Best bakery in all of the area. Fresh cupcakes, cookies and delicious coffee. The owners are amazing and welcoming. Would recommend to everyone! The owner creates the most beautiful cakes for all occasions. Everything is homemade and you can tell by the taste. The smores cupcakes and the blueberry lemon bread is my favorite!

Bettys cake is an awesome place to visit. The staff are super friendly and caring. The coffee is really good, also. All of their pastries are amazing but my favorite is their lemon filled cupcake. If you have a chocolate fetish, they have plenty of options. I look forward to my first custom order.

I placed an order with an employee . She took my order, we discussed times and she assured me I could pick up my order for my event the morning of. I then get a phone call and a voicemail stating I needed to varify flavors by noon or she cannot complete my order. I am at work and cannot have cell phones at work so I didn’t get my message until 2:30. I call them and they said it’s too late to do my order. You can do Better then this Betty cakes. Thanks for ruining my event.

My grandson graduated from 8th grade this week. I ordered a piñata cake for 30 people. It was white cake with white frosting. The outside was decorated in his school colors. The sprinkles were done in his new high school colors! The cake was delicious and looked beautiful! Everyone loved all the sprinkles falling out of the center of the cake! I can’t thank you enough for making such a special cake! My grandson was thrilled! Betty’s Cakes was so accommodating and very reasonably price!

The staff and owner are nice, but I have had better cakes from Raleys. Betty Cakes is over priced. Also, I dont know why they call it Bettys when the owners name is Jolene.

The asthetic of the store is kind of a cutsie pink and white. The owner was personable and happy to have a conversation.The cupcakes were probably the best Ive ever had. I had a cheesecake cupcake, and it was amazing. The outside is chocolate cake, and the inside was cheesecake. All the parts individually were delicious, and it was even better when I got a bite of everything. The frosting on top wasnt too sweet like most cupcakes, rather it was the perfect level of sweetness.Ill definitely stop here again next time Im in Oroville.
