and hope the doctor and staff feels great when they read it. You all deserve 5 stars...Thanks so much!

I disappointed with Eye Savers of Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach. I wanted to save my money on glasses, so for that reason I chose coupon frames. After I received my glasses I am not able to wear them, frames and lenses are defected, one glass came already scratched. I have hassled to fix it for month. When I went to main office in Daytona, I was told what do I expect, I bought discounted glasses. So long story make short, I sorry that i went there at first place. I had to go to different optometrist to exam my eyes and make my glasses again. I am very near sided, i need to wear glasses all the time. I do not recommend Eye servers to anyone. This is very bad place to go. I hope that I will never receive similar service anywhere else.

Trash. Cant pick up my daughters glasses because it has to be before 4:30.. she dont even get out of school to 4:15. They close at 5pm yet the door was closed and locked at 4:45 and employees was leaving at 4:48 and was rude. Mind you this was AFTER they told my wife 4:45 would be fine.

Their staff is wonderful and Dr. Tschantz is outstanding. She’s very patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. She didn’t hesitate to educate me upon my vision problems and new contact lenses to correct it. The clarity I see now is amazing and I couldn’t be anymore thankful for the expertise given. I’m very pleased with their services.

The office staff at Ormond Eye Savers made my first eye glass appointment a breeze. I didn’t have to wait. The doctor was easy to talk to and knew exactly what I needed. The other staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking out exactly what I needed for glasses and what type of lenses would work best for my lifestyle. Horrible service! First and last time ever going there. Had to go to this location due to my normal eye doctor being booked out into November. The staff there was some what nice until my boyfriend came in with his service dog. He got stared at and was told he could not bring his service dog into the back with us. This location also charges ridiculous prices for services that are usually covered by my insurance. They had little selection to choose from and acted as if they did not want to write my script down for me. They charge $10 just for them to tell me my PD(pupillary distance) which other places do not. I will not be returning to this location and I highly recommend anyone considering this location to go elsewhere. Not to mention the stores condition was filthy and looked run down.

I’m new to the area and found this place for my contact lenses exam. Dr. Deputy was very personable and helped me figure out the best prescription for my eyes! Joanna was so nice and helpful when I inquired about cost of the lenses. I will definitely be a return customer!

I was recommended by a friend to come here after I started to have trouble seeing. After my first visit it turns out I have astigmatism in both eyes and the Optometrist was persistent on making my vision spot on. Although I was satisfied with my first trial contacts which I had to get used after a week, the optometrist assured she could get my vision even better for me and amazingly she did. It’s like going from an old school tv with a poor signal to 4K High Definition. My mind is blown. No more eye strain, head aches, trouble seeing at night. This place made a major improvement in my everyday life. Thank you everyone at Eye Savers!

Ormond Eye Savers made my glasses shopping a breeze. The staff—especially Amber—was so helpful and accommodating, and they were eager to answer any question I had. I would only come back to the Ormond office!

Prescription is wrong(2xs).. rude employee that likes to hang up when you ask where is the product you paid for. No answers but has no problemtaking your money.

I had recently broke my 3 yr old glasses with a 3 yr old Rx. I went to Eyesavers in Ormond and I was greeted by Amber, who made an appointment with their Dr. for a new exam. So than I spent 45 minutes with her, picking out a pair of frames, which she put away for me. When I came for my appointment, they gave me a pair of soft contacts w/ my new Rx, till my glasses were made. When she called me to tell ne my new glasses were done, she asked me where I worked, and she said shed be happy to drop them off during her lunch break. Thank you Eye Savers

Thank you so much Dr. Tschanz. You were professional, kind and oh so profient in your prompt diagnosis of my condition. At my age and facing an imminent eye exam for drivers license renewal with the vision in my right eye clouded, I was very afraid that I had AMD or glacoma. I had had cataract surgery 7 years earlier. But you put my fears to rest, explaining that I had posterior capsule opacification where the cells of the eye gradually grow back over the implanted lens. You explained that this is common 6 or 7 years after cataract surgery and occurs more often in patients such as myself who have cataract surgery at a younger age. I apologize for my slowness shuffling in and out of the exam room on a walker. Im 63 and after a series of illnesses and surgeries I was recovering from a broken ankle some months earlier. The staff were also professional and proficent. I cant thank Eye Savers enough.

Dr Broome was very professional and gave me the right prescription. Also, iris from the front desk cleaned my glasses for me before giving them to me. Top notch service!

Most expensive cheapest pair of glasses I have ever owned. The lens came out about 6 months ago and I brought them in and the lady (short with dark hair) told me I was really rough on them. I told her I wear them about every day but I’m not an MMA fighter. She literally told me that it was my fault the glasses broke. My lens just fell out AGAIN. It’s Saturday I have no screw and I will be with no glasses until Monday! I have been wearing glasses for 15 years and have been to multiple places this is by far the most expensive (I have transition and progressive lens) and CHEAPLY MADE!! Save your money! They are junk.

Had an appt for my 3 kids at 3pm gave courtesy call at 306 to tell them running a little late & that I am just 2 minutes away but they said the Dr left for the day at 305 will not be returning to this location
