Just went in for my first eye check up with this clinic and it was simply amazing. The staff were very nice and caring. Dr.Cady was extraordinary and honest

I am so happy with my eye surgery. Dr Kady and staff were great. Dr Yochum inspires such confidence during a stressful time and his skills are awesome. His staff is awesome as well. I feel kind of lucky comparing my experience to others. Top notch!!!

New eye 👁 problems. Called Dr. Cady. They had a cancellation & got me in the same day. Really impressed with all the precautions they are taking due to Covid19. I really felt safe & secure. And as usual EXCELLENT EYE CARE!🙂

I have been a patient of Dr. Cady for just shy of 20 years. Going to his office for my yearly appointment is actually something I look forward to as it is an opportunity to check my Eye health is in good standing but more importantly a chance to further the long-time relationship I have with the Dr. and his impressive staff with most having an unheard of tenure in this day and age. They follow up on personal stories we had a year ago and truly love and care about what they do. The devotion, empathy and follow through is fabulous especially from long-time team members Jodi and Stacey. Ashley at the front desk is also extremely sharp.I am very thankful for Dr. Cady’s years of experience and respect in his field. It was several years ago I was in for a routine eye exam and he found a serious condition. He immediately made sure I took the next steps in my medical plan and was the reason the issue has been maintained and not escalated.While I should have written this review much sooner, I was blown away by the team’s empathy and response to an eye issue I had this week. From seeing me multiple times, an emergency visit, home phone calls to make sure the drops were working as they should, and beyond.Thank you for making me always feel like I am a top priority amongst the many patients that I know you see and make feel the same!If you are in Ormond area, there is no other practice to consider!

I came by needing to have a pair of frames repair that a screw popped out of. They were quite busy. And I was wearing an immobilizer collar on my neck from just having surgery I knew I couldnt wait long enough for someone to look at my glasses. The lady was nice enough to come out as I wander to the car, she called me back and took a look at what I had and told me where to go to get it fixed. They were so nice to take care of someone who is having a bad day. And I got my glasses fixed, five minutes later.

The Front Desk Staff, Nurse, Technicians provided excellent Service and with combination of Dr. Michael Cadys Professionalism, Knowledge, Experience made this Place number ONE!

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews on here. Everyone there was super nice. The receptionists, technician, and Dr. Kady were very kind and answered all of my questions. I was seen at my appointment time and did not have to wait long. This was actually the best experience Ive ever had with an eye doctor. Very sweet people.

I am finally happy to find an eye clinic and optical center that I can not only trust, but are very professional and kind. Thanks to Dr. Cady for giving me a thorough exam so now I can see 200% better and Jodi, in the optical center, for the amazing customer service, uplifting attitude and professional manner.

If you value your time and want quality service, look elsewhere. My family and I went there about 4-6 times and wait times were ridiculous each time without apology. The staff is also incredibly rude and Dr. Cady simply does not care that they are. I canceled the rest of my familys appointments after the last terrible experience and never again!

Made appointment to specifically see a MD ophthalmologist. The staff scheduled me with the optometrist, Dr. Cady. Of course he did not introduce himself as an optometrist, and the staff did not tell me this until the end of my evaluation, when they were scheduling me for more follow-ups for more testing. When I questioned why all the testing were not done during this visit, that when they told me because he is an optometrist and not an ophthalmologist, MD. My glaucoma is usually treated and followed by an ophthalmologist, who does all of his testing during my visits. He does not try to milk me (or the insurer) with repeat visits for tests that can all be done in one visit. Of course the staff insisted that they informed me (and my husband) that I would being seeing an optometrist for my glaucoma. We know this was not a truth. There was no misunderstanding. My husband and I both worked in the medical field, and we know the difference between an optometrist and an ophthalmologist. (It turns out that an MD ophthalmologist only frequent that office once a month.), Of course Dr. Cady sided with his staff. He was unprofessional, and just as rude as his staff, as if he didnt care. He gave me a phone number to call to express by dissatisfaction with their service, claiming that the name associated with the phone number was the CEO of the clinic. Of course, after getting the run-around with the automated phone system associated with that phone number, I found out that the name given me was just another office manager, who did not return my calls.Do not waste your money or time with this facility of name.

Waited 40 minutes to be seen when I was there on time. Their frame options are over priced. The receptionist doesnt even acknowledge you when you enter the office, too busy on her cell-phone. I called a month after my appointment for my pupillary distance so I could order prescription sunglasses online and was told that they charge $40...$40 for information already in my file.Ive reported them to my insurance company. Theyre a rip off.

Dr Cady and staff personable, professional and excellent communication. Clean and comfortable facility.

Incredibly overpriced. I guess their philosophy is that since insurance is going to foot some of the bill they can charge exorbitant prices. I went in recently to get some sunglasses. They had some Rayban wayfarers for $198.00 Model RB2132. The suggested retail price is $130 (the polarized ones ARE $180 but these were not polarized and that would still be $20 over MSRP). I politely asked if they were miss-priced and was curtly told that they were not and the price is set by corporate. She then went on to explain that it was a competitive price and that she shops around the local stores. 3 is what she told me(Why would she need to do that if she has no control over the price on her merchandise?). I replied that was not the case (I had seen them recently at a shop not more then 2 miles away for $130. I called a third store that had them for $125 to verify) but clearly the conversation was going no where... The selection also left MUCH to be desired. While I can make no claims as to the professionalism or service of the doctor and medical services provided, I can say with conviction that the optical center is garbage.

Absolutely worse place to go for eyes. Horrible staff that just gossip and dont pay attention to patients. Wait at least an hour every time just to be examined. Very rude.

WORST CLIC EVER!!!! Front desk staff are rude and give attitude. Stood there for a while before they even said hello and asked why I was there like I was some kind of vagrant. There is only one friendly soul in the place, a nurse. The doctor has terrible bedside manner and says the worst case scenario. The selection of frames is aweful. And not to mention that both times I went, I arrived 15 mins early, but than had tk wait 25 mins AFTER my appointment time and than sat for another 30 mins before being seen!! Outrageous! ! No respect for peoples time or jobs and schedules. Stay away!!
