Beyond outstanding help, CS and tips from the entire staff at O.B. PPG paints. Everyone of the guys at this store have helped me, a DIYer learn enough to tackle painting the outside of my house. The products are fantastic and they have a huge selection of everything you could need. They spent a great deal of time answer all my questions and providing general tips for someone who isnt a pro painter. There is NO WAY a big box store could or would give you the kind of service I got here. I will never buy paint from anywhere again. A+ 1000%

Wonderful and very helpful staff.Unfortunately out of the three rooms Ive just painted not ONE of the paints theyve mixed have in fact matched the color presented in their fan deck.0 out of 3 for color match. Therefore I can not give a high rating based on staff helpfulness alone.The Silken Touch lately has had a tremendous variance, odor, texture, consistency and of course ZERO on color match. Never had an issue with Manor Hall (also from PPG) dozens of rooms with that traditional product, zero color misses just can not achieve the same results with current product offering.

I have been in the Ormond location the last two days and the staff there has been very helpful. Rodd went above and beyond today researching and making calls to educate me more about a specific product they stock. He stayed open past 5 on a Friday in order to take care of me and make sure I understood how to properly use the product. Great Job guys!

Great people, and you can’t go wrong with PPG if you want great products at a fair price for the premium products they sell. I shop there exclusively for my needs.

Great place to go purchase paint and other building supplies. Wether you are a contractor or do it yourselfer this is def the place to go!

Rude staff....I wouldnt spend a dollar in this place after the response I got when asking a question. Southern Paints or Lowes for that matter are much easier to deal with.
