Scam artists! My dad went in for one thing and they quoted him $47. He comes back to pick it up and now they are saying he owes them $130+ because they already called him and he okay’d then to fix other things. First of all, he did not get a call from them at all. Second, he wouldn’t have authorized those “upgrades”. Worse experience with these scammers ever. And now they are telling us that if we don’t want to pay, they will go back and take those upgrades out.

These guys are great. My trimmer lost power and I thought best case I would need to take it to town for repair ( one hour round trip ) or worst case I needed a new trimmer. One call to Industrial and they suggested I first first check and clean a part on the muffler exhaust and now my trimmer is working better than ever. If there products are a little more than the big box stores, the extra good service they provide is well worth it.
