The staff at 795 W Granada is the best! I misplaced a purchase and returned to store hoping someone found it, noone did, but the associate at register replaced it. He went above and beyond. Other experiences at this store have been equally outstanding. Thank you.
Ii wont be back. I spoke with one helpful lady. But she was replaced with a male who was condescending and unwilling to help. The cashier nearly ran over me with a cart.I went across street to Walgreens where I found shelves well stocked and polite clerks.
I love this CVS store! Everyone is very very helpful. Its laid out very well. They offer great rewards! And they never fail to give you coupons.
I am currently in South Dakota, July 27, 2021, and I need several prescriptions transferred here from CVS in Ormond Beach, FL. I have patiently spent two days on the phone attempting to do this. I have made several attempts to have Kellie help me today, and Walmart has also reached out to help me but to no success. I am currently on hold with CVS, in Ormond Beach, FL, waiting to speak with Kellie once again, and I have been on hold for 49 minutes (my phone indicates how long I am holding for). I have spoken to Kellie numerous times today and it’s impossible to receive help from her. Walmart is attempting everything at this moment to help me, but Kellie has only picked up the phoneduring this 49 minute hold to say hold on and click the phone back on hold. I assume my number is showing up. Walmart simply needs the prescriptions faxed and that is not happening. I am going to have to do without my medications because Kellie and CVS pharmacy will not do their job. This is very sad. She just picked up after a 49 minute hold and hung up again!!! This is unbelievable!
Open 24 hours.Very well kept and we had our passport pictures taken here.Very good service.
In store customer services are great. The two stars are for the pharmacy. If you decide to bring your medication prescriptions to them, trying to bring your business to them. They refuse you because you didnt choose them first apparently. The pharmacist himself just real snotty.
CVS pharmacy is the worst. Wouldn’t recommend anyone use their pharmacy. My family and I just switched pharmacies and will never use Cvs again. Terrible customer service!!! It’s the worst to be sick and needing your medicine and the pharmacy is not doing their job to fill your prescriptions! Most of the pharmacy staff we’ve had to deal with has been extremely rude - pharmacy staff treats customers so badly with absolutely no etiquette while speaking with customers. It’s not just one person we’ve dealt with multiple rude workers but only in the pharmacy. Never dealt with a rude Cvs employee in the store outside of the pharmacy staff never had a negative experience with the other Cvs staff. We’ve never had a problem with shopping in the store part of Cvs and have always been greeted and helped by the other staff! The Pharmacy deserves a ZERO on the customer service scale. Apparently it’s not just this cvs location... there’s report of other cvs locations doing the same things giving customers terrible service and the customers are now using another pharmacy for their needs.
This pharmacy is terrible. More than 50% of the time they get my RX screwed up. Staff on phone are rude and unhelpful. Forget using the phone prompts. Recent prompt indicated RX already picked up. Spoke to rep and they said doctor declined to renew(3rd time they told me this in 2 weeks with 2 different doctored. Both times doctors said they never declined. CVS seems routinely incapable if getting thinks right. Very frustrating. Planning to change my insurance carrier since my current have CVS as preferred. Not sure how they stay in business
Very poor service from this location. I paid for years here full copay of $150 per month. Went to refill at another place and they told me that there is a coupon that brings it to $15.I order refill for 9 am pickup and come to pick it up at 4 pm and still not ready.Ordered meds for next day pickup. Come to pick it up just to find out that I need the doctor to call in!?! Please improve your communication and services.
Sherry is the best pharmacist!! She not only helped us get my moms medicine that she forgot to bring on vacation, but she was very kind and also helped us save money. The other associate in the store was helpful, too. He helped me find all the other items I needed. This store was absolutely great when we needed them the most!
Love most of the staff here, notably the 3rd shift crew! Those guys are always helpful, pleasant, and tolerate all my annoying coupon questions. Appreciate the 24 hour service as I am a night owl!
The pharmacists are extremely rude. No telephone etiquette whatsoever...the lady I spoke with on the phone regarding switching CVS locations didn’t even try to hide that she was aggravated. I had switched my prescriptions over to the new location through the app but the Ormond location kept calling to pick up my Rx. I called to ask them to switch my information over, since the app obviously didn’t work. The lady kept talking over me, and said that she would make a change in the system so I would stop getting the phone calls (which called my phone non stop all day everyday). That was around 9:30am. By 4:30 in the afternoon I still got phone calls from their automated system, and called back. I got the same lady, she was just as rude, and brashly told me she didn’t get a chance to switch it over yet. I told her that the phone calls had to stop, that my phone was going off constantly, just remove my number. Still got phone calls from their system, and now have to block the number. This person does not need to be working with people, as something as simple as being polite over the phone while multitasking should be in the job description. If you can’t handle it, don’t work with the public.
This review only covers the pharmacy.I manage a local medical practice so Im aware of how the healthcare system operates and standards for customer care. These guys dont come close to passing. Each customer ahead of you in line can literally take 20 minutes to be taken care of. That goes for the drive thru or in person. When you do get to the window the staff is generally snappy and does their best to ignore you or in todays case talk over you. I cant wait for the publix on Granada to be rebuilt so I can get away from this place. Its ONLY saving grace is that its open 24 hours. The few times Ive gone there very late it was fine. Terribly frustrating to be sick and be treated with complete indifference or disdain.
For Pharmacy Only::Refused to fill a much needed valid prescription just because I had it filled at Walgreens in the past. Walgreens does not carry my current insurance and CVS does. After holding my prescription hostage for almost 3 days they told me were not going to fill and when asked to speak to manager over phone asking why they couldnt he said there are plenty of Walmarts and Walgreens in between your home and this location you can ask to fill your prescription. Unbeleivably unprofessional. Then when went there to finally ask to pick up my paper prescription to get filled elsewhere the staff took 20 minutes to locate it, almost told me they didnt have it. Would have had to go to Orange city to get a new printed copy. There are no words of how much of a headache theyve caused me.
I was on hold for over 20 minutes, then some woman picked up and said she couldn’t hear me, to call back. Was put on hold again and just hung up. People are calling because they’re sick, I dozed off several times with my speaker phone on listening to the same stupid ads! There has got to be a better way to get questions answered!
Id like to thank the shift lead tonight for her kindness and understanding. In todays world customer service and kindness are almost nonexistent. I hope management notices this great worker.
Horrible experience! The tech was extremely rude and talked over me. Asked me to drive to the back of the line when I asked to use my goodrx coupon.
Absolutely ridiculous pharmacyOn hold for 45 minutes the first time then disconnected. Called back and was on hold for an hour and 10 minutes. Call the front of the store and was told nothing i can do. Completely ridiculous. Hire more pharmacy workers.
One word: SLOW! If you have any sense of urgency in getting your script filled do not take them here.
Hurricane Matthew Oct/2016, CVS was there throughout the entire power outage and was so helpful, professional, and courteous. The entire staff was friendly and kept asking if we were all okay and if they could assist us with anything to let them know. I was so impressed with the generosity this new CVS store offered. I will never go any place else even if they offer their items FREE, CVS is my place to go to. The help that the CVS staff provided during the hurricane will not be forgotten and has proved to me that they really do care about their customers. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING THERE!!!
Love the staff👍🥰
Many visits, I do not understand the negative reviews. It seems people confuse/equate giving bad information to the staff with bad service. If customers are giving correct information and using the CVS so and website correctly, they would find this CVS that is conveniently open 24/7 a great locatio?with outstanding pharmacy service. In fact most of the time for my prescription pick ups....the pharmacist recognizes me waiting and gets someone to hustle over and deliver the prescription (for the last five months no issues only stellar service) accurately!!!Actually, lets keep this a secret..... I dont want everyone rushing here to develop long lines at the service window....With their point of sale coupons, they are incenting loyalty..... And that is a great strategy, it works for me. I used to always head to Walgreens, but something is happening at Walgrrens recently that makes CVS my new number 1 prescription stop.Sorry to you dissatisfied customers..... Maybe you should try Walgreens...... And good luck.
Unlike Walgreens across the street which is very unprofessional and took 3 hours and refuse to call me when there was a problem CVS was great I went directly to them I will be taking my business to them from now on my prescription was ready in 20 minutes and no problems with anything the staff here seems way more Professionals in the Walgreens staff thank you CVS for hiring good people who actually care about others
They have good deals. Nice lady helped me to find the best solution for my problem.
We had a complicated situation today at CVS, The pharmacist informed for my wife that the cost of the medication will be $39, so my wife drove there and was charged $50. CVS then informed us we cannot return the medication because of Florida law and she would not refund us the $11. Don’t use this location and shame on you CVS for taking advantage of the hard-working American.. I will file a Complaint at the Florida attorney general office So you crooks could be stopped once and for all.
Love the store. Nice cashier. Nice products.Love the hours they are open. The female pharmacist is hateful and said I didnt deserve any pain medication when I tried to get my non narcotic asprin type prescription filled ! Refused to fill my prescription, she told her coworkerand I quote I am not filling anything for her, you fill it. She didnt see me standing there, nor reconize me. She is basing her opinion on gossip or something nasty someone told her .Because I dont know her from Adam and this was my First visit and I I was freshly showered and nicely, modestly dressed. This pharmacist needs to be fired.
Never been to this CVS. Use the one in S. Daytona and I know the Pharmacist Jop. He use to work at the South Daytona store and I was so sorry that he left. He was like the old time pharmacist in the private stores before all the big drugstore companies came about. Now your pharmacist is changing all the time. Come back to South Daytona Jop. Mrs. Cortez
Very nice people working inn this store.
I had an emergency while traveling back from the holidays. I have automatic renewals, but my home pharmacy was closing and there was an accident that had traffic stopped on the interstate for about 20 mins to get through. I didnt not want to take a chance and try to rush. I already use CVS so they were able to transfer my childs meds. While waiting, the restrooms were the best Ive seen in any CVS. Store was clean and organized. I didnt wait long (less than 15 minutes) and my name was called. Front cashier was nice and helpful. My receipts said Bianca and Susan helped me and Im sure also the pharmacy team. Thank you all for helping us out in our time of need. When we got back on the interstate past the accident, it was still shut down almost 45 mins later.
This pharmacy is terrible. They’re extremely slow, lose track of prescriptions, and the overall service is very poor.
1 star is too high. I get robocalls and text messages once a week for a prescription that they were unable to deliver timely and is way past necessary. This has gone on for months. I have asked them to remove me from the call list to no avail. Staff says call Corporate and that they have no control. Hmmm. I originally ordered the prescription from this store, not corporate. It seems that if they added me to some list, they should be able to deal with it. Customer Service? Really? I will spend my dollars elsewhere.
The doctor sent in prescriptions for antiobiotics at 1:00 pm, at 6:30 they still weren’t ready for pick up. Returned at 10:30 pm still not filled. Stated they were waiting for insurance information, they hadn’t been filled and didn’t have the other one in stock. Phone number on file! I’m not sure what is going on with the pharmacy but after three trips made in one day I’m not about to have anything else sent to the pharmacy ever again. Nor will I be going in to make any purchases at all, totallly unexcisable! I’ll go across the street to the Walgreens! I’ve never in my life had this happen! I don’t have patience for waiting an entire day to have something filled!
Very good customer service. Respectful.
Cant explain how helpful all the workers are. From the front store, photo, and pharmacy; they are great.
Dropped a prescription off last night and was told it would be ready in just a few hrs. Fell asleep and figured Id pick up the meds before going to work. Got there and my sons meds as well as mine were not filled. They said they had my information wrong. So then why didnt they call my cell number I provided them and they wrote on the prescription ? They had my sons information correct and they didnt fill his either. Just pure laziness and completely inconsiderate. That pharmacy is completely out of my way and I had to rush back to work without either of our meds. I didnt have 45 mins to spare for them to be filled. Not cool.Update: To make matters worse... I was told later when I called (yes I called them that didnt even inform me) my insurance wasnt covering my prescriptions. I called my insurance and they said there was literally no reason why my prescriptions wouldnt have gone through (spent 30 mins on the phone with them when CVS should have been the ones verifying) funny thing is I filled my prescription here 1 month ago with no issues and I had 0 insurance changes. Eventually after being jerked around the pharm tech told me that my prescription went through and I asked her if they would be ready by 11 a.m. and she said yes and that my sons prescription was already ready for pick up. I leave and show up at 11:44 am. My prescriptions are not ready (neither are my sons) and I was told that they were having issues verifying my insurance and my prescriptions were not ready. Lady tells me to pull up for the person behind me and pretty much shrugs it off like, oh well. Wth right? So fuming at this point I walk in and luckily see the future GM standing in the front of the store with his assistant. Inform him of what went on and promptly he addressed the situation and I got my prescriptions filled. Wasted so much time and gas with this. Never experienced this with any other CVS store in my life. Im honestly just disgusted.
Nice store
Staff in the pharmacy is horrible every time I have to get my meds and I get the same meds every month its always a problem I dont understand.
NICE AND CLEAN STORE.
New store. Clean. Huge. Great staff.
Moved to the NW corner of Nova and Grenada, 24 hour store and pharmacy.
Friendly staff.
Kind staff
