Ryans professionalism and communication have exceeded our expectations. The price was lower than expected and he did his best to accommodate our schedule. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE WINDOW STORE AND OWNER RYAN YAFFE, AS WELL AS HIS CREW THAT REMOVED OLD WINDOWS AND INSTALLED NEW WINDOWS.Ryan was an excellent person to work with on picking out the proper windows for our needs, very professional, and most of all in todays world a very honest person in backing up what he says.The crew that came out and did the work were here each morning promptly, worked together and did a very professional installation, as well as good clean up after each day, and worked hard in high heat from the time of arrival to there departure each day.Thanks to Ryan and his suggestion upgrading the bathrooms to hurricane type to get the no see through feature available. We love those and dont even close the blinds and have light all day. By the way we do have a wired alarm system and not one wire got cut and all window alarm devices work perfect.

I just had The Window Store replace all my vintage 1990s contractors specials windows with High Impact Double Hung Vinyl Fold In PGT EnergyVue windows. The owner, Ryan Yaffe was hands on all the way through the process to completion. The installation crew did an excellent job with removal of the old and installation of the new. I had three quotes, The Window Store was the best value for my money!
