Been looking for 1/4 in mdf, for about 2 months. Found All-star, Scott handled the call and I couldnt ask for a more professional experience. He ordered it and came in less than 24 hours. Thats customer service. If you been looking for something special, ask Scott, he delivers. Thanks again Scott.Back again got another order, the customer service I received is beyond the box stores. Great Service, friendly staff and they make hard to find solid hardwood pre-hung doors.Also a awesome supply of plywood.

Scott helped me the second I walked through the door. He made what could’ve been complicated into a very simple process. Glad they are open to the public and not just contractors. Cannot beat the service and price.

Had the lumber but if you need it cut bring your own saw, never heard of a lumberyard that couldn’t cut wood! Silly, but gave me a $5 piece of dunage they got for free on a load... prolly didn’t think I knew that but oh well they served my purpose.

Very rude employees with no customer service skills. The two guys working counter were very unprofessional. I spent over a thousand bucks that day u would think they I would get a good attitude from the staff. They get one star because the products are good. Owner needs to evaluate his employees, telling customers they dont have time for this sh**. That customers should Google their questions rather than ask the employees. Bad bad business guys

I dealt with S.Wells in Sep. 2017 and he was very nice and helpful. When I called back in early Oct., he no longer worked there. So, I went to the Allstar site and was pricing some moldings. These guys sit at their desks and seem bothered when you walk in and no one was at the front counter. They were somewhat helpful, but Allstars policy on some things prevented me from purchasing more moldings today. I had bought 600 feet of crown molding in early Sept. from Mr. Wells. It seems the little guy with $600 orders is not as important as the big builders or bigger customers. Too bad. I may not go back. Try the lumber store in Holly Hill on State street. They are very nice and helpful. Allstar needs to take some classes on how to treat customers.
