Came in with my girlfriend to look at a vehicle. Wes introduced himself and was extremely helpful. Was not overbearing to tried to sell her on a different vehicle, just got the keys, said take a drive. Needless to say she bought the car. Wes was a great person to work with, made the process simple and focused his attention on my girlfriend and made sure she was satisfied with her purchase. Thank you Wes and Bergstrom in Oshkosh!

Walked into Bergstrom to look at a Truck they had for sale online. They were busy and short staffed but between Zach and Matt they were able to answer all of my questions and get the truck ready so I could take it for a test drive. Bergstrom sales people dont work off of commission so theres less pressure for them to sell to you, and from looking around they tend to have pretty competitive prices. Overall good people to work with there and I am satisfied with the truck I bought from them.

I had a great experience with my car purchase at the Oshkosh location the vehicle was as advertised and I was thankful for that being that I traveled a little over 4 hours away. Tom and Zach were amazing and even worked fast to get me in my vehicle and out the door in a timely manner even with me coming sooner than originally planned. I will definitely consider them on future purchases thank you guys!!

Service manager has great integrity, I was reimbursed for part and labor performed in ‘19 that was covered under a warranty, even after the timespan that Ford would have helped out had lapsed. As soon as it was discovered that I should not have been charged I was reimbursed in full by the dealership without having to be pushy because in his words “it’s the right thing to do” . More companies should function this way.

A few months ago I bought my first car through Bergstrom. Its a 2018 Ford Explorer, and I love it, everyone there was so helpful in the entire process. Les was the dealer helping me, and I had some things go wrong and he stayed about 3 hours after his shift so he could help me. He later was talking to me about how they are getting paid salary, and I realized he stayed even though he wasn’t making commission off of my sale. There were also two other guys that were really helpful in my process, but I cannot remember their names. Whenever I am dealing with Bergstrom I always end up calling them because it seems like they have their stuff more together then the Bergstrom’s in Appleton. I would definitely get another car through them in the future!

Oh this review will be a great one. Looking for a car for my step-daughter, I sit down with a sales rep, when the sales “team leader” comes up to us and starts with the small talk, asks me the usual and where I was from. I answer, “I am a transplant to [where I am living now]”. He asks what brought me there? I then point to my step daughter and say “her mom.” He then looks at me with a smirk on his face and says, “What, did you lose a bet?”Don’t buy a car here.

By GiselaMay 5, 2021Drove Almost four hours to finally purchase a car that we have been considering for nearly a month before pulling the trigger at this dealership. I show up, look around the car and find water underneath the spare wheel well along with a SUBSTANTIAL amount of mold growing all over it. After bringing it up to their attention they QUICKLY take in the car to inspect it and figure out where the leak was. I leave while they do the inspection to have Lunch and wait around in the area. Zach and Jeff who were helping us through it called my husband a couple of hours later to tell him they were still trying to figure out where the water came from and that it wouldn’t be done before the end of the day. I drive four hours back home without the car expecting them to call me back as soon as it was fixed so i can purchase it to then find out they sold it to someone else 24 HOURS after i was there. If this isn’t Shady business I don’t know what is. I can only assume these people cleaned up the water and mold and quickly sold it to the next person without disclosing what i had found 24hrs prior.AT THE END OF THE BUSINESS DAY MONDAY MAY 3RD OF 2021 THIS DEALERSHIP HAD NOT FOUND THE SOURCE OF THE LEAK IN THE CAR I WAS TRYING TO PURCHASE. BY TUESDAY MAY 4TH OF 2021 THE CAR HAD BEEN SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Great Customer Service! Followed up promises! Easy to communicate with despite living out of state!My wife and I recently purchased a used minivan from Scott and the team at Bergstrom Ford of Oshkosh. After calling about the minivan, they had the vehicle ready for a test drive upon arrival and ensured it was detailed prior to purchase. They could not locate the second set of keys at the time of purchase, so they offered to reimburse us for any expenses occurred in getting a second set of keys. The next week they found the second set of keys, but we already purchased another set. They not only sent us the keys, but also reimbursed us for the key we purchased. The team made financing easy despite living out of state. It was a pleasure dealing with Scott and the team at Bergstrom Ford of Oshkosh!

I had purchased a 2010 Ford Fusion with this dealership less than two months ago. After 3 weeks my power steering went out. I took it to another dealership to have to looked at. The repairs on the car were great. I emailed Bergstrom about this. They got in touch with me to bring the car into their shop. Even though I didnt have any kind of warranty or maintenance contract with them, they fixed my powersteering for free. It was a $2,400 fix and they did it for free. Feelsgoodman. I didnt even have to curse or threaten them. Pogchamp. I did accuse them of shady business practices so Ill have to work on that. After they fixed the car they told me they never intend to sell a faulty car. So yeah overall they didnt need to fix anything for free but they did and it was a pretty expensive fix. Thanks

Just yesterday, I bought there 2016 certified Ford Explorer. Im very happy with how professional and friendly the staff is, especially Scott Shaffer, who was very helpful and considered. When I had called him the first time he assured me he will call me back as soon as he finds something that fits my budget and needs, which he did couple weeks later. We got the deal done over the phone and emails. He had everything ready for me when I got there. I took less than two hours and I was sitting in my new car.Overall outstanding service with very competitive upfront pricing. I will definitely go there again when looking for another car.

I just bought a 2019 F150 and the sales person I worked with was great. Tom Lilach was extremely helpful and worked hard to find what I was looking for in my price range. He is a no pressure guy and a very honest guy to work with. Also Andrew Stern is finance was great. He was able to get me exactly what I needed for financing. My experience was fantastic buying from these two individuals at this dealership. I highly recommend Bergstrom Ford in Oshkosh.

I purchased a car from this dealership and had an awful experience. I was deceived about the condition of the vehicle I purchased, which was obviously involved in a collision, not on the car fax. I called, the day after purchasing, with a list of things that needed to be addressed and was assured a call back. No response, next day same thing. Called after a week of waiting and was ignored. I ended up, out of pocket replacing the oil cooler, side skirt, front right control arms, as well as a non functional windshield sprayer motor. Not the end of the world but this car was sold to me as inspected with no issues listed on the Wisconsin buyers guide. This is a clear violation of the law, I havent decided yet if Ill pursue getting my money back but the dealer has no interest in helping. Just thought I would make sure people know to be very cautious when purchasing from here. Have the car inspected by a third party before purchasing. They will be of no help after the fact.

Wouldn’t allow me to put zero stars. You go to a auto shop to find out what’s wrong with your vehicle, and then you get that problem fixed. Seems like a simple concept. However at this location, prepare to pay $130 per issue evaluated “Diagnosis fee”. Battery weak? They will agree with you for $130 and then replace it for parts+labor. unfortunately for me, I have a warranty on my vehicle. Normally a good thing right? Wrong. Because I took it in and let them know about multiple issues, I really racked up the diagnostic fees. The warranty company would not reimburse that because they realized, as did I, that these fees were absurd. All parts repaired were covered under my warranty besides the battery, still walked out with an $804 bill. CRAZY!!

I get my oil changed here. They didnt give me a car wash because it was sprinkling out. :/ I waited for over 10 minutes before someone helped me.The espresso machine was out & they only had bottled waters in the mini fridge. Maintenance is expensive here.

Stay away from Jeff Dobrunz and this place in general!!! THIS IS YOUR WARNING! They need to do an internal exam on how they treat their customers and their overall car buying process. I am certain if they did Jeff would no longer be with them. No matter how good of a deal they give you, not worth the mistreatment and disrespect they give you. Just walk away.... far, far away from this place and any Bergstrom for that matter. Jeff is the most unprofessional, unorganized person I have met in this business, and that is saying a lot considering Ive had my fair share of dealership experiences. I would not recommend this place, especially if you are financing through Verve or are buying used. We had nothing but troubles and confusion while buying a used vehicle from here as they had made the process completely and unnecessarily difficult.We worked mainly with Matthew. We were judged HARD and their service attitude towards us changed for not allowing them to run their 8 million different credit checks (we were already preapproved with Verve for a great rate) and when we denied the (completely optional) wear and tear package. BTW we were willing to see what the cost would be for the wear and tear included and they never told us what that would be and just stuck it on the purchase agreement. Sneaky! So we had to call and hear their pitch again just to get it taken off.We worked with a Jeff for the financing/trade-in aspect and he was yelling at our financial lender over the phone and accusing her of things, just because he didn’t like Verve. We were in the room when this call took place and it was so awkward to sit through him yelling at her. It was completely unnecessary and the rudest I’ve ever seen a dealership, or just the service industry in general. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL ON HIS PART! We felt traumatized. Even our financial helper at Verve said to us that she couldn’t even think straight and was flustered to due his condescending tone towards her.After all this, we were promised a few things as part of the vehicle’s sale (hood cable was broken, TPMS needed to be reset, touch up paint was promised to us as there was a terrible scratch).They had gotten the hood cable and TPMS eventually... but boy was getting touch-up paint they promised a terrible experience! We ended up waiting for 1 month (due to Matthew stating they were out of stock). Matt kept ignoring our emails and calls for a week or two! We finally heard back, but he said they were still out of stock. The only reason we got it then is because I decided to call myself and ensure that they truly did not have it in stock. Sure enough, they had one!! Matthew apologized and said the person he spoke to said they did not have it.We also noticed the air flow was not normal within the first week we bought it. We opened the air filter and mouse we living here at one point!! Might have started while it was sitting at the lot, so check your air filters!!! We went and bought a new one for $20.I mentioned our experience with the higher ups and at that time we still needed our touch up paint and we asked to be reimbursed for the $20 we spent on an air filter (which should have been replaced!) and it did not seem like he did much for us. He kind of kept giving excuses about how he hears good things all the time etc. Like regardless, we had a bad experience and own up to it! Clearly when our financial advisor says one of your employees has a condescending tone, some action needs to be taken. We almost felt traumatized.He said to us, “we technically don’t need to reimburse you for the $20 air filter, but since it’s the right thing to do and considering you’ve had a bad experience, we will do this for you. But in return, we ask for you not to go around telling everyone how terrible of an experience you had since we are doing this for you and we don’t have to”So I guess 1 star it is, at least I didn’t put 0!I’m honestly not going to go around telling everyone to stay away, but if this place happens to be mentioned to me I will politely tell them to stay away from Matt and Jeff, at the very least.I decided to share my thoughts anyways because I do not want this to happen to anyone else!! Some may ask, if they were that bad why didn’t you just walk away? Well, we really wanted the vehicle. But if we could do this over again, I would say it’s not worth it. Pay more and go elsewhere.

Terrible. Tom Lilach, Will, and whatever the sales managers name is only care about moving inventory, not about customer retention or satisfaction. Had a lease through ford and had NO DAMAGES on the vehicle when I turned it in. Clearly was damaged on THEIR LOT. I have pictures that I sent to their sales team before I turned it in and there is no signs of these massive dents on my old car. Now I’m stuck paying this 600 dollar penalty. Lost a customer and even referred a friend to them as well earlier this week! Not anymore.

About a month ago, I bought a 2015 Chrysler 200c AWD for $13.6k. It had about 60k miles on it. I drove about 2 hours to get the car and I was pretty excited about it. The next day I tried starting the car and it wouldn’t even turn over. It sent a million error codes. I jumped the battery and measured the voltage and turns out they fried the battery overnight and didn’t inform us. (We called and they said that’s what had occurred later on) We brought it to a Green Bay Bergstrom and they replaced it for free. About 2 days later, we took a trip to Wausau and when getting up to speed, the car would overheat. The car overheated twice, so we checked the coolant and it was completely DRY! Nothing in it at all. We also asked them to complete an alignment on the car, and when I got in it, it was better, but wasn’t fixed. The computer system in the car also glitched while driving the car down the road. We returned the car and got a full refund. I was so disgusted and disappointed because I loved the car, but completely dissatisfied with the dealer it came from. I wasn’t looking for a 150 point inspection, but maybe have the decency to check fluids and the battery life? Oh, and the crazy thing is, the just re-listed the car up for sale. They could’ve fixed the problems and actually checked into the car before listing it again, but it’s up for the same price. BE WARNED BY THIS DEALER! HAVE THEM GO THROUGH AND CHECK EVERYTHING WITH YOU!

Stay away from this place unless you dont mind your credit being ruined. In September we decided to change from our Nissan lease to a Ford lease. The Nissan was also from Bergstrom. Sales person told us they would make the last three payments and that everything was going to be taken care of. In March starting to get calls from India (Nissan) say we still had a balance due. After multiple visits to this dealer to find out what was going on they discovered that back in September the vehicle was never grounded!!! Yup, it sat at the Nissan dealer all winter long and no one questioned it and now Nissan wanted to charge me for it!! Not long after that I got an alert from my credit union about a drop in my credit score. Turns out they (Nissan) hit me for a late payment!!! Have gone to the GM at this location. Its been two weeks and have not heard anything. Dont waste your time here. Go to a reputable dealership.

Had a good experience with the service department staff. But a couple days later I realized that whoever worked on my vehicle did not properly put it back together, and forgot to give me my new oil change sticker. I called to ask to have them put it back together and got a voicemail, so tried calling back and instead of being forwarded to the service department as asked, I was told that theyre busy and cant be bothered and leave a voicemail. I explained my situation and was still not forwarded to the department. This will probably be the last time I go here because they dont care even though I have things not done properly and proof I was there.Edit: once I came in they did offer help and were very reasonable with timing.

I brought my ford edge in a week ago to get a message checked. I was told that the message (check AWD) didnt exist and still charged $80.00. So I took it back home until I could take a picture of the message myself. So the next day brought it back and showed them the picture of the message which they said didnt exist. Then waited 2 days with no up dates or calls from them to let me know anything. At this point I called myself to see what was going on. I was told the technician that looked at it left for the day and didnt tell anyone what found and was gone for the rest of the week. Then was told they only have 1 technician qualified to read the message. After that they said he would back next week and they would look at it right away Monday. So Tuesday night still no calls or updates so again I called myself left 2 messages and no calls back. Then called the next and demanded someone to call me. Now its been over a week to diagnose this I would have expected a better experience.

Be extremely careful if you choose to purchase a vehicle from this dealership.ASK FOR THE TITLE.These guys are not who they seem no matter what the other reviews say.Tom Lilach sold me a vehicle on Jan 4th that Bergstrom didnt have the title for, confirmed yesterday by the Finance guy.Told Tom received letter from DOT that car was not titled or registered, told me it was taken care of and car was registered.Checked with DOT a week later because you cannot trust a car salesman and found that it was not taken care of.Stopped in to discuss a separate deal and true colors began to show, rude and unprofessional comments.Told Tom that car was not taken car of and he proceeded to lie to me again and told me it was.Inquired about how guaranteed financing worked and Tom told me they will give me $1500.00 a month payments, which I in no way could afford, but it would satisfy their claim of offering guaranteed financing. Isnt that great.New GM said he would take the bull by the horns, but sorry DOT closed, has off the next day, oh and sorry, DOT closed on Sat.Finance guy said I would have plates today since they finally got the original owner to sign the title.You know the story by now, no plates.Said he has to take care of kids and has stuff to do so maybe I can take off work and take care of it.HELL NO!!This fine group at Bergstrom Ford definitely goes out of their way to take care of their customers.Dont even bother trying to contact Corporate either because they will transfer you to every Bergstrom dealer in the state before they would ever connect you to Corporate.Just a little tip, Your best bang for the buck is send John an email and contact BBB as well as DOT dealer investigation.At this point, stuck with a vehicle that I still have no proof is mine, is not registered, basically cannot drive, but required to pay for.Not quite sure how they thought they would get away with selling a car without the title but sure they will be explaining it in the coming weeks.I expect this will get the same response as all the others who had issues.Thanks for the feedback and sorry for the inconvenience right guys

My salesman, Ben, was awesome to dea with......if you are buying a vehicle go see BEN!Lee, the GM, was also great! When i got my vehicle home a couple things needed to be taken care of and Lee handled it with professionalism and took care of things promptly. These gentlemen restored my belief in used car dealers. Headed to Michigan from soutern Iowa when our F-150 pulling a trailer started making a terrible noise. We pulled in Berstrom Ford at 5:00pm. They shuttled us to a nearby hotel and the next day had us back on the road before noon. Quick fix of a tentioner pulley and repalced the serpentine belt while they had it apart.

I give a lot of credit to Tom Lilach for working with us and not giving up!! We had a lot of wants and needs for our new truck and Tom worked to get them all addressed within our budget. Even when Tom forgot the tonneau cover that was in our deal he admitted fault right away and solved the problem, which says a lot for his character as some people would’ve tried to place blame elsewhere. We’ll be back for another vehicle soon and I’m letting my friends know to talk with Tom!

Honest, friendly salesman. Very helpful staff. Started the day looking at used cars and finally purchased one here when they BEAT the used car price of another lot with a brand new car. My 2013 Fiesta was giving me a few problems so I logged onto Bergstroms site and scheduled an appointment in a manner that was really, really easy. I was able to get may car in the next day at a time that was convenient for me. Todd Schroeder was very helpful in getting me taken care of. He even had gotten me a shuttle to pick me up from my house when my repair was complete.

I purchased a used 2011 F250 from them in the fall of 2014, great folks to deal with, the manager took my trade in vehicle for a drive and offered me way more for it than I was expecting and gave a me a great deal on the new truck. Also a friendly, clean, professional place to get all of your maintenance done.

I highly recommend avoiding Bergstrom Ford of Oshkosh and all Bergstroms. I had purchased a 14 Mustang from them. They had left the previous owners insurance card information in the vehicle, and after talking with him he confirmed the transmission was having issues when he traded it in.Bergstrom gave me the run around with so many different reasons for why it wouldnt shift properly. It got to the point where the manager was involved, and believe it or not, still wasnt fixed as the issue came back after two weeks.UltimateRides and JD ByRider sell more reliable cars than Bergstrom Ford of Oshkosh, and thats saying something. I purchased my new Mustang GT from a different Ford dealer and they have been hearing a lot of negative about this location in general. I asked to be compensated for the issue they couldnt fix and the manager laughed and left a nasty voicemail asking to be called back. I have his personal number. I had left 3 voicemails all about a month ago and have yet to be called back or receive compensation. I will be posting this everywhere.

Overpriced. Updated July 15,2021After coming to Bergstrom Ford for several years with three vehicles, a recent pricing change has made it a better value to drive 17 miles to the actual dealership where I purchased my car.An oli change for $79.99 plus tax? No way. Especially when the dealership offers it for $49.99, full synthetic.I am see this all over in retail. Price gouging. The team has helped me immensely in the past but they will not continue to be my choice for service.

Every time Ive been in. It hasnt been a good or easy experience1. I Bought my car from Ford bergstrom some interior repairs needed to be done. They said it was covered under warranty. Made an appt. 3 weeks ahead of time. I brought my car in (in the morning) they asked when I needed it back I said that night. They said not a problem we will call you when its done. I never received a call that night. I called them 3 times when they were still open and no one picked up. I went in the next day to pick up my car. They werent done! Gave them the benefit of the doubt let them have it for one more day. Went back in the day after STILL NOT DONE! I waited 3 days.. 3 DAYS without a vehicle. When they were suppose to have it done that same day!2. I called bergstrom to see if I had any complimentary oil changes. Should have been an easy yes or no answer right?. Put me on hold for 10min and then told me i needed to come in and talk to Lee. So instead of talking to Lee over the phone and him telling me yes or no. They want me to drive to bergstrom just to see if I may or may not have a free oil change?No thank you Ill just schedule an oil change somewhere else without the running aroundI will give a 5 outta 5 star rating on the Shuttle drivers. They have never let me down. You guys are the real MVPs.

Very pushing and did not value ourtrade in anywhere near value. I will never buy anything from here, pushing and high pressure sales people and not willing to reduce their price and high to begin with. Also added all these service warranties onto my wifes car when I told them no and did it anyway and still have not removed month and a half later. Ford Certified 2013 Fusion and never even changed the oil, place is a joke. By giving us and wife such bad experience they lost out on my business and found a great dealership.

The buying experience was great. I highly recommend Matt if you do purchase through them. Be careful with their service department though.I purchased a 2014 Mustang from them at the end of November and have let it sit inside a heated garage since early January. The car is extremely difficult to put into reverse (it is manual) so I took it in. First I was told it was under coverage, then suddenly the tune changed that it was electrical and thats not covered under their additional warranty.Bergstrom Ford of Oshkosh is the only dealership to say this isnt an issue with shifting, I just need to learn how to drive the car better. Holiday Auto, Les Stumpf Ford, Mike Burkart Ford and Griffin Ford all said that it is an issue.They stated that the car now has an after market shifter which wasnt disclosed when I purchased the car so they arent able to cover that.Mandie in service is great, but the service performed on the car is ridiculous. They were originally trying to charge me $400 for them to locate the issue and then say there is no issue.I would love to be compensated for the amount of my time you guys have wasted.Update: After getting the general manager involved, things were finally moving. I had gotten my car back and could shift normally for a bit. I took the mustang back in because it was making a rattling noise that it wasnt before I originally took it in. Two hours after leaving the dealership, the car wouldnt shift into 1st,2nd or reverse again.Throughout the course of the month and a couple days they had my mustang, I had gotten multiple messages and texts from their technicians ripping each other apart. The picture attached is only one of the dozen messages I have of them tearing each other down. I highly advise anyone to stay away from Bergstrom in general. The service department is nothing what it used to be. If you leave a message for the manager, you are more likely to see a shark in lake Winnebago than have him call you back. I had to trade my car in because Im not going to call Bergstrom everyday and babysit them to fix a car. When asked if I could be compensated for part of what I had lost, the manager left a voicemail stating it is laughable and he has never heard of such a thing in his 12 year career.

My husband and I began car shopping at the Neenah bergstrom the other day and me being the persistent person I am wanted to test drive a vehicle that was located at bergstrom ford. Also, they are spitting distance from me. Brandon was swamped, but he didn’t let that show. Not once was he overwhelmed on the outside and was super patient. He offered to appraise our vehicle and start the process there (sorry Neenah) then Will, his manager came out to greet us and was like “hey, let’s do this if you’d like” heck. Why not. We are RIGHT here. Super awesome guys. They pulled some numbers, stuck to UNDER our budget and got us a vehicle we wanted and are satisfied with. Not once were they super pushy either. We were able to get our vehicle within a few hours. It was closing time for them and Brandon hung around to swap our plates and answer last minute questions. The husband and I give a major shout out to Brandon and Will. They made this whole car shopping thing stress free and were super honest. I’d gladly do business with those two again.

Leaving reviews seems to be the only way Bergstrom Ford of Oshkosh will give you a call back.My 2014 Mustang was brought in for transmission issues because you couldnt shift it into 1st, 2nd or Reverse. Bergstrom had my car for a little over a month. During this time, I was told 5 different things from that is normal to it is an electrical issue. One of their technicians said I just need to drive it more and it will go away.After getting the general manager involved, things got moving a little bit but blamed it on short staffing as the reason for the issues with their service department. During this time, two of bergstroms technicians who are in the same car group as me were messaging me and ripping down the technicians working on my car saying they are unqualified, have very little experience.After a long wait, I got my car back and it worked for a couple weeks. I brought the car back in for a rattle it didnt make until they fixed it and they werent going to cover it, even though it didnt make that noise until they worked on it. When I was dropping off the car for the second time, the guy behind the desk was ripping his coworker to me calling her an idiot multiple times. This is extremely unprofessional.Two hours after leaving the dealership, the transmission was back to not going into 1st, 2nd or Reverse. Instead of waiting another month, I took it to a transmission specialist and they recommended a new transmission and would be about $5,000 in repairs. Keep in mind, I purchased this vehicle end of November, parked it for the winter in the middle of December and took it back out at the end of February.Trying to get a hold of someone via phone is impossible with Bergstrom, but if you go inside you will see 5-6 people doing nothing, playing basketball or flirting with the receptionist. However, not a single one of them had the time to give me a call back.As a result of Bergstroms unprofessionalism, lack of customer service and inexperienced technicians, I had no other option but to purchase a new car from another dealership. I took a $5,000 hit on trade in because of the transmission they never fixed and was trying to get a hold of the general manager to be compensated for part of that, but yet again it is next to impossible.My family will not be purchasing from Bergstrom again and I have 3 friends who were dealing with other Bergstrom dealerships (Lexus & BMW) who ended up going to another dealership instead.I will be sharing my experience across social media to warn others about your dealership.

Took 2001 ford f350 7.3 diesel in to have new oil pan installed charge me 3,200 drove home no heat no antifreeze in radiator. Then drove 40 miles radiator fan fell off recked water pump said not there falt and transmission went out not there falt there eather would not recommended this company to anyone stay away everything they do is not there faltMaybe they should hire people that do good work try paying better wages so you keep good workersyou solve the problem by telling me i am now not allowed on any bergstrom dealerships guess thats your way of fixing you screw up 6 hour job charged 20 hours nice screw the customer

Short staffed, the little staff they have lacks the knowledge to perform basic functions. My Mustang GT was in for the air bag recall and the passenger airbag cover is now bowing instead of the typical straight thing. This is unacceptable. Will not be back.

I recently bought a 2013 Ford Fusion from another dealer, and had some small things I wanted done to it. Get the 5-digit code for my vehicle and get a small piece of chrome accent. All I was asking was how much both of those things would cost. After filling out two different inquires online, I have not been contacted. So Im not sure if there is simply a problem with their website, or they are terrible at getting back to people, when youre not looking to buy a car.

Bought a car from them and Ive had it back 4 times and about to take it in for a 5th for the same problem. It was recalled for this problem and they still cant get it right, then I take it in under the recall where it has to be all day and they dont have a loaner car. Ive never heard of that. Will not be car shopping here again.

Very unhappy with dealership. Ordered a car at invoice price but when the car came in they would not sell me the car unless I traded in my old car at their low ball price because they were not making enough money on the car I bought at invoice price. Manager there told me We wont sell you this car unless you trade us your old car. I wanted to keep my old car. Not the way to do business Bergstrom.

Like all other car salesman, the salemen at Bergstrom Ford of Oshkosh are crooked. The salesman I dealt with was incredibly pushy in getting me to sign for a car I hadnt agreed to. He kept asking for my debit card and signature when I didnt agree to anything. We agreed to a price over e-mail and I went in on a Saturday to purchase the car. After waiting 2 hours for my salesman to become available, I was told he misquoted me by unintentionally leaving off a spec on the car. Turns out, it was a $1,000 mistake on his end. This dealership will do anything to get you to come in, but even the manager wont help you. Would strongly advise against this place.
